Abstract

Islamic boarding schools generally carry out the mandate to be able to provide moral education based on the Shari'a. Today's modern era with various technological advances that result must be prepared to face the challenges of the world both in terms of intellectual, especially in terms of economic or skills. When in pesantren education is only focused on intellectual education without providing a container of knowledge about skills, the influence gained by them seekers of knowledge in pesantren will find it difficult to face the modern challenges that exist today. Therefore, what is the strategy of pesantren from all existing elements, to improve by looking at the challenges that will be faced by students in the pesantren. The pesantren management will automatically control all the planned programs without reducing or overloading which results in a pure image of the pesantren sinking. In this case there are several pesantren which can be a mirror to create programs that lead to the improvement of the skills of the students. the pesantren in question is the Miftahul Mubtadiin male boarding school and the Rahmatal Lil 'Alamin Islamic Boarding School located in Nganjuk Regency. Both pesantren have different programs but on the same goal, namely to equip students in the field of skills. The skills referred to here are printing, raising livestock, gardening, farming, building, making calendars, sewing and so on.

Abstract

Abstract. The educational environment is everything that exists and occurs in the educational process, because the group of objects or the educational environment participates in efforts to develop itself. In this case, educational management, especially in Public Relations management, by paying attention to the human environment, namely a community with quality education. To create a harmonious situation and conditions between the school management and the community, simultaneous and comprehensive cooperation and contact between the two parties is needed. The school's public image is a very appropriate step in creating harmonious conditions between the management and the community. Kotler (1995) broadly defines image as the number of beliefs, images, and impressions that a person has on an object. The object in question can be a person, organization, group of people or anything else that he knows. If the object is an organization, it means that all beliefs, images and impressions of a person's organization are images.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed almost all lines of life in the affected communities, including education. The government's efforts to protect citizens from the spread of COVID-19, learning activities are carried out from home. Therefore, the teacher as the main role in the delivery of learning must be able to make a strategy so that the lesson reaches the students. In running the e-learning program, teachers must be able to build good and effective communication to all members who play a role in the implementation of the electronic learning program.The teacher's effective communication strategy is to optimize the teacher's skills in managing learning effectively and efficiently, preparing interesting learning materials and methods, ensuring students' readiness to accept learning, utilizing learning support media and evaluation related to feedback from students after receiving the material. The e-learning program has an impact on changing the learning culture that refers to the concept of student self-learning, so teachers and students can take advantage of digital platforms that provide communication support applications to carry out learning with guaranteed access whenever and wherever teachers and students are.
