Abstract

Dalam mata pelajaran Kimia, terdapat materi senyawa turunan alkana yang mempelajari struktur, cara penulisan dan tata nama senyawa turunan alkana berdasarkan gugus fungsinya. Pada proses pembelajaran materi ini menggunakan buku paket sebagai sumber materi dan papan tulis untuk menggambar struktur senyawa. Untuk materi ini, penggunaan alat peraga alternatif seperti Molymod dapat dikatakan sedikit, dikarenakan tidak semua sekolah memiliki alat peraga tersebut serta harga Molymod yang kurang terjangkau dan jumlahnya juga terbatas. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah media pengajaran alternatif dengan tampilan tiga dimensi yang dapat membantu kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam materi ini sehingga peserta didik dapat memahami struktur-struktur senyawa turunan alkana dalam format tiga dimensi. Teknologi 3D saat ini telah mengalami banyak perkembangan, salah satunya yaitu WebGL. WebGL merupakan 3D library graphics berbasis web yang memungkinkan peramban-peramban internet modern terkini untuk melakukan 3D rendering secara standar dan efisien tanpa membutuhkan instalasi plugin tambahan. Dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi multimedia pembelajaran dengan menggunakan objek tiga dimensi, diharapkan kegiatan belajar mengajar pada senyawa turunan alkana akan menjadi lebih menarik serta dapat dipahami oleh peserta didik. Bagi pengajar, akan memberi tambahan alternatif media pengajaran selain buku dan papan tulis.

Abstract

Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) adalah organisasi berorientasi penanggulangan bencana. BPBD Provinsi Riau menggunakan ArcGIS untuk menampilkan informasi spasial mengenai bencana. ArcGIS pada BPBD ini berbasis desktop, kelemahan sistem seperti ini adalah pengguna harus secara langsung berhubungan dengan perangkat SIG ketika ingin mengetahui informasi bencana. Selain itu, pengguna harus menggunakan media penyimpanan sementara (flashdisk atau hardisk) untuk memindahkan data dan kemudian di-import kembali ke dalam perangkat SIG pengguna. Lebih kronis lagi, ketika pertukaran data bencana dari antar BPBD Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Riau dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan telepon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengusulkan SIG menggunakan aplikasi QuantumGIS (QGIS) untuk mendigitasi peta dan mengelola tabel penyimpanan data. Selain itu, menggunakan protokol standar dari Open Geospatial Consortium yaitu Web Map Service. Hasil sistem ini berupa Sistem Informasi Geografis Bencana menggunakan standar Web Map Service. Manfaat yang diharapkan adalah untuk mendapatkan infrastruktur data spasial yang telah mendukung standar Web Map Service, sehingga peta bencana dapat ditampilkan di setiap client yang telah mendukung standar Web Map Service. Dengan demikian dapat mempermudah BPBD Provinsi Riau untuk melakukan kolaborasi penyebaran informasi bencana dengan BPBD se kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

The Department of Civil Engineering, University of Riau has a Final Assignment Administration service. The Final Assignment Administration service procedure currently implemented is still done manually. Starting from the registration data collection for Proposal Seminars, Results Seminars, and Thesis Defence, data processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel. The amount of data that has been processed so that the processing is done too long. Likewise in Microsoft Excel where formula changes often occur so that the data is not readable. Therefore, the Thesis Administration System was built using the Progressive Web Apps (PWA) method. The system built facilitates administrative services in the Civil Engineering Study Program at the University of Riau. The built system can be accessed on various devices, using the add to home screen feature which speeds up installation, and can be accessed offline. Testing of this system uses the Black Box method, which is to prove that the functional system is running properly and correctly. The results of this test are 100% proven with features that run as expected.

