Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah banyak membantu pekerjaan manusia. Salah satu yang dapat kita nikmati dari perkembangan teknologi tersebut di antaranya yaitu Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word, berfungsi sebagai perangkat lunak pengolah kata meliputi membuat, mengedit, dan memformat dokumen. Microsoft Excel (Excel) merupakan program aplikasi spreadsheet (lembar kerja) yang bisa digunakan untuk membuat tabel dan menyajikan data dalam bentuk grafik. Pengasuh pondok pesantren Nurul Ihsan Karangasem, belum begitu mengerti dengan manfaat Microsoft Word dan Excel untuk membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini diikuti oleh para pengasuh/pendidik. Materi yang disampaikan terutama diberikan yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan yang ada di pondok pesantren, di antaranya absensi santri, pembukuan dan lain-lain. Para peserta sosialisasi sangat antusias mengikuti acara, dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab seputar manfaat Microsoft Word dan Excel. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pemakaian Microsoft Word dan Excel yang dapat diaplikasikan langsung di pondok pesantren. Para pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ihsan merasa senang dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, sebagai ajang berbagi ilmu pemanfaatan Microsoft Word dan Excel untuk para pengasuh pondok pesantren dalam membantu pekerjaannya sehari-hari, sehingga dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk selanjutnya mulai meninggalkan pembukuan secara manual.Pondok Pesantren, Microsoft Word, Pembukuan

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari keamanan IoT dan integrasi sistem informasi terhadap perlindungan data dan kinerja operasional di perusahaan telekomunikasi di Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metodologi Partial Least Squares (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data survei yang dikumpulkan dari 150 karyawan dan manajer. Temuan ini mengungkapkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keamanan IoT, integrasi sistem informasi, perlindungan data, dan kinerja operasional. Tingkat keamanan IoT dan integrasi sistem informasi yang lebih tinggi dikaitkan dengan peningkatan praktik perlindungan data dan kinerja operasional. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya berinvestasi pada langkah-langkah keamanan yang kuat dan infrastruktur TI yang kohesif untuk meningkatkan ketahanan dan kinerja organisasi di sektor telekomunikasi. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para praktisi dan pembuat kebijakan yang ingin menavigasi lanskap keamanan siber yang kompleks dan transformasi digital di perusahaan telekomunikasi.

Abstract

Computer science education requires strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and collaboration. Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is widely regarded as a relevant pedagogical approach to address these demands, particularly when supported by digital platforms that enable collaborative, exploratory, and contextual learning. This study aims to synthesize PBL models in computer science education supported by digital platforms, identify the roles of digital platforms in facilitating PBL, and evaluate its impacts and implementation challenges. A Systematic Literature Review with a qualitative synthesis approach was conducted on peer-reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings published between 2014 and 2024. A total of 36 studies were included and analyzed through thematic analysis and narrative synthesis. The findings indicate that digital PBL is implemented through several dominant patterns, including full PBL, hybrid PBL, and project-based PBL, with a strong emphasis on authentic problems reflecting real-world computing practices. Digital platforms function as pedagogical mediators that support collaboration, solution exploration, and reflective learning. Although digital PBL demonstrates positive effects on problem-solving skills, motivation, and collaboration, its effectiveness is highly dependent on pedagogical alignment, instructor readiness, and students’ digital literacy.

Abstract

The rapid development of Indonesia’s e-commerce industry has increased the importance of data-driven decision-making to improve business competitiveness and operational effectiveness. The availability of massive amounts of digital data requires organizations to develop technological capabilities that enable accurate, timely, and strategic decisions. This study aims to analyze the role of Big Data Analysis and Database Integration in supporting high-quality decision-making within Indonesia’s e-commerce industry. This research employs a quantitative approach involving 105 respondents who are engaged in e-commerce-related activities. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25 through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that Big Data Analysis has a positive and significant effect on high-quality decision-making. Database Integration also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on decision-making quality. Furthermore, the simultaneous test confirms that Big Data Analysis and Database Integration significantly affect decision-making quality, with an explanatory power of 62.6% (R² = 0.626). These findings demonstrate that effective utilization of analytical capabilities and integrated database systems enables e-commerce organizations to improve information accuracy, reduce uncertainty, and enhance strategic decision-making processes. This study contributes empirical evidence regarding the importance of digital data capabilities in supporting organizational decision-making within Indonesia’s rapidly evolving e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has increased the importance of personal data protection and information security in building consumer confidence. This study analyzes the effects of Privacy Protection Mechanisms and Information Security Policies on User Trust in e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey involving 150 respondents who had experience using e-commerce platforms. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire measured using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS 3. The measurement model demonstrated satisfactory reliability and validity. The structural model showed that Privacy Protection Mechanisms had a positive and significant effect on User Trust, while Information Security Policies also had a positive and significant effect on User Trust. The model explained 61.7% of the variance in User Trust, with an R² value of 0.617 and a Q² value of 0.428, indicating satisfactory explanatory and predictive relevance. Information Security Policies emerged as the strongest predictor of User Trust. These findings confirm that both privacy governance and information security management are essential for strengthening consumer confidence in e-commerce platforms. E-commerce providers should therefore improve privacy transparency, user control, authentication, transaction security, fraud prevention, and incident response mechanisms to support sustainable digital trust.
