Abstract

Abstrak: guru Pendidikan Jasmani memiliki peran strategis dalam mendidik aspek fisik, mental, dan sosial siswa, sehingga mampu mencetak lulusan yang kompeten dan siap bersaing di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru Pendidikan Jasmani SMK Se-Kabupaten Kulon Progo secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Pendidikan Jasmani SMK Se-Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang berjumlah 55 guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan anggota sampel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan secara simultan/bersama-sama maupun secara parsial atas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru Pendidikan Jasmani SMK Se-Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Abstract: Physical education teachers have a strategic role in educating the physical, mental and social aspects of students to produce graduates who are competent and ready to compete in the world of work. This study aims to analyze the contribution of principal leadership, organizational culture and emotional intelligence to the performance of physical education teachers of SMK in Kulon Progo Regency partially or simultaneously. This kind of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all physical education teachers of SMK in Kulon Progo Regency, a total of 55 teachers. This research is a population study, so all members of the population in this study are used as members of the research sample. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive and very significant influence simultaneously / together and partially on the principal's leadership, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on the performance of physical education teachers of vocational high schools in Kulon Progo Regency.

Abstract

This classroom action research has a background of low students' critical thinking skills. The research objective is to improve critical thinking skills using problem-based learning models. This classroom action research was carried out according to the Kemmis and Taggart models consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research process was carried out in two cycles where each cycle contained two lessons. Assessment of critical thinking skills is measured using description questions given at the end of each learning cycle according to the five indicators of critical thinking skills. The results of research using the problem based learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills. In cycle 1 the results were 60% in the quite good category and in the second cycle the results were 79% in the good category. Achievement of students in cycle 1 on the indicators of elementary clarification 73% (good enough), basic support 56% (poor), inference 48% (very little), advance clarification 55% (poor), strategies and tactics 67% (good enough). Achievements in cycle 2 on the indicators of elementary clarification 85% (good), basic support 81% (good), inference 74% (good), advance clarification 77% (good), strategies and tactics 67% (good). Based on research consisting of two cycles, it is known that problem based learning can improve critical thinking skills because students are trained to solve problems and obtain solutions. From these results it can be concluded that critical thinking skills can be improved by applying the problem based learning model.
