Abstract

The results of this study revealed three findings: first, the implementation of the communication head of Madrasah with teachers in the performance improvement teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung performed continuously and scheduled. Secondly, the implementation of teacher communication with the head of Madrasah in improving the teacher's performance in Madrasyah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung is continuing to establish communication of working relationship both information and communication assignments and also by the head of the Madrasah to the teacher. Thirdly, the implementation of communication between fellow teachers, education personnel in improving the performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung is exchanging information about both the task information and information that develops or and brainstorm both fellow teachers and fellow educations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the picture and picture learning method to increase student learning activity in thematic learning. The research method used is an experimental research method, based on this type of research data in the form of quantitative research. The data collection techniques used by researchers are tests (pretest and posttest), observation and documentation. The population of this study was taken from class III at SD Negeri 0507 Pasar Latong and the sample in this study was taken from all 33 class III students. From the results of the "t" test, namely Tcount > Ttable, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Based on the calculation results, it shows that the posttest average > pretest average, namely: 63.5 > 85.75. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test show that the value of T = 4.018, with a level of α = 0.05 with degrees of freedom (df) 33-1 = 32, the results obtained are T table = 1.697. The calculation results obtained Tcount > Ttable or 4.018 > 1.697, in accordance with the basic provisions for decision making that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence of the picture and picture Learning method to increase students' active learning in class III thematic learning at SD Negeri 0507 Pasar Latong.

Abstract

The mismatch between the skills possessed by job seekers and the needs of the labor market causes unemployment. Based on this, this study aims to explore innovative strategies that connect local wisdom with social media to build economic sustainability and overcome unemployment. A mixed-method approach was used in this study. The three elements of local wisdom that are the focus of this study are Paloh Naga Agrotourism, Selayar Denai, and Pasar Kamu. The number of respondents was determined by as many as 30 people selected using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The study results showed that using social media, such as Instagram and Facebook, significantly increased the visibility and tourist visits to the agrotourism location. Social media is an effective promotional tool that introduces local uniqueness and opens up new jobs for the local community, both Generation Z and millennials. Combining local wisdom and digital strategies, this village has succeeded in increasing economic resilience by sustainably utilizing local natural and cultural potential. It is concluded that the synergy between local wisdom and social media supports economic growth in Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village and contributes to overcoming unemployment. This study's recommendation is to strengthen local communities' digital capacity and further develop elements of local wisdom to create a more integrated and inclusive tourism ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of using the Wordwall website for online quizzes on student learning outcomes in science subjects. The study employs a quantitative research method with a pre-experimental design, specifically a one-group pretest-posttest type. The population consists of all fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 0513 Aek Lancat, with a saturated sampling technique yielding a sample size of 20 students. Data collection was conducted using post-test multiple-choice questions. Hypothesis testing results indicate that Wordwall media significantly influences student learning outcomes, with t = 5.546 at α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom df (n-1) = 21, where the t-table value is 2.076. Thus, it can be concluded that Wordwall-based quiz media positively affects the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 0513 Aek Lancat.
