Abstract

Demensia, termasuk penyakit Alzheimer yang mempengaruhi daya ingat, berpikir, berperilaku dan emosi sehingga demensia merupakan salah satu tantangan isu kesehatan masyarakat global terbesar. Dalam artikel ini penulis akan lebih membahas mengenai salah satu gangguan berbahasa yang disebabkan dari faktor medis yang lebih tepatnya yaitu akan membahas tentang demensia sebagai gangguan berpikir pada pembelajaran psikolinguistik dan pemerolehan bahasa. Sesuai dengan gangguan berbahasa yang disampaikan menurut Sidharta, 1984 (dalam buku Abdul Chaer, 148 : 2002) dikemukakannya bahwa secara medis gangguan bahasa dibedakan atas tiga golongan, yakni gangguan berbicara, gangguan bebahasa dan gangguan berpikir. Penyebab demensia ini antara lain karena terganggunya fungsi otak dalam jumlah besar, termasuk menurunnya jumlah-jumlah zat-zat kimia dalam otak. Biasanya volume otak akan mengecil atau menyusut, sehingga rongga-rongga dalam otak melebar. Selain itu dapat disebabkan oleh penyakit seperti stroke, tumor otak, depresi, dan gangguan sistematik. Demensia yang disebabkan oleh depresi dan gangguan sistematik dapat pulih kembali, tetapi banyak kondisi lainnya tidak dapat kembali ke kondisi sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menentukan hasil belajar siswa sebelum belajar jarak jauh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Subang, (2) menentukan hasil belajar siswa sesudah belajar jarak jauh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Subang, (3) menetukan pengaruh belajar jarak jauh pada hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Subang Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif yang tujuannya untuk mencari informasi tentang hasil nilai siswa yang menunjukan kemampuan siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Sunda. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) hasil belajar Bahasa Sunda siswa Kelas XI SMAN 1 Subang sebelum PJJ tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 82,86 dan standar defiasinya 2,180, (2). hasil belajar Bahasa Sunda siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Subang ketika PJJ tinggi yang rata-ratanya 82,97 dan standar defiasinya 4,299, (3). ada pengaruh PJJ pada hasil belajar siswa dalam pelajaran Basa Sunda. Ada kenaikan nilai rata-rata walaupun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Pembahasan artikel ini diawali dengan hadirnya karya sastra Sunda khususnya carpon yang di dalamnya menceritakan tentang tokoh perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gambaran dunia perempuan sesuai kodratnya yang berperan sebagai ibu dan sebagai istri pada carpon Panggung Wayang karya Aam Amilia. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang bersumber dari beberapa tokoh kumpulan carpon Panggung Wayang karya Aam Amilia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan feminisme. Hasil pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa gambaran dunia perempuan yang berperan dalam latar dunia domestik, publik, dan keduanya tanpa meninggalkan kodratnya sebagai perempuan. Selain itu, dari perolehan ceritanya secara keseluruhan tokoh perempuan lebih didominasi oleh segi domestik yakni digambarkan citra perempuan sebagai ibu, citra perempuan sebagai istri, citra perempuan sebagai ibu atau istri yang berperan langsung di luar rumah untuk memperoleh kesejajaran tanpa meninggalkan kodratnya, citra perempuan yang sebagai istri yang setia dan cerdas, serta citra perempuan yang digambarkan secara negatif sebagai perempuan kedua.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the problems currently being faced by Indonesia and has become a concern for the government because it is a serious condition in children which will eventually lead toaffect the quality of Indonesia's young generation. Stunting is characterized by a child's height below the average and a body that does not grow and develop properly according to his age which lasts for a long time. Even in the long term, stunting will eventually be followed by intelligence disorders in children due to lack of nutrition, including in Sumurwiru village, Cibeureum sub-district. This village, which has a population of 1164 people, has stunting problems, it can even be called a stunting emergency. This can be seen from the data obtained as many as 8 children experienced stunting even within a period of 6 months experiencing an increase in the stunting rate of 12 children. In addition, another problem in Sumurwiru village is the lack of food commodities as a source of fulfilling community nutrition which encourages stunting. Seeing this increase in numbers, the implementation of this catfish farming work program as a support for food self-sufficiency to fulfill nutrition in Sumurwiru village in preventing stunting through the Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) as the manager. This program also helps improve the economy of the Sumurwiru village community because catfish farming is a business that is in demand by farmers with a growing market value and a promising business. This activity consists of several stages as follows: 1) Field survey; 2) Coordination with managers of women farmer groups (KWT); 3) Cooperating with partners; 4) Program implementation; 5) Program evaluation.

