Abstract

The main problems encountered in the development rusunawa include affordability (ratio of income and expenses), adequacy (quality and density residential) environmental conditions and availability. The research was conducted in rusunawa (Wangurer and Tangkoko) in the municipality of Bitung and rusunawa Unsrat located on the campus UNSRAT Manado.. Secondary data collected through library research and field study. Data processing using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) through expert computer program choice. The results showed that for all three rusunawa, environmental factors (26%) are at the highest value followed occupancy factor (16%), physical utilization factor (14.7%), factor governing body (10.2 %), the economic capacity factor (9.4%), factor the role of local government (8.2%), regulatory factors (8.2%) and social empowerment factor (7.1%). The results per-rusunawa that meets eight factors are rusunawa Tangkoko, followed rusunawa Wangurer and rusunawa Unsrat. In conclusion, environmental factors stated rusunawa third placement on target, flood free, healthy, not adjacent to residential areas, and can be accessed easily with other modes of transportation. Furthermore rusunawa Tangkoko were at the top or the best, because it meets the criteria of the eight factors rusunawa management, followed by rusunawa Wangurer and rental flats Unsrat, not rusunawa. It is recommended that need ongoing socialization of the rules / regulations regarding the management of rusunawa to low income earners (MBR).Keywords: Rusunawa,AHP, MBR

Abstract

Becoming country prone to the occurrence of natural disasters, determination on risk variables affecting successful operation of disaster response service supply chain using supply chain FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is undeniably important to support successfulness of humanitarian operation. However, scientific studies concerning on integrating SCOR into Risk evaluation of disaster response supply chain is rarely found in references. To response such gap, this paper presents a conceptual model on integrating disaster response supply chain FMEA with Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) to determine a conceptual risk-based performance evaluation model in disaster response supply chain. A framework on integrating Service Supply Chain FMEA with SCOR is presented coupled with a decision support model for evaluating criticality of risk-based performance index and followed with discussions and new opportunity for further investigations. Abstract

Penggunaan tempurung kelapa ternyata untuk menghasilkan arang aktif, padahal sudah dapat dijualkarena memiliki potensi sebagai penghasil energy. Dalam penelitian ini, tempurung kelapa dipakai unukmenghasilkan bahan bakar gas melakui proses gasifikasi menggunakan updraft gasifikasi. Proses gasifikasidilakukan pada laju udara pembakaran 70,2 Ipm, 91,4 Ipm dan 122,4 Ipm. Hasil penelitian menunjukan prosesgasifikasi dapat menghasilkan gas mampu bakar (CO,CH4, H2) secara kontinyu selama lebih kurang 3 jamoperasi. Peningkatan laju aliran udara akan meningkatkan suhu dalam reactor, komposisi gas, laju aliran gas,efisiensi gasifikasi dan temperature nyala gas pembakaran yang dihasilkan.Kata kunci: Updraft Gasifier, gasifikasi, tempurung kelapa.

Abstract

Kulit padi dapat diubah menjadi gas metana dengan metode gasifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan udara terhadap temperature pembakaran, mengetahui waktu lama nyala efektif dan lamanya pendidihan air.Penelitian menggunakan reaktor dengan spesifikasi: tinggi reaktor 900 mm, diameter luar reaktor 290 mm, dan diameter dalam reactor 240 mm. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji pembakaran tungku dengan kecepatan udara V = 4,3 m/s dan V = 4,8 m/s.Hasil menunjukan semakin besar kecepatan udara yang dihasilkan, maka didpatkan temperature pembakaran pada tungku gasifikasi kulit padi. Pada V = 4,3 m/s didapatkan temperature pembakaran rata-rata 425 0C da pada V = 4,8 m/s didapatkan temperature 490 0C.Kata kunci: kulit padi, tungku gasifikasi, kecepatan udara

Abstract

Equipment design start from component design. In order to meet the requirements, it is designed base on the material used. The purpose of this study is to design a manually operated lifting equipment of 2 ton capacity used in a commercial vehicles in the form of engineering drawing. Comparison data used in this study is a triple lift floor jack. From the calculations, it is found that the largest load happened a lifting position. Abstract

One of the tests used to determine the mechanical properties of the metal are tensile test. The results obtained from tensile testing is the yield strength of the material. In the tensile test, applying load and extension of the material are manually analyzed. The research objective is to develop software and perform simulation of tensile testing test based on applying load and extension. Simulation results can determine the of technical strength and true strength of material the base on the results of tensile testing specimens of copper shafts circular cross section and angle shape cross section of construction steel specimen. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the operational feasibility of machine’s tool by testing the characteristic of static geometric based on ISO-1708 standard. The object is Weiler Primus lathe located in Sam Ratulangi (Unsrat) engineering manufacturing laboratory. Examination covered five measurements, which is harmonization to the machine base and sledge, motion alignment head move off relatively against the sledge movement, accuracy of the main spindle, alignment of rote launcher axis fuse and the axle carrier’s accuracy due to keming in the bearing press. Measurement of the five tests were done because of the limitation of measuring tools which can support the other measurements. The result of deviation value obtained from the test will be compared with allowed deviation value based on ISO-1708 standard. The measurement result of the five types of tests shows that Weiler Primus’s lathe located in Unsrat engineering laboratory is conform with ISO 1708 standard. In other words, the late posses the ability and reliability to produce a product or tool with high accuracy with an average reliability of  99,370%. Keywords: Geometric Accuracy, Machine Tool’s. Lathe
