Abstract

Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan merupakan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan pendayagunaan sumber daya yang dilakukan secara efisien dan efektif guna menawarkan jasa pendidikan. Rumusan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana proses pemasaran manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta, apa saja target yang ingin dicapai TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta dengan pelaksanaan manajemen pemasaran, apa saja hambatan yang dihadapi TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta dalam pelaksanaan manajemen pemasaran. Penelitian dilakukan di TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pemasaran di TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta berjalan dengan sangat baik serta mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Adapun beberapa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh TK An Nur 1 Yogyakarta yaitu senantiasa meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan, menjalin kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak guna memudahkan dalam pemasaran, memiliki ciri khas mendidik anak untuk sholeh dan mandiri, mengadakan berbagai kegiatan di pusat perbelanjaan, mengadakan perlombaan, dan bakti sosial.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving learning outcomes in mathematics on the subject of FPB and KPK, in class IV students of MI Ma'arif Nu Kedungrandu for the 2022/2023 academic year using the STAD cooperative learning model assisted by dakota media. This type of research is classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The research subjects were all fourth grade students at MI Ma'arif Nu Kedungrandu in 2022/2023, consisting of 11 students, 8 boys and 3 girls. The object of this research is the results of learning mathematics on the subject of FPB and KPK on students. Data collection was obtained by the observation method and the test method to measure learning outcomes. The results showed that the class average score in cycle I was 82.6 with a weight of easy questions and a percentage of completeness of 80%, in cycle II the class average was 71 with a weight of difficult questions and a percentage of learning completeness of 80%. This research was said to be successful because 8 out of 10 students who took part in the action got a higher score equal to the specified KKM score. So it can be concluded that the STAD cooperative learning model assisted by dakota media can improve learning outcomes in mathematics on the subject of FPB and KPK in class IV students of MI Ma'arif Nu Kedungrandu in 2022/2023.

Abstract

This paper presents the management of basic education facilities and infrastructure. The management functions of basic education infrastructure include planning, procurement, distribution, maintenance, deletion, and supervision. There are several things that must be considered during the implementation of infrastructure management, such as the number of children, school conditions, input from student parents, as well as developments in science and technology. With the implementation of optimal basic education infrastructure management, it is expected that the quality of education services can increase and the resulting output can also match the vision and mission of the institution. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed and conclusions were drawn. The results of the study show that Ar-Rafif Yogyakarta basic education has implemented facilities and infrastructure management which includes planning, procurement, recording, distribution, maintenance, and deletion. Management of infrastructure facilities is carried out by the school principal with supervision from the school director. In addition to procuring adequate learning media, Ar Rafif Yogyakarta basic education also has a library room, so it can better support learning activities.

Abstract

Efforts to Improve Students' Writing Skills Through Illustrated Newspapers for Grade 5 SDN 1 Metenggeng. Grade 5 students at SDN 1 Metenggeng, this study aims to improve writing skills. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) with various models. This can be seen from the results of the class action with Kurt Lewin's PTK model, students enthusiastically followed the instructions when the class action was carried out through the use of illustrated newspapers. In addition, before carrying out the lesson, take advantage of comic book media for lesson plans for class 5 topic 2 (clean air for health). This allows students to develop their narrative writing skills. The results of the research show that to draw conclusions by analyzing the characteristics through the main idea of ​​a text in a structured and what it is.

Abstract

The rapid flow of globalization and information today causes problems in moral consistency. Preventive steps to resolve this problem can be taken through the internalization of religious and moral values ​​education from early childhood. This article tries to provide alternative steps that can be taken by schools to overcome moral decadence. This research is qualitative research with a library research type of research. The author digs up data and information from various relevant sources then reads, examines and concludes in the form of a description. The researchers' findings show that overcoming moral decadence in schools can be done through 1) the active role of teachers and schools in implementing religious and moral values ​​education. 2) Efforts to instill religious and moral values ​​can be carried out using various methods such as playing, storytelling, singing, storytelling, employment, habituation and example. 3) Parental cooperation is also needed to ensure that the religious and moral values ​​education program runs as well as in school. 4) environmental factors are also an important part because they can influence the development of children's religious and moral values ​​in society.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendidikan inklusi di Lembaga PAUD masih menghadapi berbagai kendala struktural dan teknis. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen kesiswaan di TKIT Al Firdaus yang menerapkan pendidikan tanpa diskriminasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian dilakukan di TKIT Al Firdaus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru pendamping, guru kelas, siswa normal, orang tua siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen kesiswaan sekolah inklusi di TKIT Al Firdaus dimulai dari kegiatan observasi untuk setiap anak berkebutuhan khusus yang mendaftar, semua anak berkebutuhan khusus diterima di TKIT Al Firdaus, setiap anak mendapatkan terapi secara rutin dari sekolah, serta standar kelulusan anak bukan dari capaian akademik melainkan dari progress perkembangan anak. Kata kunci : Manajemen Kesiswaan, Pendidikan Inklusi, Sekolah Inklusi
