Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada pdam tirta khayangan unit tanah kampungkota sungai pnuh. sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kecamatan tanah kampung terdiri dari 11 Rayon yang berjumlah 95 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen diperoleh koefisien regresi sebesar -0,246 Pengujian hubungan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan nilai thitung = -2,147 ( t tabel > -1.985) dengan signifikan = 0,034 (Signifikan < 0,05), dengan besarnya pengaruh Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen adalah sebesar 4,2 %. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen diperoleh koefisien regresi sebesar 0,269 Pengujian hubungan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan nilai thitung = 2,722 ( t tabel > 1.985) dengan signifikan = 0,008 (Signifikan < 0,05), dengan besar pengaruh kualitas produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen adalah sebesar 6,9 %. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen diperoleh koefisien regresi sebesar 0,233 Pengujian hubungan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan nilai thitung = 2,606 ( t tabel > 1.985) dengan signifikan = 0,011 (Signifikan < 0,05).

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and prove empirically promotion strategies of cultural tourism and in increasing the number of tourists visit Kerinci Regency. Source data obtained from the Department of tourism and culture District Kerinci. Data analysis tools by using SWOT analysis. The research results obtained that (1) the cultural and Tourism Office of District 1 quadrant is at Kerinci (positive, positive) which means the primacy of kompotitif or aggressive strategies of Cultural tourism and the Regency of Kerinci has the power as well as opportunities to continue to improve and enlarge the number of promotional visits to the Regency of Kerinci; and (2) the right marketing strategies applied to Kerinci District Tourism Office for the moment is a strategy SO (strength, Opportunities). This strategy is underway to harness the power for the menagkap opportunities that are owned. As for the strategies that can be applied include (a) the Kerinci Regency Tourism Office must keep working to develop tourism in Kerinci Regency; (b) Tourism District's tourism should control Keerinci well; (c) the coordination of Tourism with Government Kabuapeten Kerinci must continue to be improved; (d) the Services provided should be constantly improved; and (e) to add visits to the County of Kerinci, tourism and Culture must make use of technology and facilities available, doing promotions, and socialization as many to the community to reach. Keywords: Promotion Strategy

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. Is there an effect of Product Quality on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how much is the effect partially? 2. Is there a price effect on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how much is the partial effect? 3. Is there any influence of location on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how big is the partial effect? 4. Is there any influence of Product Quality, Price and Location on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how big is the effect simultaneously? The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches. The research results are; 1. Partially there is an influence between product quality on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value greater than the ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is 17.29%. 2. Partially there is an influence between price on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value greater than the ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is 17.55%. 3. Partially there is no influence between location on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value less than ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is -1.21%. 4. Simultaneously there is an effect of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, and the magnitude of the effect is 33.7%.
