Abstract

Currently, technological development is very much needed as information systems are increasingly stringent and require the readiness of an organization. Government agencies very much manage and serve the community so that the role of government is very influential to serve the community for example for the management of correspondence. The use of the existing mail information system does not meet the standards of technological development, because the existing data processing system is still done manually using Microsoft Word. The problem that is often faced when making a letter by hand is that people who make a letter have to wait a long time, because officers must input data manually. The purpose of this research is to create a system to serve the public in making letters, so that officers can provide services quickly and accurately. The results of this study are the information system that was designed to be able to provide convenience and update the administration of the letter agenda that previously was still using the manual method.

Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 virus has been widespread all over the world since its discovery in 2019. However, the spread of this virus can be prevented by means of health protocols conforming to World Health Organization standards. The Indonesian government continues to educate the public, especially school-aged children, to understand how to implement the health protocol. On the basis of the foregoing, it is necessary to carry out research on the creation of an interactive media based on multimedia content that can be used to educate on COVID-19 prevention, specifically for elementary school children. The research begins with problem analysis, storyboard writing, creating 3D animation characters, and merging all content into a complete 3D animation video. The results of this study are 3D animated multimedia content which presents 3D animated scenes on the application of health protocols such as hand washing with soap, wear masks and keep distance.

Abstract

Menganalisa jaringan Wireless dengan menggunakan Quality Of Service adalah tujuan program, peralatan, khususnya data dapat digunakan oleh setiap orang yang ada pada jaringan. Perangkat dan data yang dapat dishare akan membuat penghematan anggaran yang cukup besar, karena tidak perlu membeli perangkat baru untuk dipasang ditiap-tiap unit komputer. Dalam meningkatkan performa konektivitas tersebut, yaitu dengan memastikan bahwa lalu lintas data di jaringan berjalan lancar. Salah satu cara untuk melakukan ini adalah dengan menganalisa kualitas jaringan apakah baik, sedang dan buruk pada layanan video steaming Youtube.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kualitas jaringan dengan menggunakan software wireshark untuk melihat jaringan dengan aplikasi jaringan komputer yang bersifat multimedia, real-time, interaktif dan merupakan salah satu solusi kebutuhan multipoint. Dalam melakukan perencanaan sebelum menggelar fasilitas video melalui suatu jaringan, kita perlu memperhitungkan kebutuhan bandwidth untuk sukses-nya sebuah konferensi video. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah telah berhasil dilakukan maka perlu dilakukan Qos pada video streaming, karena video membutuhkan bandwidth yang sangat besar maka perlu adanya suatu kinerja yang lebih dalam jaringan tersebut untuk menjaga jaringan internet tetap stabil dan Dapat di gunakan Dengan Baik dalam layanan video streaming pada layanan jaringan Wireless.

Abstract

The development of wireless technology continues to improve quality and increase the speed of data transfer into one important factor that is considered. Each year, wireless technology users continue to increase and communication service needs also experience tremendous traffic surge. The impact of high traffic intensity of data sent can lead to increased data queue and transient transmission network. The problem of network crunch resulting from a high amount of queue data may affect service performance. To get the solution, in this study was tested using Hierarchy Token Bucket (HTB) and Enhanced Distributed Channel Access (EDCA) on 802.11n wireless network. Queuing tests are performed on four types of traffic: voice, video, best effort (BE) and background (BG). Assessment of QoS of HTB and EDCA is based on throughput and delay parameters. The results obtained from throughput testing of the mean value of each data packet, the results show that the EDCA method is better than HTB method. The best throughput results are given on Best Effort(BE) traffic. While on the delay test by using HTB and EDCA method, obtained the average of EDCA delay smaller in multimedia data packet for Video and Voice. In conclusion, the results show that the EDCA method is better than HTB.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology and the ease of obtaining information and communication, so that the impact on the use of information technology is misused, in order to improve the performance of institutions one way to determine the form of information systems that can meet business needs and in line with the organization's business development is develop an enterprise architecture. Enteprise architecture describes a process for organizing and directing information systems development plans, which consist of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture to obtain support and commitment from management in implementing integrated information system development. The methodology used in making enterprise architecture models here is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). In EAP, architecture describes the data, applications and technology needed to support an organization's business. This research is used as a case study is the National Narcotics Agency of Aceh province. Enterprise data architecture is one product towards the planning stage of enterprise architecture. Data architecture describes a variety of key data, called entities, that are used in a business environment. Application architecture describes the applications needed to support business functions and organize information in a business environment. The technology architecture defines the main technologies needed to provide an environment for applications that manage data. This research, explains the application of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) on developing prototype of integrating P4GN data in the National Narcotics Agency of Aceh Province. The business modeling stage is the process of defining the business of an organization that explains the organization's business functions. The results of business modeling are used as a basis for defining data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture. The results of business modeling which are the main functions of the National Narcotics Agency of the Province of Aceh are the prevention function, the function of community empowerment and the eradication function. Data architecture produced 22 data entity candidates and their relationships. In the application architecture obtained 31 application candidates. Whereas technology architecture shows 7 business locations spread across 23 Aceh provinces. The networks used are intranet and internet.

