Abstract

Electricity is a very important thing in everyday life, in the absence of electricity all things related to this heat energy will experience obstacles. The densely populated residential area located in Tambora Village, Kosambi District, West Jakarta, are a targeted area for an orderly area of electricity, where some of its people illegally stole electricity. This is very dangerous for users or harm PLN, for that criminal effort must be eradicated through the extension program or orderly socialization in order not to cause a fire. The method used is observation in the area of tambora village by looking at the connection installation used. The objectives of the program of orderly electricity socialization are: to give understanding to the people of Tambora Village due to electrical locking (stolen) and electrical installer failure of fire hazard due to short circuit.

Abstract

Strategies and policies in a profit-oriented organization also have a social mission (public service) that prioritizes the service to the customer. The development of information system and information technology will impact on a competitive competition. This development also applies in the world of certification that requires the manager to build and develop information system to help the business activities, to achieve organizational goals and services for stakeholders, especially those which related to data, information, technology and application. We found some cases of information system management failure in achieving organizational objectives because the utilization is not in accordance with the direction and objectives of the organization. The system will analyze the relationship pattern of goods towards the goods order based on needs and usage. Furthermore, the patterns will be recognized so that we can obtain the composition set of criteria to order the goods. To find the patterns and information from a collection of reservation data into a decision-making material. Abstract

The impact of environmental pollution is now beginning to perceive by all levels of humans and in the world such as global warming, until climate change has inspired the research on the utilization of waste coal combustion (Bottom Ash) power plant. This research uses Bottom Ash (BA) from PLTU (Electric Steam Power Plant) Suralaya, by choosing Selada (Lactuca sativa), Sawi (Ipomea Autica), and Kangkung (Brassica rapa var). Percentage BA used as planting media is 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. BA serves to accelerate the process of rupture and plant growth due to the availability of Ca, Mg, Na, K, N, P, S and Fe elements. Planting media for Lettuce plant species is 25%. The corresponding percentage of BA as planting media for Plant Sawi species is 25%, and 50%. While in the Kangkung plant BA percentage that is suitable for use as a planting media is 25%, 50%, and 75%. The apparent anomaly at this test are Kangkung percentage 75% and Lettuce50%, 75% stems become longer, and leaves become slightly even in 100% Bottom Ash percentage, Lettuce grows with smaller size/dwarf. The amount of nutrient excess need to be accurately measured through laboratory test first. With further testing it is hoped that the utilization of coal ash waste (Bottom Ash) becomes more real and effective as a growing media seen from risk and danger aspects.

Abstract

In the student system requires ease in processing student data and improve the quality of school education. Schools are required to be able and able to make development efforts in terms of school management such as by conducting student administration. So the author makes the design of this student system to be more easily developed and using the pattern of architecture model view controller (MVC). This section of the model is used to define a way in which data can be accessed, the view portion generates output when given data, and the controller receives commands and sets the application for tasks and displays that match the school's wishes. This design prescribes a system development methodology that is with Prototype, with several stages,Stages (1): collecting user needs, where the researcher collects all the necessary data and makes the design the user wants. Stages (2): researchers create a prototype that is by designing temporary designs form. Stage (3): after making prototype then researcher do prototype test for design to be used and result from output required by user. Stages (4): evaluate the system from the design result already made, whether there is any change in the interface form. Stage (5): system usage, where all system is ready to use and according to user wishes. The result of this design is a student system based on all student administration, school curriculum activities and some other data processing.

Abstract

Human resource management is one area of management that specifically studies the relationships and the role of humans in the organization. Human resource management can also produce a good performance in a company by way of valuation, reward service in each individual member organization in accordance with its work ability. Revenue earned by each individual will be different, including bonuses or incentives that are very useful to improve work motivation. Incentives given to each employee certainly not the same from one to another. This incentive calculation process requires the index as a factor factor in its final outcome. One method that can be used in the determination of the index is by using the Altman Z-Score method. This method can be used for determining the value used for the determination of bonus incentives.

