Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain data and information on the Public Perception About Impact of Activity in Padang PT.Semen Indarung Urban District of Lubuk Kilangan Padang, of : 1 ) health, 2 ) cleanliness of the residence, 3 ) public yard, 4 ) infrastructure. This research is a descriptive study. Population of the study was the people in Indarung Lubuk Kilangan District of Padang . Sample was 77 families and By using proposive sampling technique. The results of this the study : 1 ) the public perception about the impact of activities PT.Semen Padang viewed from health , included less well with the percentage of 59.78 %. This means that the people in Indarung argue that PT.Semen Padang activity does not interfere with public health , as for the people who complain their health impaired people who are close to the plant. 2 ) Public perception about the impact of PT.Semen Padanga can be activity seen from good hygiene with percentage of 79.81 % . This means that people argue that the cleanliness of the community residence has been disturbed by the activities of PT.Semen Padang. 3 ) Public perception about  the impact of activities PT.Semen Padang viewed of the yard is quite good with a percentage of 76.84 % . This means that people argue that PT.Semen  Padang  activities has made people yard become dirty and 4 ) Public perception about activities of  PT.Semen Padang can be seen from infrastructure is quite good with a percentage of 71.94 % . This means that the public argue that the activity of PT.Semen Padang have  been fouled the  infrastructure in the  Indarung Lubuk Kilangan district of Padang

Abstract

Maternal behavior during pregnancy can have an effect on how much the newborn. Knowledge, attitudes, and actions of pregnant women can be used to assess their behavior. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the connection between the history of pregnant women's behavior and the incidence of LBW in Bontang City. The method in this research is quantitative with Case Control design. Mother with babies age 6-12 months are the population of this study in the North Bontang Health Center area. The method of sampling used in this study case is using simple random sampling method, while the control sample is using a method of purposive sampling using a sample of 72 mothers. Data collection is by using questionnaires. The chi-square test is the statistical analysis method employed. The outcomes of the study obtained mother's knowledge with p-value = 0.336 (OR = 1.789; 95% CI = 0.690-4.641). Attitude variable obtained p-value = 0.016 (OR=3.750; 95% CI=1.379-10.200). Meanwhile, for the mother's action variable, p-value = 0.018 (OR=3.571; 95% CI=1.346-9.475) was obtained. According to the study's findings, there is a significant connection between the attitudes and actions of mothers with the incidence of LBW. Meanwhile, mother's knowledge has no relationship with the incidence of LBW.

Abstract

Persamalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya penerapan kedisiplinan di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Malalo. Terlihat bahwa santri sering bolos dalam jam pelajaran , cabut dan sering nongkrong di warung masyarakat sekitar sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana tingkat kedisiplinan belajar santri di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Malalo, bagaimana upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri dan upaya sekolah dalam melibatkan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar santri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan atau field research yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya kedisiplinan belajar santri yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor dari dalam dan luar sekolah. Faktor dari dalam yaitu sebagian majelis guru yang kurang disiplin menyebabkan siswapun menjadi tidak disiplin, kurangnya ketegasan dari pimpinan sekolah kepada guru dan siswa yang tidak disiplin. Faktor dari luar yaitu tidak adanya teguran dari masyarakat yang melihat santri yang bolos saat jam belajar.
