Abstract

Urban development from the past until now has always been an interesting theme discussed in development discussions, this is because the development of rural / urban villages is an integral as well as a central point of national development. The purpose of this study was to determine community participation in the development of road infrastructure through the PNPM Program in Kelurahan Ponorogo, Lubuklinggau Utara District II. This research is a survey research. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation with the number of respondents 7 neighborhood units (RT) where to be taken are 2 KSM (self-help groups) in 2 RTs in Ponorogo Kelurahan, namely RT 1 and RT 2. The total population of the two Rt is 178 households. The sampling method used was purposive sampling by 50%, so the number of samples to be taken was as many as 89 people. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Participation of the community in the form of mind Ponorogo Village has been going very well, with a percentage of 86.6%. (2) The participation of workers by the community in the construction of road infrastructure is 77.5% with a good category. (3) Community participation in the form of expertise is 55.1% with a fairly good category, (4) Community participation in the form of goods is carried out voluntarily by 100% with a very good category (5) Participation in community money Ponorogo Kelurahan is basically non-existent, however more manifested in the form of consumption, such as providing coffee water, tea water and snacks during mutual assistance in the construction of infrastructure roads through the PNPM Program. Abstract

This study aims to explore the cultural character values contained in the potential of Batu Urip. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of a literature review, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used in this study include transcripts of interview results, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation from the results of data analysis, which are then concluded. The technique used in selecting the sample is non-probability sampling by means of purposive sampling, while the correspondents from this study amounted to 2 people who were traditional stakeholders and local youth leaders from Batu Urip. The results of this study were 3 potentials that contain the values of cultural characters in Batu Urip, namely: 1) Kasai Bathing with the character values of cooperation, responsibility, religion, and love for the homeland 2) Sedekah Rami with Values of the characters contained in the rami alms ceremony are religious, democratic, disciplined, social care, tolerance, love for the homeland, and the spirit of nationalism, and 3) Nnyoknyen traditional games with religious character values, independent, responsible, peace-loving, hard work, honest, democratic, and disciplined, and love the homeland.

Abstract

Minat literasi dan numerasi perlu ditumbuhkan sejak anak masih sangat dini. Di Kota Lubuklinggau, banyak anak usia 2 tahun yang belum mendapatkan cukup stimulasi untuk mengenal cerita, buku, maupun konsep dasar bilangan secara alami. Orang tua juga seringkali belum memahami cara memberikan rangsangan literasi dan numerasi yang sesuai dengan usia dini. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk membantu orang tua dalam menumbuhkan minat literasi dan numerasi anak usia 2 tahun melalui kegiatan read aloud (membaca nyaring) dan nature walk (berjalan-jalan sambil mengenal lingkungan sekitar). Pendekatan ini disesuaikan dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia 2 tahun yang berada pada fase sensori-motorik dan bahasa awal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan dan praktik bermain secara langsung. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pembacaan buku bergambar, pengamatan langsung terhadap benda-benda alam, serta aktivitas sederhana seperti menghitung daun, mengenali warna, atau membedakan bentuk. Selain melibatkan anak, kegiatan ini juga menyasar orang tua sebagai pendamping utama, melalui pelatihan singkat mengenai pentingnya stimulasi literasi dan numerasi sejak dini. Tim peneliti pengabdian juga memfasilitasi kegiatan dengan Pustaka mini dan bermain brakiasi.
