Abstract

Efisiensi produksi merupakan salah satu alternatif penting dalam meningkatkanproduksi dan produktivitas kubis. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkatefisiensi teknis dari produksi usahatani kubis dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhinya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa usahatani kubis belum efisien secarateknis, dimana rata-rata tingkat efisiensi teknisnya sebesar 68 persen. Faktor-faktor sosialekonomi yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap inefisiensi teknis usahatani kubis adalahvariabel umur, pengalaman usahatani, dan keanggotaan dalam kelompok tani. Variabelumur berpengaruh positif terhadap inefisiensi teknis usahatani kubis, sedangkanpengalaman usahatani, dan keanggotaan dalam kelompok tani berpengaruh negatif.Kata Kunci: efisiensi teknis, usahatani kubis

Abstract
