Abstract

This paper aims to provide an understanding and insight regarding land procurement for oil and gas exploration activities as well as the development of regulations or legal and policy breakthroughs that have so far not been or very little exposed. Land procurement has always been a serious obstacle or obstacle to oil and gas exploration activities in Indonesia. Land procurement for oil and gas exploration using a business to business (B to B) mechanism makes it very difficult for SKK Migas and the contractor. In recent years, the government has made legal breakthroughs to simplify and accelerate the land procurement mechanism for exploration activities. This study uses a normative juridical method supported by in-depth interviews with legal experts, land acquisition committees and landowners and has produced conclusions: First, the business to business (B to B) mechanism often faces obstacles and obstacles, such as; 1) refusal from the landowner; 2) inconsistency with the spatial layout; 3) there is a land dispute with other parties; 4) it is difficult for oil and gas contractors to process land certification. Second, the discretion which is considered as a legal breakthrough or new policy that is ideal in helping to smooth and accelerate the process of oil and gas production in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pembelajaran sejarah di era digital menghadapi tantangan berat, karena persepsi siswa materi pembelajaran dapat dengan mudah dicari di internet. Tujuan penulisan praktik baik ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi, mempergunakan kemajuan teknologi untuk  alat bantu pembelajaran, menghindari kegiatan negatif penggunaan android/HP, meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui dokumen diantaranya dari daftar nilai hasil belajar siswa, daftar hadir, daftar keaktifan siswa, silabus, RPP, hasil kuesioner/survey motivasi dan minat serta pengamatan secara langsung dan pengalaman praktik-praktik baik. Lokasi praktik baik di SMAN 1 Matauli Pandan melibatkan siswa kelas XII IPA10 berjumlah 24. Dengan mengubah model pembelajaran dengan Team Game Tournament (TGT) menggunakan media HP android dengan aplikasi barcode scanner diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa yang termotivasi dan  tertantang belajar sebanyak 21 siswa dari 24 siswa atau sebesar 87,5%. Siswa yang mengantuk menjadi tidak ada karena semua siswa terlibat dalam permainan menggunakan media barcode scanner. Namun demikian tidak ada satupun siswa yang menyatakan tertarik dan berminat menjadi sejarawan. Hasil belajar dengan media barcode scanner menunjukkan siswa yang tuntas belajar sejarah sebesar 92% atau 22 siswa, dan yang belum tuntas 8% atau 2 siswa memperoleh nilai kurang dari 75. Hasil belajar siswa meningkat dengan rata-rata kelas 84,25.

Abstract

This article is based on the development research that aims to develop multimedia of learning English which is attractive and effective for grade X Students about news item text. The development of the multimedia for learning English uses Lee and Owens model. The procedure of developing the multimedia covers four steps. They are: 1) need analysis and assessment, 2) designing multimedia learning, 3) developing and implementing the multimedia, and 4) evaluating the multimedia. The data of this research are compiled any sources i.e. validation result of leaning design expert, subject matter expert and learning media expert. It is also from students as treatment subjects and English lesson teacher. The treatment subjects are 39 students consisting of 3 students for personal treatment, 5 students for small group treatment and 31 students for field treatment. The results of the research show that: 1) developing the Macromedia Flash based multimedia of English learning for Class X was assessed by validators as learning media which is in good category and it is suitable to use. 2) the treatment subjects, students and English teacher gave response and conclusion that the multimedia is attractive for learning English, shown from the result of personal treatment subjects’ questionnaire of 88.7%, the result of small group treatment subjects’ questionnaire of 64.4% and the result of field treatment subjects’ questionnaire of 84.2%, therefore, the average of total treatment subjects’ questionnaire is 79.7%, then 3) this multimedia can be used effectively to achieve learning competencies, proven by the result of increasing score gained by the students in pre-test and post-test which is 72.03%. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berfokus pada etika penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam kampanye politik, dengan studi kasus penggunaan profil mantan presiden Indonesia, Soeharto. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan dampak penggunaan AI dalam konteks politik, termasuk masalah hak cipta dan pengaruhnya terhadap opini publik serta mempertimbangkan perspektif etis dalam menggunakan sosok kontroversial dalam kampanye politik menggunakan AI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi digital terhadap data yang relevan, termasuk literatur tentang etika penggunaan AI dan studi kasus kampanye politik penggunaan video AI Soeharto. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang implikasi etis penggunaan AI dalam konteks politik. Selain itu, juga untuk memberikan rekomendasi serta pedoman bagi penyelenggara kampanye politik, pengembang AI, serta pihak terkait lainnya dalam menggunakan AI secara etis dalam proses politik. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya etika dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan teknologi AI dalam berbagai konteks sosial.   Kata kunci: Artificial Intelligence, Etika, Video, Presiden Soeharto   Abstract This research focuses on the ethics of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in political campaigns, with a case study of the use of an AI version of Soeharto, the former president of Indonesia. This research aims to explain the impact of using AI in a political context, including copyright issues and its influence on public opinion, as well as consider the ethical perspective of using a controversial figure such as Soeharto in a political campaign using AI. The method used in this research is a digital ethnography qualitative method of relevant data, including literature on the ethical use of AI and a case study of a political campaign using Soeharto's AI video. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the ethical implications of using AI in a political context and provide recommendations and guidelines for political campaign organisers, AI developers, and other related parties in using AI ethically in the political process. In addition, this research is also expected to raise awareness for the importance of ethics in developing and applying AI technology in various social contexts.   Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, Video, President Soeharto

Abstract

The media industry faces various challenges, technological developments and market disruptions, causing traditional media companies to experience a decline in advertising revenue and mass layoffs. To remain competitive and overcome these challenges, media companies are beginning to adapt to various strategies, including artificial intelligence ). Now artificial intelligence is starting to be used in various aspects of video content creation, such as for video editing under the name Autopod. With maximum use of AI, media companies can streamline time and operational costs. The research method used is qualitative with a participatory approach. This approach aims to develop a more profound and holistic understanding of the experiences and views of researchers who focus on discussing the adaptation and application of AI in the video editing process and its visual aesthetic needs.