Abstract

School is a formal educational institution recognized by the Indonesian State Education Institute, every citizen has the right to get it. In accordance with field interview observations, there is no equal distribution of junior high school locations around sub-districts in Aceh Besar and the distance of school locations from students' residences is very far. The purpose of this study is to analyze geographic information systems (GIS) on the probability of building new school in Aceh district, which are divided in 4 criterias; high, medium, low, and no probability, as well as using school spatial analysis (buffer, overlay and clip) and scoring methods to determine the probability for the location of the new school. The results show 4 criteria for the location probability; there are 11 districts with high probabilities, 21 medium probabilities, 23 low probabilities, and 23 no probabilities in each district.

Abstract

Tracer Study is a service provided by higher education institutions to track alumni who have graduated, which can later be used as an assessment. Accreditation of graduates aims to determine educational output in the form of a transition from the world of education to the world of work. Dikti is currently pioneering the complications of the National tracer study data, especially regarding the transition and job position of university graduates in Indonesia. Tracer study at the University of Serambi Mekkah is considered important because it becomes a tool for evaluating the performance of higher education institutions and becomes an assessment by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). The online tracer study has been implemented by Dikti since 2011, but not all universities have conducted an online tracer study system. The Tracer Study of the University of Serambi Mekkah is intended to trace the traces of graduates / alumni carried out 2 years after graduation and aims to find out, educational outcomes in the form of the first job search process, last work situation and application of competencies in the world of work in accordance with the skill areas that have been obtained, output of education is self-assessment of mastery and acquisition of competence, educational process in the form of evaluation of the learning process and the contribution of higher education to the acquisition of competence. Alumni tracking has been carried out by universities through a website-based application at http://tracerstudy.serambimekkah.ac.id. The purpose of this study from the observations that it still has many shortcomings including, the use of functions in the application has not run well as a graduate user and as a solution in this study developing an Android-based Mobile application. The method in this study uses the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) which is written on the development of the website system to the mobile application. By using firebase and android platform, It is hoped that the development of mobile-based applications can make it easier for graduate users to fill I tracer study data. Then the results of functionality and compatibility testing generated by tracer study users. An easy data entry process and a familiar interface will determine the quality and quantity of alumni, and make it easier for the faculty or study program level to determine policies in order to improve the quality of graduates, quality of education and accreditation. The convenience of alumni in accessing applications on the Google Playstore will make it easier for alumni to download and install the tracer study application on their cellphones.Keywords: Tracer Study, Android Mobile, Merdeka Campus

Abstract

Desa Wisata Nusa is the only village on the list of the top 50 Indonesian Tourism Village Awards (ADWI) 2021 from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, which carries the theme of disaster education. The residents of Nusa Village maintain the values of local traditions and culture so that tourists can directly experience the culture in this village. Tourists can stay in traditional wooden stilt houses. The inn was built by the local community independently. With so many opportunities from tourists, it is necessary to have an application that can help this tourist destination so that it can be published to the media, and can also be ordered through the application by tourists. This research aims to develop an application in the form of an android mobile to support integrated tourist destinations by utilizing the potential of the Nusa village and also using the marketplace. This research is development research, where this application was developed using mobile android, the development method in this research is the waterfall form. After doing research, the results are obtained, namely to facilitate the transaction process from tourists so that they can develop the village into a tourist village, because apart from the process of introducing tourist villages, promotions and also seeing potential, the ordering transaction process is also in one application. Abstract

On the xyz application that is already running, it is a job vacancy portal. In this system there are has two users, as business accounts and job seekers. Where business accounts can post vacancies and job seekers can apply for vacancies. In this running system, when job seekers display the vacancies list, there is a list of the latest vacancies that have been posted by business people. The problem with the list of vacancies is that the list of vacancies that appear is still not in accordance with the wishes of the user as the job seeker account, thus reducing the interest in application users. There-fore, a job vacancy recommendation system is needed that can correct deficiencies in the list of vacancies that are displayed to users as job seekers. The purpose of this research to be able to pro-duce recommendations for suitable job vacancies.
