Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are any factors that influence the timeliness of central government financial reporting at KPPN Makassar I. This study aims to determine what factors influence the timeliness of central government financial reporting. This research was conducted at the Makassar State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) 1. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the analysis of this study explain that the factors that influence the timeliness of central government financial reporting at the Makassar Treasury Service Office (KPPN) 1 are competent human resources, information technology support, and organizational governance aspects. Financial reporting conducted by KPPN Makassar 1 is always on time according to a predetermined schedule.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of additional employee income and career development on the performance of Makassar City Education Office employees. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were 185 employees of the Makassar City Education Office. Determination of the sample using the slovin formula so that the sample in this study was 65 employees at the Makassar City Education Office. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, data normality test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that additional employee income and career development had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Makassar City Education Office employees

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan suatu usaha dimana konsumen menentukan produk yang akan dibeli, kualitas dan sebagainyayang di akhiri dengan pembelian produk tersebut. Perkembangan bisnis properti semakin berkembang khususnya rumah subsidi. Dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Adapun dalam penelitian ini sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 pada perumahan PT Bukit Sejahtera Real Estate. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen dan dependen antara lain variabel independen harga, lokasi dan promosi sedangkan variabel dependen keputusan pembelian. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS 24. Dengan uji validitas, reabilitas, asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Serta dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Lokasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Keputusan pembelian, harga, lokasi dan promosi.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Digital Content Marketing, Influencer Credibility, and Social Media Interactivity on Brand Loyalty among Generation Z consumers in Indonesia. The research is motivated by the shifting behavior of Gen Z, who are highly influenced by digital content and social media dynamics in forming brand preferences and loyalty. A quantitative explanatory approach was adopted using a survey method. Data were collected from 190 respondents aged 18–26 years who actively use social media and have interacted with brand or influencer content. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests. The results reveal that all three variables positively and significantly influence brand loyalty. Among them, Influencer Credibility has the strongest impact, followed by Social Media Interactivity and Digital Content Marketing. The R² value of 0.533 indicates that 53.3 percent of the variation in brand loyalty is explained by the model. The F-test and t-tests confirm the significance of the model, with no issues of multicollinearity or autocorrelation found. These findings highlight the importance for brands to create credible influencer collaborations, engaging content, and active interactions with Gen Z audiences. Future research is recommended to explore mediating variables such as brand trust, digital experience, or emotional engagement.
