Abstract

This case study is a performance measurement system on BNI with PMS (performance measuring system) method is a Balance Scorecard based. Since 2006, BNI's performance measurement system uses only 2 perspectives, namely financial and operational, so it has not presented the comprehensive and integrative performance of the organization. However, starting in 2011, BNI performs Balance Scorecard based performance process using 6 (six) perspectives namely: financial, growth, risk, customer, employee and process. Performance measurement is conducted at 6 (six) level of organization that is: BNI wide, sectoral, division, region, branch and center while for office service and cash office level measurements are still in developmen process. With the development of six perspectives and measurement of all levels, it is expected that BNI performance measurement becomes more objective and linkage. BNI wide performance measurement results at the end of each year with a balanced scorecard approach is expected to be a strategic planning of the bank in determining the performance improvement of the current year so that the scorecard can be maximized.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work placement, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT RHB Sekuritas which is a securities company supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population in this study were 141 employees of PT RHB Sekuritas. The sampling method is simple random sampling with a sample of 104 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Data processing in this study uses SPSS software version 25. The results show that work placement and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance in line with research by Rori, Mekel and Ogi (2014) and Research Awadh and Alyahya (2013), while compensation is not significant effect on employee performance in line with research by Riannsari (2012). .Keywords: Job placement, compensation, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

 Industri UMKM merupakan pendorong kegiatan ekonomi nasional, terutama penyerapan tenaga kerja pada Pandemi Corvid 19. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM adalah pola evaluasi kinerja dan perolehan dana kredit, dimana pemantauan kinerja terlihat melalui Laporan Keuangan, berperan juga sebagai dokumen untuk meperoleh pendaaan eksternal. Hampir semua UMKM menghadapi permasalahan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, dimana hal ini terkait dengan Tingkat penguasaan Informasi Teknologi. Dengan evolusi Sistem Informasi, maka menurunkan biaya administrasi dan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, termasuk perhitungan biaya produksi yang lebih tepat, karena hal ini meningkatkan sustainable dan existence industri UMKM.Dalam meningkatkan kemampuan para UMKM, maka kami sebagai tenaga pendidik di Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen STIAMI Jakarta mengadakan pelatihan terhadap Industri UMKM. yaitu laundry di daerah Bekasi. Agar pelaku usaha laundry ini bisa menyususn Laporan Keuangan sebagai salah satu syarat peminjaman modal di Bank atau Lembaga keuangan lainnya.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid 19, changing lifestyles and daily behavioral conditions, including learning and working Online Learning one of the learning strategies in the current condition of Availability of Learning Resources and supporting facilities (network/readiness of digital materials, and others. This research was conducted to describe the implementation of online learning and communication conducted by students with teachers during the online learning process conducted at SMK LP3ISTANA JAKARTA. The type of research used by researchers using post positivistic paradigms, which are deductive, research that starts from theory but is not included for hypothesis testing, Quantitative and qualitative observation research techniques, the research includes various data collection techniques not only quantitative approaches but also qualitative, the quality of validity and reliability research, whether the research can really precisely measure what is measured (validity) and if the research is repeated will produce the same findings (rehabilitation). The results of the study are Cronbach alpha (?) count obtained a value of 0.663 at an interval of 0.6??<0.7 then it can be concluded that communication at the time of online learning has been done quite well.
