Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Public Relations (PR) has a strategic function as a mediator of information from the government to the community. Public relation is an important support in achieving the goals set by an organization's management. Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency is one of the government agencies that use public relations as a means to inform the development of COVID-19. This study aims to find out how the role of the HULU SUNGAI SELATAN Regency Government Public Relations in educating the public about the dangers of Covid-19. The research method used is that the researcher uses qualitative research because he wants to emphasize the quality of the data, not the quantity of data. The results of the study indicate that the Hulu Sungai Selatan government through Public Relations has made efforts to educate the public regarding the current conditions of distribution, the number of Positive, PDP, and ODP in the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. Also contains policies, activities, appeals such as other important appeals, as well as activating Regional Apparatus Organizations to obtain information that will be published to the public.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada kaitannya hubungan antara menonton pasta gigi dengan perilaku murid dalam memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulut di SD Negeri Kandangan Utara 3Untuk mencapai tujuan dan maksud diatas maka metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi : tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi survey  yaitu suatu penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan ada tidaknya suatu hubungan antara dua variabel, dimana kuesioner sebagai instrumen utamanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah murid kelas 4, 5 dan 5 SD Negeri Kandangan utara 3. Sampel penelitian ditentukan secara stratified sampling, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitatif, dimana data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi dan tabel silang dengan menggunakan rumus  X2.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang cukup berarti antara menonton iklan gigi dengan perilaku murid dalam memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulut di SD Negeri Kandangan Utara 3

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulisan ini merupakan deskriptif analisis kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui 1. Apakah ada hubungan antara frekuensi ibu-ibu balita dalam menonton iklan gizi yang ditayangkan di Indosiar dengan kualitas perawatan gizi balita, 2. Apakah ada hubungan antara durasi ibu-ibu balita dalam menonton  iklan gizi yang ditayangkan di Televisi dengan kualitas perawatan gizi balita, 3. Apakah ada hubungan antara faktor pendidikan, penghasilan dan pekerjaan dengan kualitas perawatan gizi balita di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan Kota Banjarmasin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu balita yang bertempat tinggal di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan yang mempunyai anak berumur antara 6-23 bulan yang mempunyai akses terhadap siaran Televisi. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode pengambilan sambel bertahap, dengan  mengkombinasikan sampel secara porpusif, yaitu: memilih dua kelurahan yang dianggap mewakili yaitu kelurahan Kelayan Tengah dan Kelayan Selatan dan pengambilan sampel sampel secara acak sederhana (Simple random sampling) dengan mengambil 10 % dari jumlah Populasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ada hubungan antara fekuensi yang berisikan pesan-pesan gizi di Televisi dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan, dimana keeratan hubungan berdasarkan koefisien korelasi (Guidford) adalah hubungan yang rendah tapi pasti (0,32) sedangkan pada frekuensi menonton iklan-iklan yang berisikan pesan gizi dengan kualitas pemberian makanan  tidak mempunyai hubungan. Begitu pula ada hubungan antara durasi menonton iklan yang berisikan pesan-pesan gizi dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan dimana keeratan hubunagan berdasarkan koefisien korelasi (Guidford) adalah hubungan yang rendah tetapi pasti (0,40), begitu pula dengan durasi menonton iklan-iklan ytang berisikan pesan-pesan gizi dengan kualitas pemberian makanan dimana keeratan hubungan berdasarkan koefisien korelasi (Guidford) adalah hubungan yang cukup berarti (0,45). Tidak ada hubungan antara faktor pendidikan dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan begitu pula tidak ada hubungan antara faktor pendidikan dengan  kualitas pemberian makanan, ada hubungan antara faktor penghasilan dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan dimana keeratan hubungan berdasarkan koefisien korelasi (Guidford) adalah hubungan cukup yang berarti (0,56) sedangkan pada pemberian makanan tidak ada hubungan antara faktor pekerjaan dengan kualitas pemberian  makanan sedangkan faktor pekerjaan dengan kualitas penyediaan makanan tidak ada hubungan begitu pula dengan faktor pekerjaan tidak mempunyai hubungan dengan kualitas pemberian makanan. Kata Kunci : Menonton Iklan, Kualitas Perawatan Gizi, Televisi     ABSTRACT This writing is a descriptive quantitative analysis which purposes are to know: 1. Is there any relation between the frequencies of toddler’s mothers when watching nutritional advertisements aired on Indosiar with the quality of the toddler’s nutrition care, 2. Is there any relation between the duration of toddler’s mothers when watching nutritional advertisements in Television with the quality of toddler’s nutrition care, 3. Is there any relation between educational factor, income, and occupation with the quality of toddler’s nutrition care in South Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. The populations included in this research are mothers residing in South Banjarmasin District whose toddlers aged between 6 to 23 months and have access to Television programs. Samples are determined by using Multistage Sampling, combining purposive sampling method by choosing two administrative villages that can be considered as representative, which are Central Kelayan and South Kelayan, and Simple Random Sampling by taking 10% as a sample from overall population. The result: there is relation between frequency of nutritional messages in Television with the quality of food provided, where the intensity of the relation based on coefficient and correlation (Guidford) is a low but certain relation (0.32); whilst the frequency of watching nutritional messages advertisements and the quality of food serving doesn’t have any relation. Likewise, there is a relation between the duration of watching nutritional advertisements with the quality of food provided, where the intensity of the relation based on coefficient and correlation (Guidford) is a low but certain relation (0.40); while the duration of watching nutritional advertisements with the quality of food serving, where the intensity of the relation based on coefficient and correlation (Guidford) is a moderate relation (0.45). There is no relation between educational factors and the quality of food provided; it is also applied to relation between educational factors and the quality of food serving, there is a relation between the income and the quality of food provided where the intensity of the relation based on coefficient and correlation (Guidford) is a moderate relation (0.56). Meanwhile in food serving, not only there is no relation between the occupational factor and the quality of food serving, but also there is no relation between occupational factors and the quality of food serving; all the while occupational factors doesn’t have any relation to the quality of food serving. Keywords: Watching Advertisement, the Quality of Nutritional Care, Television

Abstract

People with psychological problems generally find it difficult to express themselves and have poor communication skills. This research focuses on the counselor's self-disclosure in revealing his psychological problems in online counseling services. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. This research uses the concept of self-disclosure as well as the theory of the Johari Window and Communication Privacy Management. The results showed that the main factors that influence the counselee's self-disclosure are listeners and channels. The counselee's trust in the listener and the response given by the listener is the counselee's consideration. The channel factor in the form of a disinhibition effect affects the counselor's self-disclosure in online counseling services. The supporting factors for self-disclosure were found, namely the topic. The reasons for the counselor's self-disclosure include the tendency of dangerous psychological problems, physical pain, complaints, emotional support, asking for help, and psychological control. The counselor tends to get positive effects from self-disclosure such as catharsis, self-knowledge, and self-acceptance. The effects felt different for each individual, a negative effect was found in the form of vulnerability.
