Abstract

Pangandaran is one of the districts in West Java Province that has a big amount of citizen growth and also various nature potential. Thus, the local Government needs to focus on the development of the district, whether it is a village housing or hotel for tourists. This analysis is aimed to design and calculate a strong and durable construction structure of Hotel Building near to the beach which has strong wind loads and also earthquake/seismic loads. Through this analysis, will be designed a structure by modeling in SAP 2000 program to help to define materials and loads that will be used in this analysis, where the configuration of rebar is the output. The first step is designing the plan and the specification of materials, soil properties, and also component of structure. Then, making a model in SAP 2000 and inputting the working loads to each component of the structure. After getting the value of moments(M), shear (V) and normal (N) loads, calculating regarding the valid standard is the next step. As the result, this analysis shows that the well planned and designed structure is needed in designing and building. With the most concrete rebar ratio are under 0,0025, it is concluded that the reinforced status of the beams are under-reinforced. For column, the ultimate moment value is below the nominal moment multiplied by strength reduction factor. And the slab, the value of rebar ratio is below minimum rebar ratio. Eventually, all types of the slab use the value of minimum rebar ratio.

Abstract

Pembangunan di berbagai daerah perkotaan yang padat penduduk salah satunya ada di Kota Tangerang. Pemerintah kota Tangerang berfokus terhadadp infrastuktur lainya seperti gedung bertingkat, bendungan, hingga akses jalan. Salah satu akses jalan yang sedang di laksanakan adalah pembangunan fly over Martadinata. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai daya dukung pondasi bore pile dan nilai penurunan tiang pondasi bore pile yang terjadi di proyek pembangunan flyover Martadinata .Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif. Dalam pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari proyek pembangunan fly over Martadinata yang dikelolah oleh Manajemen Konstruksi PT.Likatama Graha Mandiri sedangkan data primer diperoleh dari survey langsung di lapangan. Analisa penelitian yang digunakan dari data N-SPT dengan menganalisa kapasitas daya dukung menggunakan metode (Reese & O’neil) dan untuk penurunan pondasi tiang menggunakan metode (Poulus dan Davis).Dari hasil perhitungan perencanaan pondasi tiang pancan bore pile dengan data N-SPT pada kedalaman 21m dan diameter 1m sedangkan mutu beton digunakan mutu beton sebesar 30mpa. Hasil perhitungan daya dukung pondasi tiang bored pile dengan metode analitis (Resse dan O’Neil) pada tanah non-kohesif didapatkan nilai sebesar 1134,96 kN dengan pembagi faktor aman (SF=2,5) sedangkan Hasil penurunan pondasi tiang bored pile dengan metode analitis (Poulus dan Davis ) pada tanah non-kohesif dengan nilai PDA test sebesar 1280 Ton didapatkan nilai penurunan sebesar 6,23mm dimana syarat untuk memenuhi penurunan pondasi S S ijin, dengan demikian perhitungan penurunan pondasi sudah memenuhi syarat.

Abstract

The construction of service facilities owned by PT United Tractors Tbk still uses conventional methods and disposable materials are not environmentally friendly. As a public company engaged in natural resource exploitation services, PT United Tractors Tbk. are required to be able to apply ESG principles in their business and investment practices. The application of the green construction concept is one of the efforts of PT United Tractors Tbk. to meet the demands of the public and fulfill the responsibility for the vision of environmentally friendly sustainable development in Indonesia. Based on the results of a comparative analysis of costs, quality and time on the walls and floors of the Employee Mess, it can be concluded that the green construction method for walls and floors works is more efficient in cost with a total percentage of 76% and efficient in time with a total percentage of 58% compared to the work conventional construction methods.

Abstract

Terminal is an infrastructure supporting activities in providing services to the user. The Lebak Bulus Terminal was previously a Class A terminal which is currently operating on a regular basis emergency and relocated on an area of 500 m 2 which is a grant land. Based on From this background, this research was born with the aim of knowing the need for parking space optimal, development that can be done. As well as the best policies. In this study the calculations used include: static capacity for determination parking space requirements, dynamic capacity to determine the terminal's ability to serve bus vehicle parking, parking duration to see how long a vehicle arrives leaving the terminal, parking volume to find out the total number of vehicles that are in a place, index and parking turn over to determine the percentage level of vehicles against time. Based on the results of these calculations, the current condition of the terminal is 496.5m2 2 with a static capacity of 5 SRP, to accommodate as many as 32 vehicles. Based on calculation of theZ formula for static capacity of 8 SRP with a dynamic capacity of 61 vehicles. Whereas parking space needs in 2025 with a growth rate of 34.1%, Capacity requirements Static as much as 24 SRP for 175 vehicles. And the required parking area is 1,020m2. Terminal development that can be done is with the concept of a vertical building for the Terminal Lebak Bulus.