Abstract

A thesis (TA) is a scientific paper based on a problem. TA must be completed by students who wish to complete their studies. During this time, students often experience difficulties in determining the TA topic they want to research. To fix it, this research tries to determine TA topics using Machine Learning (ML) techniques based on the elective courses that students have taken. Elective courses are one form of academic data that can be used to consider TA topics. The ML algorithms used are KNN, NBC, ANN, SVM, C4.5, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression. The dataset used in this research is imbalanced data. This research balances the data using the Random Oversampling method and the Random Undersampling method. The results of experiments show that datasets balanced using ROS produce much higher ML performance, but tend to over-fit due to data duplication in the dataset. If the dataset is not balanced at all then the ML performance will be very low. Therefore, for unbalanced data, it is recommended to use the RUS method as data balance. The highest accuracy results for algorithms balanced using ROS are ANN=69.7%, RF=66.7%, SVM=57.6%, LR=57.6%, NBC=42.4%, C4.5=42.4%, and KNN=33.3%

Abstract

Adobe Lightroom is a very popular software among photographers for editing and organizing photos. Although the application is feature-rich and intuitive, many users still face various problems using it. Common issues include slow performance on older hardware, synchronization difficulties between devices, a complex interface, and feature limitations. These issues can interfere with user productivity and satisfaction, especially for photographers who depend on this application for their work. In addition, the Adobe Lightroom subscription fee is also a barrier for photographers. This research aims to analyze the user experience of Adobe Lightroom using the HEART Framework method, which was developed by Google to evaluate the quality of user experience (UX) based on five dimensions namely Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability test calculations which state that each statement item for user-centered metrics has been said to be valid and reliable. The achievement of the level of usability of the user experience of the Adobe Lightroom application has met and exceeded the predetermined goals in the goals-signal-metrics with a variable value of Happiness of 84.2%, Engagement of 79.3%, Adoption of 62.8%, Retention of 79%, and Task Succes of 83.5%. This result shows that the Adobe Lightroom application has created a positive experience for its users, but further development is still needed to provide a more optimal user experience in the future.

Abstract

The implementation of Information Technology in government agencies has been used to enhance management processes and productivity, making them more accurate and faster, which leads to an improvement in the organization's ability to achieve Governance Management Objectives (GMO) and Good Corporate Governance. The BKKBN of Riau Province has implemented Information Technology in its execution in the form of SIGA (Sistem Informasi Keluarga) and Srikandi (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi). BKKBN is a non-ministerial government agency tasked with population control through family planning and prosperous family programs. Cobit 2019 is an international standard for assessing IT governance and management within companies, which also provides solutions for improving those issues.This research aims to measure the level of organizational capability in IT implementation. The results of the analysis of the Design factor objective APO-09-Managed Service Agreements and DSS-01 Managed Operations have the highest importance value, which is 60. The measurement results for APO-09 reached 74% at capability level 3 with the status of Largely Achieved or not yet achieved, while DSS-01 reached a value of 79% at level 3, which means both process objectives are at level 2, indicating that the process activities have achieved their goals by performing a number of basic but complete activities. With these results, both process objectives require improvement based on recommendations formulated from the gap analysis to achieve the expected capability.

Abstract

Google Scholar is a search engine that serves as a platform for finding references from sources like articles, books, and journals relevant to ongoing or planned research. It aids students in discovering references aligned with their research topics or discussions. Nevertheless, challenges such as technical glitches in Google Scholar's servers, internet connection problems, restricted or paid access to articles, and the search algorithm's potential misinterpretation of user queries can occur. This research seeks to assess information systems students' satisfaction with Google Scholar's services and evaluate user satisfaction using the DeLone and McLean model. The analysis results show that of the nine hypotheses tested, seven were supported and two were rejected. The study implies that to enhance Google Scholar in the future, adjustments should be made to better cater to the needs of users, particularly students, in locating relevant and accurate references.

Abstract

Puskesmas in Indonesia are responsible for providing primary health services to the local community. The Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Indonesia utilise e-Puskesmas, a web-based system that enables electronic data management and patient services. The newest version, e-Puskesmas Next Generation (NG), was made to allow online interactions, but it has had some technical problems, including duplicate medical data and wrong medication dosages because it doesn't have an allergy detection feature. The UEQ method will be used to rate the user experience of e-Puskesmas. The UEQ measures six factors: attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Twenty-one people participated in the evaluation, and the results show that all variables were close to neutral. This means that using the system doesn't make people very happy or sad, but instead stays at an average level. This study confirms that, although e-Puskesmas has the potential to be an effective tool, there is still significant room for improvement, especially in terms of feature customisation and user interface. The "poor" score in the benchmark evaluation indicates that significant improvements in the system's design and functionality are necessary to enhance user satisfaction and healthcare service efficiency. It is hoped that these findings can encourage further development that addresses the existing shortcomings and effectively improves the management of health services at the community health centre
