Abstract

E-commerce is a variety of businesses that involve widespread transactions including the exchange of information via the internet network. Tokopedia is the most visited e-commerce on the web at 146 million every month. Although there are many visitors there are many complaint comments, such as delays in delivery and so on. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality based on 6 dimensions of e-servqual and zone of tolerance to determine the level of tolerance for services provided by Tokopedia. From the results of the analysis obtained, the gap value of the e-servqual dimension is negative, meaning that customers are not satisfied with the gap of -0.02, while the results of the zone of tolerance mapping are 21 attributes whose current service position is below MSA, meaning that customers are dissatisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Abstract: The current development of technology has successfully met various societal needs, one of which is the buying and selling activities. This development has led people to engage in online transactions, where buyers do not necessarily have to meet sellers in person. Tokopedia is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms used in Indonesia. Security issues arose when in 2020 Tokopedia experienced a breach, with data from around 91 million accounts being compromised by hackers. Consequently, Tokopedia needed to establish a Data Protection and Privacy Office (DPPO) to protect and safeguard user data privacy. This research addresses how perceptions of security and privacy can influence users' trust in transacting on Tokopedia. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the study evaluates the relationship between perceptions of data security and privacy with trust in transacting on Tokopedia. Based on the calculations of the multiple linear regression model using previously collected respondent data, it was found that perceptions of data security do not directly affect trust in transactions. However, perceptions of privacy are considered to have a significant influence and can increase trust in transactions among students in Pekanbaru. Abstract

Digital transformation in the banking sector is essential to meet evolving customer expectations and compete with advances in financial technology (fintech). Bank Indonesia's report shows digital banking transaction growth of 34.49% year-on-year in Q2/2024, reflecting the increasing adoption of digital services. As one of the five fully digital banks in Indonesia, Bank Jago must ensure a seamless user experience to remain competitive. This study evaluates the user experience of the Bank Jago app using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The results showed that all dimensions received positive ratings, with attractiveness getting the highest score of 1,673, followed by perspicuity and stimulation. However, efficiency, dependability, and novelty received lower ratings. The comparative analysis places Bank Jago in the “Good” category for attractiveness and stimulation, “Above Average” for perspicuity and novelty, and “Below Average” for efficiency and dependability. Interview results support these findings, with users expressing concerns about system speed, security, complaint response time, and real-time notifications. Therefore, while the user experience is generally positive, focused improvements are needed to enhance usability and maintain competitiveness in the digital banking sector.

Abstract

Puskesmas in Indonesia are responsible for providing primary health services to the local community. The Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Indonesia utilise e-Puskesmas, a web-based system that enables electronic data management and patient services. The newest version, e-Puskesmas Next Generation (NG), was made to allow online interactions, but it has had some technical problems, including duplicate medical data and wrong medication dosages because it doesn't have an allergy detection feature. The UEQ method will be used to rate the user experience of e-Puskesmas. The UEQ measures six factors: attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Twenty-one people participated in the evaluation, and the results show that all variables were close to neutral. This means that using the system doesn't make people very happy or sad, but instead stays at an average level. This study confirms that, although e-Puskesmas has the potential to be an effective tool, there is still significant room for improvement, especially in terms of feature customisation and user interface. The "poor" score in the benchmark evaluation indicates that significant improvements in the system's design and functionality are necessary to enhance user satisfaction and healthcare service efficiency. It is hoped that these findings can encourage further development that addresses the existing shortcomings and effectively improves the management of health services at the community health centre

Abstract

The integration of e-commerce features into social media platforms has created unique user experience challenges, particularly in localized buying and selling communities. This study evaluates the user experience of Facebook Marketplace within the Pekanbaru Jual Beli Online (PJBO) community using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Through a quantitative approach with 400 active users selected via simple random sampling, this research reveals significant user experience gaps in a platform that accommodates over 136,000 members. The results demonstrate that four core UX dimensions fall below industry benchmarks: attractiveness (0.85), clarity (0.81), efficiency (0.82), and dependability (0.79), all with narrow confidence intervals (±0.14-0.18), indicating consistent user dissatisfaction across these dimensions. While stimulation (0.80) achieved "good" ratings and novelty (0.78) scored "above average," the overall UX profile reveals a platform that provides adequate innovative features but struggles with fundamental usability aspects. This study contributes to UX literature by examining the unique intersection of social network-based e-commerce in localized Indonesian markets, and provides platform developers with actionable recommendations to enhance system navigation, transaction efficiency, and trust mechanisms. However, this study employs only the UEQ method and does not extend to a more comprehensive evaluation, such as assessing system effectiveness and application interface performance.

Abstract

Online transportation is a service provided over the internet, representing a technological innovation that has significantly facilitated travel for Indonesians. These applications have gained widespread adoption in Indonesia, serving as alternatives to conventional transport modes like taxis and traditional motorcycle taxis. They offer convenience and speed in booking rides, along with secure transactions through digital payment systems. Despite the user-friendly experience and advantages offered by these applications, their security cannot be overlooked. The increasing accessibility of Android-based online transportation applications has made them a prime target for malicious actors ("Crackers") who may exploit vulnerabilities for nefarious purposes. This research aims to identify security vulnerabilities and compare the security found in Android-based online transportation applications. The researcher utilized the Mobile Security Framework (MobSF) to conduct static security analysis focusing on parameters such as dangerous permissions, weak cryptography, root detection, SSL bypass, and domain malware checks. The security assessments of Gojek, Maxim, and Grab revealed moderate security risks. Gojek scored 44/100, Maxim 47/100, and Grab 50/100 in terms of security ratings. All three applications were found to have vulnerabilities related to dangerous permissions and weak cryptography. Specifically, Maxim was also susceptible to SSL bypass attacks. None of the applications had implemented root detection, but their domain malware checks were deemed satisfactory.
