Abstract

Coastal area is the most tsunami prone area. Many efforts have been done either by government or non-government organizations to minimize disaster impact. Resilient village program (Destana Program) is one of those efforts that is aimed to obtain community resilience in facing disasters. The purpose of this research is to examine Destana Program that had been done by two different organizations toward community resilience in coastal area after tsunami: study case of two villages in Aceh Besar. The data within this research were collected by delivering questionnaires, interviews and direct observation in relation to community resilience. The collected data were tested by using independent sample t-test and categorized based on the average. The results show that is differences between Destana Program which is conducted by Local Management Agency of Aceh Besar and by non-government organization. The results also indicate that resilience score of Gampong Kahju is higher than Gampong Pulot and the score of trained people is higher than untrained people. Resilience level of these two villages after Destana Program was conducted is in Destana Madya, it means that the resilience of these two coastal villages is in moderate level in facing tsunami.

Abstract

At this time the live shopping phenomenon has created a new dynamic in purchasing a product. products online. Where Live shopping Shopee is an online shopping system that allows sellers and buyers to interact directly and in real time through the live feature shopping Which available on application shopee. Objective researcher do research namely For analyze like what is the influence live shopping shopee on interest public purchasing. Method Quantitative is method study Which used researcher in research This, with using a sample of 60 people. In addition, the data collection method used is distribution of questionnaires or surveys via online media whatsapp. Data processing and testing The hypothesis was conducted using the SPSS Version 20 software program. Results of the Regression analysis Simple Linear shows that Shopee Live shopping has a significant influence towards the public's purchasing interest, which is 71.5%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that if live shopping experience increase so in a way automatic interest Public purchases will also increase. However, if live shopping experiences a decline then automatically the public's interest in buying will also decrease. Therefore, the final result study show that Live shopping on application Shopee can increase interest purchase public.

Abstract

Model pendidikan inklusi merupakan salah satu dampak dari perkembangan pendidikan modern. Anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus telah dihormati dan dihargai dengan sangat manusiawi di hampir semua negara maju. Misalnya, berbagai komponen yang saling mendukung mendorong kemajuan pendidikan inklusi di Amerika Serikat. Selain itu, orang tua dan anak berkebutuhan khusus di Jepang diberi kebebasan untuk memilih sekolah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Sekolah yang menerima siswa berkebutuhan khusus menyediakan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa tersebut. Berbagai daerah di Indonesia saat ini mendukung penerapan pendidikan inklusi, dan pendidikan inklusi baru-baru ini mulai berkembang di negara itu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kemampuan konseling guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) saat mendampingi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di sekolah inklusif pada jenjang pendidikan dasar di Sekolah Dasar Islam Karakter Harsya di Banda Aceh. Dengan berinteraksi langsung dengan subjek penelitian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan fenomena secara menyeluruh dan mendalam. Data primer dan sekunder berasal dari observasi aktif dan wawancara dengan guru dan kepala sekolah. Dokumen sekunder terdiri dari Program Pembelajaran Individu (PPI), catatan perkembangan siswa, dan kebijakan sekolah tentang pembelajaran inklusif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang konseling dengan strategi yang digunakan dalam observasi, interview, tes diagnostik dan dokumentasi yang holistik.
