Abstract

This research was explanatory research. It’s explained about the influence of free variabel, such as empower of civil servant (X1) and quality of civil servant (X2) concerning with effectiveness of organization in secretariat TTU regency. The population in this research was 153 civil servant under the scope of secretariat TTU regency with 9 parts. The techniques used in this research was random sampling. The data taken from questioness and it’s analysed used descriptive statistic and infferencial analysis statistic. The result of descriptive analysis show that, the variabel empower with indicator achievement was 73,57%, the quality variabel of civil servant was 70,64% and the effectiveness organization was 73,71%. Based on the third variabel respondent was good. The result of inferencial analysis showed that, coefficient determinate with value R2 was 0,769 means that contributed empower variabel (X1) and quality civil servant (X2) with effectivenessof organisation in secretariat TTU regencywas 76,9% and remainded from the other variabel but not in this research. The result of test hypothesis partial variabel in empower and quality of civil servant about effectiveness organisation with empower variabel value was 0,009. Variabel quality of civil servant was 0,000 and the significant value simultan was 0,000 where the value of the thirdsignificant < from alfa 0,05 or 5%.

Abstract

In line with the development of science and technology, many new discoveries have shifted the traditional farming system to a conventional farming system. Conventional farming systems are characterized by the use of inorganic inputs and agrochemicals in the cultivation process. Community understanding of the negative impacts of conventional agriculture both on the environment and health has awakened people to return to living in a healthy and natural way or what is now better known as back to nature. The purposes of this research are: (1) Identify what internal and external factors are the strengths and weaknesses as well as what threats and opportunities will be faced by the Atapain farmer group, (2) Formulate and prioritize the best strategies that can be implemented and recommended to Atapain farmer group. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with twenty respondents, while secondary data was obtained from reports from institutions that are closely related to organic vegetable business. Other supporting data were obtained from internet sites, magazine articles, newspapers, previous studies as comparative material as well as a collection of information from related agencies such as the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Department of Agriculture. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. This study identified the internal and external environmental factors that became the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats to be faced by farmer groups and the decision stage. Based on the results of the IFAS analysis, the appropriate alternative strategies that can be recommended for farmer groups are strengthening and maintaining existing marketing areas by maintaining product quality and maintaining good planting plans.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari semakin ketatnya persaingan dunia kerja yang menuntut lulusan tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga keterampilan non-teknis untuk dapat beradaptasi dan memasuki dunia kerja secara profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan Soft Skill terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Timor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 95 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Sebaliknya, variabel Soft Skill  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Efikasi diri dan Soft Skill secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kesiapan kerja mahasiswa lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh penguasaan Soft Skill dibandingkan efikasi diri. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan Soft Skill melalui pelatihan, pengalaman organisasi, praktik lapangan, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek perlu ditingkatkan agar mahasiswa lebih siap menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja.
