Abstract

ABSTRACT The conversation analysis contained in the Kick Andy Talk Show video contains four subjects, including conversation topics, conversation structure, conversation conversation, and conversational discourse. On the topic of conversation found three topics, namely general topics, sustainable topics and real topics. Furthermore, in the conversation structure found conversation topics found at the beginning of the conversation, the conversation's core, and the end of the conversation. As for the conversational speech, there are two types of speech conversations. First off said with the turn set, the second instead of talking with automatic turn. The last analysis of conversation is the conversation discourse. The unity is shown in the cohesion and coherence that exists in the content of the conversation from beginning to end of conversation.

Abstract

The majority of the Borehbangle village community works as farmers, and their main need in supporting agriculture is fertilizer. However, the farmers face challenges in obtaining subsidized fertilizers from the government, causing concern. Additionally, the farmers lack the skills to process organic fertilizer into liquid fertilizer that they can utilize. Therefore, the objective of this community service is to assist farmers in improving their skills in processing organic fertilizer into liquid fertilizer that can be used in agricultural activities. The partners in this service project are the farmers of Borehbangle village and the Agricultural Service Agency (BPP) of Merakurak. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), with approaches that include mapping, transect walks, field notes, seasonal calendars, Venn diagrams, flow charts, as well as historical tracing and problem trees. The community service team collaborated with BPP Merakurak to conduct training on producing organic liquid fertilizers, specifically NPK and urea. The results of this project show that the farmers actively participated in the socialization and direct training on producing organic liquid fertilizers. Moreover, they are now able to apply this knowledge independently at their homes. This training had a significant impact on improving the farmers' self-reliance in addressing fertilizer issues, ultimately supporting the sustainability of agriculture in Borehbangle village.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of teachers in developing students' critical thinking skills in IPAS (Natural and Social Sciences) subject, specifically on animal body parts, for third-grade students at MI Bahrul Ulum through the Discovery Learning method. The background highlights the crucial role of teachers in fostering critical thinking from an early age, especially in the 21st-century learning context. The research aims to explore the teacher's role, the implementation of Discovery Learning, and the challenges faced. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews with the headmaster and third-grade teacher, and documentation. The findings indicate that teachers act as effective facilitators, mentors, and motivators, actively engaging students in exploratory and reflective learning processes. The systematic application of Discovery Learning stages (stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization) significantly improved students' critical thinking indicators, such as problem identification, observation explanation, and conclusion drawing. Despite challenges like time constraints and varied student readiness, teachers demonstrated adaptive strategies to ensure meaningful learning outcomes.

Abstract

The meaning of a word depends on the user of the language itself. Inknown words there are words that have a higher value and a lower value. Theexistence of this unequal meaning is known as subordinate. Words that increase invalue are called amelioration, while words that decrease in value are calledpejorations. I found this amelioration and preference in a flier, which reads “aman's success in a career must have a woman behind him, namely his partner. Andthe destruction of a man must also have a woman behind him, namely his mistress. There are inaccuracies in the use and placement of words. The words that thewriter highlights are the words male and female as amelioration, and the wordsmale, female as peyorasi. In analyzing the researchers used a conceptual approach, because there was a change in the concept, and the technique used was a dressingtechnique. Through the technique of replacing the replaced element, it is always anelement that is the main concern in the analysis. So that the results of improving theflier sentence become "a man's success in a career must have a woman behind him, namely his partner. And the destruction of a man must also have a woman behindhim, namely his mistress.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of assessment media for IPAS (Natural and Social Sciences) subjects based on the Proprofs digital application for grade IV MI/SD students. The background of this research is the low motivation of students to learn in the evaluation of IPAS, the majority of whom still use conventional methods (Paper Based Test/PBT), as well as the lack of use of digital media in the IPAS assessment process. This study uses the Borg and Gall model Research and Development (R&D) method which is simplified into three main stages: preliminary study, development and testing, and implementation. The product developed is the Proprofs Quiz Maker digital application. The results of the feasibility test from the validator show that the Proprofs assessment media is included in the criteria of Very Appropriate and Appropriate. In detail, the total percentage of acquisition from material experts is 95% (Very Appropriate), media experts 92.5% (Very Appropriate), and learning evaluation experts 70% (Appropriate), with a total average score obtained from validators of 85.8%. In addition, the results of a small group trial of 41 students in grade IV of MI Al Hidayah Lajukidul also showed an overall score of 94%, which was included in the Very Feasible criteria. Following product revision and subsequent implementation in the main and operational field trials involving a total of 82 students from Grade IV at MI Al-Hidayah, an overall score of 96% was obtained, classified under the Very Appropriate criteria. This demonstrates that the development of Proprofs-based IPAS assessment media is highly feasible, effective, and can significantly increase student motivation and learning outcomes.
