Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors - factors that berepngaruh to increased career Civil Servant Government of Makassar. Data used in this study are primary data that the questionnaire answers of respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The sample in this study were 75 respondents Civil Servants in the scope of the Government of Makassar. The results of this study stated that based on the results of data analysis on demonstrating leadership style factors affect the 65.3% increase in employee career and motivation to work, this means that 34.7% (100% - 65.3%) increase in employee career is influenced by other factors outside research variables are also influential.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh KEK Sorong terhadap pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Papua Barat yang di analisis menggunakan metode deskripstif kualitatif serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang signifikan berpengaruh dalam dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di KEK sorong terhadap Provinsi Papaua Barat dengan analisis Regresi linier berganda sedangkan variabel predikator yaitu pelayanan jasa X1,industri X2,tenaga kerja X3,modal pelayanan X4,perdagangan X5,Eksport X6 dengan variabel kriterium pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Model Pembangunan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Kota Sorong sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi papua barat dapat di jadikan model pembangunan kawasan di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Pembangunan, Kawasan Ekonomi, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic leadership model that is applied in order to create a competitive advantage in the Maintenance and Repair Shop Toyota PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo. This study used qualitative methods, more emphasis on qualitative descriptive type of approach that identify and describe the strategic leadership that is applied Repair Maintenance and Repair Toyota PT. Hadji Kalla Urip to create competitive advantage. From the results of this study concluded that the strategic leadership BPP Toyota PT. Hadji Kalla Urip very well marked throughout all levels of business strategy (corporate level, bussiness level, & funcional level) plays a role determining strategic direction, competence mainstay owned consists of kaizen, standard services TSA21, Maintenance Remainder System, Quality Control, the customer is a friend, Toyota production sytem. Forms of Human Resources Development is for technicians follow a tiered training, employee benefits and career development. Effective organizational culture is thick, namely family, our faith, our company is a mandatory exercise routine. For a company that is ethical practice listening skills, speaking, friendly and courteous as well as respect and caring. While the company's organizational control through discipline supervision and evaluation of the meeting. Possessed of strategic leadership, the company needs to maintain and further enhanced. But keep attention on supporting the development of staff that they lack the opportunities and customer engagement to support the company culture

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Efektifitas Penyaluran Kredit Pada Anggota Koperasi Satyadana Makassar. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah Data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan selama empat tahun berturut-turut  dari tahun 2018 sampai 2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan tidak efektifnya penyaluran kredit kepada anggota koperasi satyadana makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning digitalization, teachers' professional competence, and work commitment on student achievement with organizational culture as a moderation variable. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Makassar by involving a randomly selected sample of students. This study uses a quantitative method with path analysis to test the hypothesis proposed. The results show that the digitization of learning has a significant effect on student achievement, especially when supported by a strong organizational culture. Teachers' professional competence has also been shown to significantly improve student achievement, with influence amplified by a supportive organizational culture. Teachers' work commitment has a significant effect on student achievement, and a positive organizational culture reinforces this influence. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of organizational culture in maximizing the positive influence of learning digitalization, teacher professional competence, and work commitment to student achievement. The recommendations of this study include strengthening organizational culture in schools, improving teachers' professional competence through continuous training, and integrating technology in the learning process to improve overall student achievement.
