Abstract

This researche studies the correlation among Work Ethics , Discipline And Simultaneous Partial Work in the Employee Performance At La Nugraha 105 Fm Radio Palembang.The population in this study are employees of Radio La Nugraha Fm 105 Palembang totaling 30 employees. Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study basically discusses the influence of emotional intelligence and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Forward Palembang Exspres. The population and sample studied were 52 people. From the results of the study of emotional intelligence and work ethic simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees where the equation obtained from the results of multiple linear regression is Y = 21,132 + 0.098 X1 + 0.583 X2 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.564 or 56.4% which means that 56.4% of performance is influenced by emotional intelligence and work ethic. While the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Such as the work environment, work discipline, education, income, social security, employment opportunities, capacity building and production facilities. F test results indicate the influence of emotional intelligence and work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Forward Palembang Exspres. T-test results of emotional intelligence affect employee performance and work ethic affect employee performance at PT.Maju Exspres Palembang. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethic, Performance

Abstract

This research aims to know is there any influence the assessment of the achievements of the work and the working  environment are partial and simultaneous performance against PT.Major Dilia Palembang.The population in this research is the main employees of PT.Dilia Palembang That add up to 30 employees.The samples on this research as many as 30 respondents,where sampling techniques using saturated (census). In this study,the method  of analisys using multiple linear regression.The results of this study showed a regression equation that is formed is Y = 0,547 +0,473 X1 +0,385 X2+ e, with a value of R (correlation) of 0,860, meaning that the relationship between the Achievements Appraisal Variables work and work and work environment very closely and direction of 86 %. As for thevalue of the coefficient of determination of 0,720.These results are statistically very significant meaning 72,00 % collectively can account for the influence of the work achievement assessment variables (X1) and the work environment (X2) against variable Employee Performance,while the rest is 28,00% can be explained by other factors that are not listed in this research.Keywords : assessment of the achievements of the work,the work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini beranjak dari fenomena yang terjadi di kelas bahwa rendahnyapemahaman dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA Tentang rangkaian listrik dengan Menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Oleh karena itu seorang guru perlu mempertimbangkan strategi pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada muatan pelajaran IPA tentang rangkaian Listrik di kelas VI A SD Negeri Sindangsari Kecamatan Bogor Utara Kota Bogor Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. (2) Mendeskripsikan proses peningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada muatan pelajaran IPA tentang rangkaian listrik sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode demonstrasi (3) Mengukur besarnya peningkatan hasil belajarpeserta didik tentang rangkaian listrik sesudah menggunakan metode demonstrasi di kelasVI A SD Negeri Sindangsari Kota Bogor Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi dapatmenjadi variasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik sehingga terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di Kelas VI A SD Negeri Sindangsari Kota Bogor. Sebelum menggunakan metode demonstrasi hasil belajar peserta didik hanya mencapai nilai rata-rata 64,22 kemudian terjadi peningkatan setelah menggunakan metode demonstrasi menjadi 72,64 pada siklus 1 dan 80,97 pada siklus 2. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi yang disesuaikan dengan materipembelajaran dapat menciptakan situasi belajar yang menyenangkan sehingga terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu peneliti menyarankan agar penggunaan metode demonstrasi disosialisasikan dan digunakan sebagai alternatif dalampembelajaran IPA di sekolah-sekolah di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bogor
