Abstract

The problems raised in this study are: Does the tariff (X1) and whether the facilities (X2) affect the satisfaction of Damri transportation service users in Kab. TTU? The aim of this study is to determine the effect of tariffs (X1) and the effect of facilities (X2) on service user satisfaction (Y) at Perum Damri in TTU Regency partially and simultaneously. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample that uses all of the population as a sample of 100 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis technique and multiple linear regression. The results of simple regression analysis between the Tariff variable (X1) on Service User Satisfaction (Y) are: Y = 5.954 + 0.600 X2 + i. The R2 value obtained from this study is 0.533, meaning that the percentage contribution of the influence of the Tariff variable (X1) on Service User Satisfaction (Y) in this research model is very small (less than 50%). The results of the facility variable (X2) on Service User Satisfaction (Y) are: Y = 7.288 + 0.597 X3 + i. The R2 value obtained from this study is 0.615, meaning that the percentage contribution of the influence of the Facility variable (X2) on Service User Satisfaction (Y) in this research model is quite small (less than 50%). The results of multiple linear regression analysis of rates (X1) and facilities (X2) on service user satisfaction (Y) are: Y = 2.152 + 0.248 (X1) + 0.362 (X2). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination or R2 of 0.492, it can be interpreted that 49.2% of the variation of the service user satisfaction variable at Damri in Kab. TTU can be explained by the Tariff (X1) and Facilities (X2) variables, while the rest (50.8%) is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mempromosikan dan meperkenalkan Fakultas Ekonomi dab Bisnis Program Studi Ekonomi Pembangunan dan Manajemen Universitas Timor. Sebagai Salah satu Universitas negeri yang berada strategis di Kawasan perbatasan RI-TDTL.Dengan metode yang dilakukan adalah presentasi materi terkait memeperlihatkan video dan brosur yang dibagikan kepada siswa/i. kemudian ada diskusi terkait pembuatan akun KIP Kuliah dan Pendaftaran masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sosilisasi ini siswa/i khsusnya SMAN Laenmanen Kabupaten Malaka memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk masuk bergabung pada Program studi ekonomi pembangunan dan Prodi Manajemen diukur dari banyaknya pendaftar dan sebagai Mahasiswa/i pada kedua program studi ini.

Abstract

Community service is carried out by providing internship assistance at the Public Housing and Settlement Areas Service, South Central Timor Regency. This practical internship activity aims to provide opportunities for students to apply theory and knowledge during lectures to practical realities in the world of work. The method used is Field Work Practice at the Public Housing and Settlement Department, South Central Timor Regency. Mentoring was carried out for 4 students with an effective period of 40 working days. The results of the internship work practice are that interns can learn directly about the financial realization of the settlement development program, settle incoming and outgoing letters, prepare accessories to repair pipes that are still leaking

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari semakin ketatnya persaingan dunia kerja yang menuntut lulusan tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga keterampilan non-teknis untuk dapat beradaptasi dan memasuki dunia kerja secara profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan Soft Skill terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Timor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 95 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Sebaliknya, variabel Soft Skill  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Efikasi diri dan Soft Skill secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kesiapan kerja mahasiswa lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh penguasaan Soft Skill dibandingkan efikasi diri. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan Soft Skill melalui pelatihan, pengalaman organisasi, praktik lapangan, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek perlu ditingkatkan agar mahasiswa lebih siap menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja.
