Abstract

Abstract:This study attempts to develop learning gymnastics the floor of a series of simple at school junior. Research methodology used referred to research and development. A procedure in doing in the form of an analysis of needs, product development and piloting the product. A product produced in research and development in the form of the development of learning gymnastics floor was then competence a nucleus (KI) points 4 and basic competence (KD) points 4.6 curriculum in 2013.Keywords: research, learning, series, gymnastics floorAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran senam lantai rangkaian sederhana di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Prosedur yang di lakukan berupa analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan produk dan uji coba produk. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan berupa pengembangan pembelajaran senam lantai yang sudah mengacu pada Kompetensi Inti (KI) poin 4 dan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) poin 4.6 pada kurikulum 2013.Kata kunci: pengembangan, pembelajaran, rangkaian, senam lantai.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Researchers found that a low VO2 max football referee Association of PSSI Jombang. One way to increase VO2 max is the circuit training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of circuit training to VO2 max increase referee Association of PSSI Jombang. In addition, this study to determine the effect of conventional exercise Association of PSSI referee Jombang. Through the research is expected to generate alternative ways to increase VO2 max workout referee Association  of PSSI Jombang. The study design used is an experimental research. Of the 20 semple divided into two groups by means of ordinal pairing matching. Based on the analysis of data, circuit training gave a significant effect on the increase in VO2 max referee Association of PSSI JombangKeywords: Circuit training, VO2 max, football referee.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan atas  rumusan masalah bagaimana minat peserta ekstrakurikuler tenis meja di SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang.  Berdasarkan  tujuan  penelitian, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif yang lebih tepatnya pendekatan non-eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler tenis meja SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang yang berjumlah 20 orang. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah yang meliputi: (1) tahap persiapan ; (2) tahap pelaksanaan ; (3) tahap tabulasi ; (4) tahap analisis data ; (5) tahap pelaporan penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisai deskriptif berupa prosentase.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian survei minat peserta ekstrakurikuler tenis meja di SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang  maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat peserta ekstrakurikuler tenis meja dikategorikan kurang baik dibandingkan dengan ekstrakurikuler lainnya.Kata Kunci: survei, minat, ekstrakurikuler, tenis meja.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop a sports massage to warm up on the sport volleyball as an alternative form of heating that is useful to help prepare the physical condition before training or competing. Expected results of this development is beneficial to women athletes volleyball club Perkasa Jaya Blitar. This research method refers to a model of the development of research and development (R & D) of Borg and Gall uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. Results of development in the form of a guide book then tested on a small group of test phase involving 10 women athletes volleyball club Perkasa Jaya Blitar obtain a yield of 88% so that it can be used and a large group trial involving 30 women athletes volleyball club Perkasa Jaya Blitar result by 90 , 5% so it can be used.Key word: sports massage, warming up, volleyball

Abstract

Abstract: Development of the connectedness of the world affects the lives of individuals and national institutions. This has prompted the government to develop international education by starting with the pioneering on international standard schools (Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf International-RSBI) model. The implementation of international standard schools based on the philosophy of existentialism and essentialism / functionalism. RSBI is ordered by the government to adopt the curriculum of one of the OECD countries, that are countries considered to have been developed and established, to be implemented at the school. One of them is a popular Cambridge International Education (CIE), which originated in England. Students will be free how they will learn, how long a period of time, and others. Students may learn at school / educational institutes, self-taught, taught by the parents themselves, tutorials, or private. Keywords : Curriculum development and RSBI

Abstract

Among the student-centered approaches, there is one that stands out: student-centered learning (SCL). This model emphasizes students' ability to learn and make decisions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method; examining how the student-centered learning paradigm is applied in the field of guidance and counseling is the main objective of this research. The informants in this study were field study students in the Islamic Education Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta during the period October–November 2023. The students involved were all registered in the guidance and counseling course. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the application of the student-centered learning model in guidance and counseling classes B and C in the odd semester of 2023 proved effective in increasing student activeness. The increase in student activity can be seen in the increase in critical thinking skills, communication skills, and skills in solving problems. In addition, the lecturer acts as a facilitator of learning practices and is responsible for overseeing the entire learning process.   Abstrak Diantara pendekatan yang berpusat pada siswa, ada satu yang menonjol: Pembelajaran Berpusat pada Siswa (SCL). Model ini menekankan pada kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran dan pengambilan keputusan terkait pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, mengkaji bagaimana paradigma pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa diterapkan dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling menjadi tujuan utama penelitian ini. Informan dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa studi lapangan di Program Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta selama periode Oktober–NNovember 2023. Mahasiswa yang terlibat semuanya terdaftar pada mata kuliah Bimbingan dan Konseling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model Student-Centered Learning pada kelas Bimbingan dan Konseling B dan C pada semester ganjil tahun 2023 terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa. Peningkatan aktivitas mahasiswa dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya keterampilan berpikir kritis, keterampilan berkomunikasi, dan keterampilan dalam memecahkan masalah. Disamping itu, dosen berperan sebagai fasilitator praktik pembelajaran yang bertanggung jawab mengawasi seluruh rangkaian pembelajaran.
