Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research studies the correlation among Leadership,  Communication and  Motivation with officer Perfomance at Govermance.Bank BPR Sindang Bina Harta Lubuk Linggau . This Research was done during 4 ( six) months included design, executing and report the result.The research of this case study aims to know the correlation among  Leadership Comunication and Motivation with officer Perfomance at Govermance.Bank BPR Sindang Bina Harta Lubuk Linggau either through parsial and also together. Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study basically discusses the influence of emotional intelligence and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Forward Palembang Exspres. The population and sample studied were 52 people. From the results of the study of emotional intelligence and work ethic simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees where the equation obtained from the results of multiple linear regression is Y = 21,132 + 0.098 X1 + 0.583 X2 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.564 or 56.4% which means that 56.4% of performance is influenced by emotional intelligence and work ethic. While the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Such as the work environment, work discipline, education, income, social security, employment opportunities, capacity building and production facilities. F test results indicate the influence of emotional intelligence and work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Forward Palembang Exspres. T-test results of emotional intelligence affect employee performance and work ethic affect employee performance at PT.Maju Exspres Palembang. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethic, Performance

Abstract

This research aims to know is there any influence the assessment of the achievements of the work and the working  environment are partial and simultaneous performance against PT.Major Dilia Palembang.The population in this research is the main employees of PT.Dilia Palembang That add up to 30 employees.The samples on this research as many as 30 respondents,where sampling techniques using saturated (census). In this study,the method  of analisys using multiple linear regression.The results of this study showed a regression equation that is formed is Y = 0,547 +0,473 X1 +0,385 X2+ e, with a value of R (correlation) of 0,860, meaning that the relationship between the Achievements Appraisal Variables work and work and work environment very closely and direction of 86 %. As for thevalue of the coefficient of determination of 0,720.These results are statistically very significant meaning 72,00 % collectively can account for the influence of the work achievement assessment variables (X1) and the work environment (X2) against variable Employee Performance,while the rest is 28,00% can be explained by other factors that are not listed in this research.Keywords : assessment of the achievements of the work,the work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Placement and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Valanta Banyuasin.Population of 32 employees. Sample 32 people. Data techniques by means of interviews, observation and surveys. Descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, free coefficient analysis (r), and coefficient of determination (r2). The data analysis requirements test used the classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. As for the accepted hypothesis, the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).This study shows the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.976 or 97.6%, which means that employee performance variables can be applied by job placement variables and compensation compensation by other factors such as motivation, leadership, training, work environment and organizational culture. Job placement variables and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance.Keywords:  Job Placement, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio on Stock Prices in LQ 45 Companies. The population in this study were 45 companies contained in the LQ 45 index for the 2018-2022 period. The method of determining the sample in this study using purposive sampling method so that a sample of 13 companies was obtained. The results showed that Return On Equity has effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on stock prices, and Price Earning Ratio has effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Price Earning Ratio effect on stock prices. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan LQ 45. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 perusahaan yang terdapat dalam indeks LQ 45 Periode 2018-2022. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, dan Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Price Earning Ratio juga berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

The Effect of Workload, Motivation, Competence, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Tiga Saudara. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, motivation, competence, and work discipline on employee performance at PT.Tiga Saudara. The sample in this research is the employees of  PT.Tiga Saudara with a total of 65 employees. From the calculation results of the multicollinearity test results, the independent variables show that the VIF value = 1.441, 6.911, 1.141 and 7.618 where the value is smaller than 10, if the VIF value < 10, it can be concluded that the data is free from multicollinearity symptoms. Based on the results of the autocorrelation test table, it is known that the value of DW = 1.687 is then compared with the value of the significance table of 5% (0.05) with a total sample of 65 and the number of independent variables 4 (K = 4) so that the dU result is obtained from table r = 1.4709.So it can be concluded that there is no autocorrelation. Based on the results of multiple regression between the Effect of Workload, Motivation, Competence, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Tiga Saudara obtained a constant value of 7.465 with a regression coefficient of 0.581, 0.743, -0.112 and -0.579. Based on the f test, it is obtained that the variables Workload (X1), Motivation (X2), Competence (X3) and Work Discipline (X4) simultaneously affect Employee Performance with Fcount of 25.857 with a significance of 0.000< 0,05. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Motivasi, Kompetensi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan PT.Tiga Saudara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT.Tiga Saudara  yang berjumlah 65 orang . Dari hasil perhitungan yang ada hasil uji multikolinearitas, variabel bebas menunjukan bahwa nilai VIF = 1,441, 6,911, 1,141 dan 7,618 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 10, jika nilai VIF < 10, maka dapat disimpulkan data bebas dari gejala multikolinieritas. Berdasarkan hasil tabel uji autokorelasi diketahui untuk nilai DW = 1,687 selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan nilai tabel signifikansi 5% (0,05) dengan jumlah sampel 65 dan jumlah variabel independen 4 (K=4) sehingga didapatkan hasil dU dari tabel r = 1.4709. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat autokorelasi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi berganda antara Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Motivasi, Kompetensi, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan PT. Tiga Saurada diperoleh nilai konstantanya sebesar 7,465 koefisien regresi 0,581, 0,743, -0,112 dan -0,579. Berdasarkan uji f, didapat variabel Beban Kerja (X1), Motivasi (X2), Kompetensi (X3) dan Disiplin Kerja (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan dengan F hitung sebesar 25,857 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
