Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerjakaryawan memerlukan kajian mendalam atas faktor-faktor yangberhubungan dengan peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Dariberbagai faktor yang ada, pemberian insentif merupakan faktordiduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitaskerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untukmengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif finansial dan insentif nonfinansial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian kepustakaan dan data lapangan, menunjukkan bahwapemberian insentif yang dilakukan Rumah Sakit Aisyah Blitar baikyang bersifat finansial maupun non finansial berada padakualifikasi baik. Pemberian insentif finansial dan insentif nonfinansial tidak berpengaruh, baik secara simultan maupun parsialterhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Aisyah BlitarKata kunci: : Insentif, Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

Infants are protected from infections due to maternal IgG which were taken intrauterine. Gestational age is predicted to have direct correlation with IgG titer in newborn. The aim of this study was to find out the mean difference of anti measles IgG titer between preterm and aterm newborn. Preterm newborns were taken consecutively and appropriated by gender to aterm groups. Laboratory examination and interview to the parents were performed. Paired t-test were used to compare anti measles IgG titer between two groups. Multivariate analysis were performed to factors contributed in anti measles IgG titer. The result showed the mean difference was significant, between anti measles IgG titer preterm and aterm newborn. The mean difference was 1417,05 mIU/ml (p0,05). The mean of anti measles IgG titer was lower in preterm newborn compared with aterm. Multivariat analysis showed prematurity is risk factor for a low level anti measles IgG titer in newborn. This study concluded that the mean of anti measles IgG titer in preterm newborn is lower than aterm. Prematurity is risk factor for a low level anti measles IgG titer in newborn. Maternal anti measles IgG and uteroplacenta circulation give contribution to anti measles IgG titer in newborn.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the impact of media visibility and digital banks on sustainability reporting disclosure, as well as the impact of corporate governance in moderating the media visibility and digital banks on sustainability reporting disclosure. The population used in this study are companies sector banking which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the analysis model is a multiple regression model. The results of the study indicate that the presence of media visibility and digital banks has a negative effect on sustainability reporting disclosures. The results show that corporate governance through the composition of independent commissioners has a positive effect when moderating the media visibility and digital banks on sustainability reporting disclosure.
