Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work stress management skills on employee performance at the Takalar Regency Education and Culture Office. The study uses a quantitative approach to examine the relationship between three independent variables leadership style, motivation, and work stress management skills and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 76 employees. The results showed that leadership style did not significantly influence employee performance with a regression coefficient B = 0.135 and a significance of 0.00, so this variable was not able to explain changes in performance partially. The motivation variable also did not significantly influence performance, with a regression coefficient B = –0.88 and a significance of 0.351. The negative coefficient cannot be generalized because it is not statistically significant. Conversely, work stress management skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient B = 0.442 and a significance of 0.000, which indicates that the better an employee's ability to manage stress, the higher the resulting performance. Based on a simultaneous test, the three independent variables significantly influenced employee performance, with an R² value of 0.396 and an F value of 15.730 (p < 0.05). This finding underscores the importance of strengthening stress management programs in the workplace and the need for organizational support to help employees cope with work pressure to optimally improve performance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kemampuan manajemen stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji hubungan tiga variabel independent: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kemampuan manajemen stres kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 76 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien regresi B = 0,135 dan signifikansi 0,00, sehingga variabel ini belum mampu menjelaskan perubahan kinerja secara parsial. Variabel motivasi juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan koefisien regresi B = –0,88 dan signifikansi 0,351. Koefisien yang bernilai negatif tidak dapat digeneralisasikan karena tidak signifikan secara statistik. Sebaliknya, kemampuan manajemen stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan koefisien regresi B = 0,442 dan signifikansi 0,000, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kemampuan pegawai mengelola stres, semakin tinggi kinerja yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan uji simultan, ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai R² = 0,396 dan F = 15,730 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan program pengelolaan stres di lingkungan kerja serta perlunya dukungan organisasi dalam membantu pegawai menghadapi tekanan kerja agar kinerja dapat meningkat secara optimal.