Abstract

The foundation is the structure of the lower part of the building that is directly related to the ground and a part of the construction that functions to withstand the load on it. In order to improve public services in the field of infrastructure development, the Dinas Bina Marga Provinsi DKI Jakarta according to its main duties and functions, it is necessary to be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. The Bina Marga Service Archive Building functions as archive storage, so a safe and sturdy building is needed in accordance with existing technical provisions. In this study, we will describe the analysis of internal load carrying capacity with the N-SPT formula from Meyerhof. Calculated with Microsoft Excel and SAP2000 programs. Based on the results of the laboratory calculation above, the foundation design will be known based on soil investigation data in the field and also the calculation of the soil carrying capacity analysis formula. From the results of the analysis of the calculation of the bearing capacity of the pile with a pile size of 25 x 25 cm, based on laboratory data, the value of Qu = 103,209 tons, the value of the pile group bearing capacity is Qg = 240,821 tons and the number of piles is 7, while from the N-SPT data, the value of Qu = 186.00 tons, Qg = 301.0 tons and the number of poles is 5 pieces. So that arrangement of foundation is consider safe to use.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Kementrian ESDM, konsumsi listrik di Indonesia tahun 2017 mencapai 1.012 Kilowatt per hour(KWH)/ kapita, naik 5,9% dari tahun sebelumnya, itu berarti tugas pemerintah ditahun ini untuk melaksanakan pembangunan dibidang kelistrikan harus ditingkatkan. Indonesia yang merupakan negara yang terdiri dari rangkaian beberapa pulau pun, menjadi tantangan sendiri pemerintah untuk memasok jaringan listrik hingga ke penjuru daerah. Input data: Clearance Diagram Loading Tree SNI 1729-2015, Memodelkan struktur menara pada MS Tower, Run analysis struktur menara, Mengeluarkan gaya-gaya dalam, reaksi, displacement, dan berat menara, Mengecek kapasitas penampang sesuai SNI 1729 2015, Menggambar outline drawing menara transmisi. Hasil perencanaan menara transmisi dengan beban kombinasi 500 kV dan 150 Kv dengan 4 sirkuit didapat tinggi menara yaitu 91.25 m dengan lebar atas 2.6 m dan lebar bawah 18 m berdasarkan gambar diagram clearance yang telah dibuat. Berat menara berdasarkan data MS Tower yaitu 173865.22 kg atau 173.865 ton. Reaksi akibat beban sendiri menara yaitu FX (beban aksial) sebesar 418.574 ton. Nilai displacement memenuhi persayarat d? h/120 yaitu 0.749 m. Salah satu rasio hasil MS Tower pada member 5853 yaitu pada bagian horizontal member sebesar 0.96 dan hasil perhitungan manual sebesar 0.159, denganpersyaratan rasio ? 1 maka penampang tersebut memenuhi dan aman untuk digunakan

Abstract

Dermaga klotok di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara merupakan dermaga tradisional yang berperan penting sebagai penghubung antara Kota Balikpapan dan Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara yang dipisahkan oleh Teluk Balikpapan. Pada dermaga ini jenis kapal yang beroperasi adalah kapal klotok yang dapat mengangkut penumpang dan sepeda motor. Pada kondisi eksisting, dermaga tetap yang dibangun tidak selaras dengan tunggang pasang yang terjadi, penumpang dan sepeda motor mengalami kesulitan untuk proses naik turun dan bongkar muat dari kapal ke dermaga atau sebaliknya. Sepeda motor harus diangkut terlebih dahulu untuk keluar masuk kapal. Selain itu, jika dalam kondisi hujan lantai dermaga sangat licin. Hal ini dapat membahayakan penumpang dan memperlambat prosesnya bongkar muat di dermaga tersebut.  Data yang digunakan dalam analisa adalah data produktivitas kapal yang digunakan dalam menganalisis jumlah kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal, data naik turun penumpang untuk menganalisis tingkat pemakaian dermaga dan data karakteristik kapal digunakan untuk dimensi dermaga yang direncanakan. Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan, maka dermaga klotok yang direncanakan adalah dermaga ponton dengan panjang dermaga sebesar 8,34 m, lebar dermaga sebesar 4,52 m, freeboard dermaga sebesar 0,57 m. Dan pada fasilitas dermaganya terdapat 6 buah bolder, 12 unit ban mobil bekas untuk fender, panjang jembatan gerak 9,6 m, jarak dermaga ke trestle 8,66 m, panjang rel jembatan gerak 0,72 m dan lebar jembatan gerak 2,47 m.