Abstract

The main function of language is to communicate or interact with other people. There have been many studies conducting about the language, especially about the process of language acquisition as it is an interesting and impressive aspect to be discussed in human development. The process of language acquisition starts from newborns period until they are adults. Language acquisition process deals with children, of course its process is vary between a child and others, particularly in the children with exceptionality such as children Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or other disorders. The occurrence of ASD in the world increases rapidly every year. Thus, it is very important to discuss about language in children with ASD. According to the data base sources, the special education system and treatment to help children with ASD in developing their language will be discussed further in this paper.

Abstract

There are many social paradigms that generally talk about men having larger brain size than women, and men’s language is different from women’s language. These issues gradually and directly discriminate women’s status in the society. This article significantly is a response to those issues. This article discusses the phenomenon from psycholinguistic point of view by examining the differences from the anatomy of the brain. By collecting data and information from other researches and literatures, this article wants to see the differences between men’s and women’s brains and how the brain size and shape can affect their language skill in terms of language storage.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology greatly influenced the development of language, the rampant use of slank language variations caused the Sundanese dialect to be increasingly displaced and prone to extinction so the inventory of a language was greatly encouraged. In this study, the method used was descriptive qualitative. Books, and journals, are secondary sources used, and informants as primary sources. The results of this study stated that as many as 28 verbs, 32 nouns, 21 adjectives, and 3 prepositions of the Panjalin dialect, and of the 77 words only 62 words have meanings in the dictionary while the others have been mixed with languages other than Sundanese so it can be concluded that about 67.78% of the words are contained in dictionaries and about 32.22% are Sundanese dialects of Panjalin.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the kinship of Sundanese language with Javanese language of Panjalin Kidul dialect. The research method used is desciptive qualitative method. Data collection was done using the method of chapping and listening. The instrument used in the data collection process was a Sundanese vocabulary list. The data analysis method used is the synchronic comparative method. This research was conducted in Panjalin Kidul Village, Majalengka Regency, West Java Province. The results of this study showed that 84 data were obtained that were related based on the symptoms of language sound variation from 160 vocabularies. With 68 data of synonym language sound variation and 16 data of homonym language sound variation. The level of kinship between Sundanese and Javanese is 80% with an error term to determine the percentage of kinship of 8,6. Therefore, it can be concluded that Sundanese and Javanese dialects of Panjalin Kidul Village have a language kinship with a percentage of 80% and show an interesting attraction between the two languages.

Abstract

Physical education is not just about learning skills from several basic techniques in sports including football. Currently, football needs to be supported by critical thinking skills to produce a more focused and efficient game. The aim of this research is to implement an inquiry learning model on students critical thinking skills in the game of football in the aspects of maintaining possession of the ball, creating space in attack, and shooting the ball into the goal. The method used was an experiment with The Randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design. The total sample was 70 students divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 35 people who were given inquiry model treatment and the control group of 35 people who were given conventional model treatment. The instrument for measuring critical thinking skills uses an observation sheet whose level of validity has been tested. The results of the research show that students critical thinking abilities for the inquiry model in football learning in the aspect of maintaining possession of the ball are in the very good category, while for the conventional model in this aspect they are in the good category. Students critical thinking skills for the inquiry model for the aspect of creating space in attack are in the very good category, while for the conventional model in this aspect they are in the good category. Students critical thinking skills for the inquiry model in the aspect of shooting the ball into the goal are in the very good category, while for the conventional model in this aspect they are in the good category. The application of the inquiry model for students as prospective physical education teachers in order to improve critical thinking skills in football game material has a significant impact.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) describe the form of language integration of content creators on YouTube; And (2) describe the factors that cause language integration. The method used in This research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of involvement-free viewing techniques proficient and note-taking technique. Data analysis is done by classifying the data obtained from some content on YouTube. The factors that influence integration are: Characteristic conditions of language systems/rules; The more similar one to another, the better faster integration; The urgency of absorption of language elements. The more important the element of language in the use of the recipient's language, the more often it is used, the faster it will be integrate; Language attitude of speakers of the receiving language.
