Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has reduced the business income of Aisyiyah’s businesswomen. The purpose of this community service was to improve entrepreneurial competence, especially business financial management and assistance in making Business Registration Numbers and Micro Small Business Permits for Aisyiyah’s businesswomen during the covid-19. The program aimed to improve the entrepreneurial competence of Aisyiyah entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Implementation method: a) An initial study of the potential and business problems experienced by Aisyiyah’s businesswomen and discussing the topics needed. b) Implementation of entrepreneurial competency training, financial management for women entrepreneurs Aisyiyah, as well as assistance in making Business Registration Numbers and Micro Small Business Permits, c) Monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that the level of entrepreneurial competence increases, especially business financial management for Aisyiyah’s businesswomen. b). They are skilled in making financial reports, so they know the financial condition, weaknesses and strengths of the financial sector. c). Having good financial reports makes it easier for Aisyiyah’s businesswomen to get loans for business development. After being assisted in making Business Registration Numbers and Micro Small Business Permits, like business licenses and legality for the businesses of Aisyiyah’s businesswomen, they are more confident and more motivated in developing their business. The competence increase was shown by the high posttest score of 96.86% and much higher than the pre-test score, which only reached 0.083%. The implication was that these results could become input for the Aisyiyah Entrepreneurial School in improving the competence of Aisyiyah businesswomen and being able to develop the economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode sorogan dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren Darul Quro’ Gunung Pati, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat, dan strategi yang dilakukan oleh ustadz dan pengelola pesantren dalam mengoptimalkan pelaksanaannya. Fokus penelitian mengacu pada praktik metode sorogan yang terdapat kompleksitas sehingga memengaruhi keberhasilan pembelajaran pada santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung pada aktivitas pembelajaran kitab kuning yang menggunakan metode sorogan, wawancara mendalam dengan ustadz, kepala pondok, dan sejumlah santri Pondok Pesantren Darul Quro`, dengan langkah terakhir berupa studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode sorogan dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembacaan kitab secara individual oleh santri di hadapan ustadz yang kemudian diikuti dengan koreksi dan penjelasan terhadap kesalahan bacaan maupun pemahaman. Metode ini diterapkan pada kitab Mabadi’ul Fiqhiyah dan Bulugh al-Maram. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan metode sorogan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor pendukung seperti bimbingan langsung dari ustadz, kesiapan santri, serta dukungan dari pihak pesantren. Pelaksanaan metode sorogan juga menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan jumlah santri yang cukup banyak. Perlu adanya strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran yang tepat agar metode sorogan dapat berjalan secara lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam membaca dan memahami kitab kuning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of students’ learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), which is still largely dominated by conventional approaches and tends to provide less meaningful learning experiences. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the outdoor learning method and examine its implications for improving students’ learning motivation at Sekolah Alam Ungaran. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, the principal, and students as research subjects. The findings indicate that the learning process is carried out through the concept of Belajar Bersama Alam (BBA), which emphasizes the use of the natural environment as a learning resource integrated with religious values. Activities such as planting plants, rihlah, and observing natural phenomena provide contextual and meaningful learning experiences for students. The improvement in students’ learning motivation is reflected in several indicators, including active participation, enthusiasm during the learning process, direct involvement in activities, the emergence of curiosity through questioning and observation, and persistence in completing tasks. In addition, a more flexible and non-monotonous learning atmosphere supports students’ comfort and engagement. Therefore, the implementation of the outdoor learning method is effective in creating meaningful learning experiences while enhancing students’ learning motivation in the context of PAI learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the roots of the failure of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in achieving its ultimate goal, namely to form students who are faithful, pious, and have noble character in everyday life. Through a qualitative approach with content analysis methods and comprehensive literature studies, this study identifies fundamental factors that cause the gap between the ideals and the reality of PAI implementation in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that there are several main factors for PAI failure, including: problems with the curriculum that is not contextual, learning methods that tend to be indoctrinative, lack of teacher competence, limited infrastructure, disparities in education policies, the influence of globalization and digitalization, and minimal collaboration between three educational centers. The implication of this study is the need for a comprehensive reformulation and revitalization of the PAI system that involves all stakeholders, by considering philosophical, sociological, psychological, and technical pedagogical aspects to realize the ultimate goal of PAI in forming perfect human beings who reflect Islamic values ​​in life.