Abstract

Data processing technology services, smart phone technology and information communication technology can be applied without the use of cables. By utilizing wireless communication services, it will minimize cable usage. The problem faced by users is how to determine the type of wireless communication services installed on data processing technology devices, smart phone technology and information communication technology based on predetermined criteria. The purpose of this research is expected to determine the type of wireless communications services installed based on the criteria specified. This research problem can be solved by using multi-criteria decision making and analytical hierarchy process approach. This approach was chosenbecause the approach was able to choose the best alternative from several alternatives to solve the problem of choosing the type of wireless communication service. The result of data processing chooses share-it 43.3%, super-beam 30.5%, and fast file transfer 26.3%. The data inconsistency rate is considered good because it is 0.01, smaller than 0.1 as the maximum value of the inconsistency ratio.

Abstract

WHO (World Health Organization) concludes that not much effect is caused by electric field up to 20 kV / m in humans. WHO standard also mentions that humans will not be affected by the magnetic field under 100 micro tesla and that the electric field will affect the human body with a maximum standard of 5,000 volts per meter. In this study did not discuss about the effect of high voltage radiation SUTT (High Voltage Air Channel) with human health. The research will focus on energy utilization of SUTT radiation. The combination of electric field and magnetic field on SUTT (70-150KV) can generate electromagnetic (EM) and radiation waves, which are expected to be converted to turn on street lights around the location of high voltage areas or into other forms.The design of this prototype works like an antenna in general that captures electromagnetic signals and converts them into AC waves. With a capacitor that can store the potential energy of AC and Schottky diode waves created specifically for low frequency waves, make the current into one direction (DC). From the research results obtained the current generated from the radiation is very small even though the voltage is big enough.

Abstract

This paper uses exploratory research to conduct research in Final Disposal Site and Waste Management STT-PLN Jakarta. Keep questioning and interviewing students and officers at Final Disposal. The research team is also on reference books, research results and national journals and legislation discussing with waste management. The problem in this paper is dilipatbelangi with increasingly creating the number of Indonesian population until in 2011 reached 259,940,857 people who cause people who do business to produce works of real standard of living that has a positive and negative impact. Negative impact on the environment is very prominent problem of pollution. The most common contamination is garbage. Therefore, agar-agar can help the tasks in the necessary and very high effective difficulties in handling waste and vice versa, the efforts required will produce even more. To achieve the things necessary for proper ways and technologies and from waste sources. In addition, it also needs legal aspects to be a Guidebook-Regulations related to waste and the environment in order to cope with environmental pollution caused by garbage.

Abstract

This paper discusses the design of an application for the analysis on items using quantitative method with the classical approach as a media evaluation for teachers in determining the quality of questions in an exam or a test. The classical approach is the process of examining each item in the test based on the students' answers for calculating the Difficulty Index (Dif I) and the Discrimination Index (DI) of each question. The Difficulty Index is the ratio between the number of students who answered an item (or a question) correctly and the total number of students who participated in the test. The Discrimination Index is a measure of how well an item (or a question) is able to distinguish between clever students and students who are less clever. The data used in this research was obtained from class VII SMPN 10 (Junior High School) Makassar, especially on math (subject). The data includes math questions that have been tested, the answers given bythe students of class VII, and the data about the students. The results of the item analysis will provide information whether a question can be accepted, corrected or to be rejected. The application generated from this research is expected to be able to offer assistance for the teacher in performing item analysis. The results of the analysis can be used to help teachers in compiling more qualified questions in the future.

Abstract

The main purpose of IP next generation version 6 or called IPv6 is to meet the needs of IP addresses for the long term. With the presence of IPv6 it is also necessary routing protocol that supports IPv6 network. Routing protocols work to connect between networks, and choose paths or routes to reach other networks. There are three types of routing protocols that already support IPv6 services. Among other types of distance vector (RIPng), link-state (OSPFv3) and hybrid (EIGRPv6). This final project is designed to know the performance of the three types of routing protocols on IPv6 network. Testing is done by analyzing routing update process, ICMPv6 packet analysis and testing by sending Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) packet in the form of audio video stream sent via server and accessed through client. In the simulation and analysis results using GNS3 (Graphic Network Simulator 3) and wireshark found that the OSPFv3 performance testing is better than EIGRPv6 and RIPng when performing routing updates or when link down occurs. Then the data analysis of test results with the delivery of Real-time Transport Protocol package so that it can be concluded that OSPFv3 algorithm better than EIGRPv6 and RIPng in terms of delay, packet loss, throughput and jitter.
