Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the nomological relations among market-orientation, entrepreneuship-orientation, learning-orientation and innovativeness in medium-sized business (SMEs). The study involves a questionnaire-based survey of owners from small-medium sized-firms operating in Purbalingga regency. A total of 150 usable questionnaires were received from SMEs. These were subjected to a Partial Least squares (PLS) analysis. The results show that firm learning-orientation and firm market-orientation positively influences firm innovativeness; firm market-orientation positively impacts firm learning orientation; firm learning-orientation mediates the relationship between firm market-orientation and firm innovativeness. This study has implications for SEMs aiming at increasing their innovativeness based on its orientation on market and organization learning. Abstract

This is a research that have been done to 102 Accounting students in Economy and Business Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University. Purpose of this research is to understand about accounting students’ perception on subjective norm, career, economic, social, academic title and knowledge motivation in influence of intention to take accounting certification.Accounting students (S1) in Economic and Business Faculty, Jenderal Sedirman University, who know about accounting certification – CA / CPA / CIA / CFA / others – was become the criterion in samples choosing of this research. The results of research are: (1) parents’ influence don’t become students’ consideration to take accounting certification; (2) the higer family’s influence, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification; (3) friends’ view or suggestion didn’t affect students’ intention to take accounting certification; (4) the higher lecturers/professors’ influence, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification; totally, subjective norm have positive and significant influence to students’ intention to take accounting certification; (5) the higher career motivation, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification; (6) the higher economic motivation, the lower students’ intention to take accounting certification; (7) the higher social motivation, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification; (8) academic title motivation doesn’t affect students’ intention to take accounting certification; (9) the higher knowledge motivation, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ROA, ROE dan NPM terhadap Harga Saham. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri atas 6 perusahaan. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software aplikasi Eviews versi 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Spiritual growth of Youth is the process of growing in size or growing in the spirituality and context of Christianity. Spiritual growth involves trying to guide individuals who do not yet have a personal attachment to Jesus Christ toward a connection with Him, so that they can become part of God's responsible community [Latif Helen Farida, "The Influence of Teaching and Fellowship on the Spiritual Growth of Children and Adolescents," Christian Theology and Ministry (2017), 120.]. Rotto Marinus, means that spiritual growth is to provide teaching in the truth of God's word which is sown through teaching and fellowship. Therefore, in the context of pastoral ministry, a pastor of the congregation needs to teach the truth of God's word to Youth members. The pastor of the congregation plays a role in encouraging all members of the Youth to increase their spiritual growth. Good spiritual growth is greatly appreciated by Christ Jesus through His words. This study aims to explain the role of pastoral ministry on the spiritual growth of youth in the Church of the Indonesia Christian Church, Gospel of the Majapahit Satellite Kingdom, Semarang. To answer the problems and objectives of the research, qualitative research methods are used by applying data collection. The result of the research to be achieved is that the pastor of the church as a spiritual leader who plays an intense role in order to be able to increase the spiritual growth of youth well according to the teachings of Jesus in His word.
