Abstract

Pandemic COVID-19 mengakibatkan banyak pabrik di daerah Tangerang dan sekitarnya terpaksa harus mengurangi jumlah karyawan dan banyak yang ditutup. Hal ini juga berdampak pada sebagian besar mahasiswa yang kuliah dan bekerja. Banyak dari mereka yang akhirnya terpaksa menunda kuliahnya dan malah memutuskan untuk berhenti kuliah karena tidak lagi memiliki penghasilan. Kewirausahaan, merupakan mata kuliah yang mengajarkan kepada mahasiswa agar bisa berusaha mandiri tidak bergantung pada orang lain. Dari 28 (dua puluh delapan) mahasiswa dibagi menjadi 7 (tujuh) kelompok masing-masing kelompok 4 (empat) orang. Modal usaha didapatkan secara patungan (bermitra). Kegiatan ini dievaluasi seminggu sekali masing-masing perwakilan kelompok mengirimkan laporan perolehan laba pada minggu sebelumnya selama 12 (dua belas) kali periode laporan. Setelah melaksanakan kegiatan praktek usaha langsung ini terbukti bahwa para mahasiswa mampu melanjutkan kehidupan (survive) dengan berwirausaha secara mandiri di era COVID-19 ini dengan perolehan laba yang cukup signifikan.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid 19, changing lifestyles and daily behavioral conditions, including learning and working Online Learning one of the learning strategies in the current condition of Availability of Learning Resources and supporting facilities (network/readiness of digital materials, and others. This research was conducted to describe the implementation of online learning and communication conducted by students with teachers during the online learning process conducted at SMK LP3ISTANA JAKARTA. The type of research used by researchers using post positivistic paradigms, which are deductive, research that starts from theory but is not included for hypothesis testing, Quantitative and qualitative observation research techniques, the research includes various data collection techniques not only quantitative approaches but also qualitative, the quality of validity and reliability research, whether the research can really precisely measure what is measured (validity) and if the research is repeated will produce the same findings (rehabilitation). The results of the study are Cronbach alpha (?) count obtained a value of 0.663 at an interval of 0.6??<0.7 then it can be concluded that communication at the time of online learning has been done quite well.

Abstract

Susi Air is an Indonesian airline operated by PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation with scheduled and charter flights. Headquartered in Pangandaran, West Java, Susi Air operates flights from 5 main bases namely in Medan (North Sumatra), Halim Perdana Kusuma (Jakarta), Central Java (Cilacap), West Java (Pangandaran and Bandung), Samarinda, and Jayapura (Papua). It was founded in late 2004 by Susi Pudjiastuti. motivation.In running its business, Susi Air must have a high level of productivity so that the relationship between the company's role and employee performance must support each other in order to achieve the desired goals. Time management is an effort to organize, supervise, plan, and control the effective use of time to achieve certain goals. The most important aspect that should be mentioned is that time management does not require a person to learn to do as many things as possible in a short period of time, but ensures that the person does what needs to be done, dealing with the thing that really needs attention. The key to achieving company goals and completing tasks with efficiency at PT Asi Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) is effective time management. However, if employees and companies are not able to manage time well, bad consequences will arise such as settlement of Late tasks, increased stress levels, and decreased productivity leading to loss of motivation.
