Abstract

Abstract Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Institut Az Zuhra melalui perayaan Isra’ Mi’raj 1444 Hijriyah di sekolah SMK Kesehatan Gema Nusantara Riau ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya pemahaman dan penggunaan adab yang baik ditengah-tengah terjadinya kasus tawuran antar siswa, penindasan terhadap beberapa siswa serta penggunaan tehnologi yang tidak semestinya. Disamping itu, adab adalah norma atau aturan mengenai sopan santun yang didasarkan atas aturan agama dan digunakan dalam pergaulan antarmanusia. Salah satu cara untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kebaikan (adab yang baik) adalah dengan memberikan tausiyah ataupun siraman rohami kepada siswa-siswa tersebut melalui momen peristiwa Isra’ Mi’raj untuk meningkatkan keimanan dalam diri mereka dengan meneladani sifat-sifat Rasul. Adapun materi yang disampaikan dalam kegiatan ini bersumber dari beberapa literatur mengenai sejarah peristiwa Isra’Mi’raj yang terkait dengan adab dan akhlak. Penyampaian materi dengan metode ceramah atau dakwah. Dengan adanya siraman rohani ini, diharapkan siswa-siswa SMK Gema Nusantara mampu mempraktekkan adab yang baik dalam kegiatan sehari-hari sehingga kelak memiliki kehidupan yang lebih baik yang bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Abstract

Web design is the process of designing the user interface and visual experience of a website. It includes various elements such as layout, color, typography, and other graphic elements that affect how users interact with the site. One of the online sites that can be used is a blog. A blog is a type of website or online platform that contains a series of posts or articles that are updated regularly. The digitalization strategy through blogs can expand business reach and increase interaction with users. The method used in designing this blog is data collection through direct observation and interviews with MSME owners. The existence of a website such as a Blog can help small and medium enterprises (SMEs), especially Warung Kopi Saisuak in promoting their food and beverage products online. With this blog site, Warung Kopi Saisuak can be better known and encourage business growth through a dedicated Blogger site.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Ikhwanul Ikhlas Wisata Travel in Medan in terms of pilgrim recruitment processes, manasik guidance patterns, assistance systems in the Holy Land, as well as indicators and evaluation of customer satisfaction. The background of this study is based on the increasing competition among Umrah travel agencies, which requires professional, transparent, and customer-oriented services to build trust and loyalty. In this context, Ikhwanul Ikhlas Wisata becomes an interesting case due to its consistency in guiding pilgrims from the initial stage to post-return.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with three key informants representing management, the company director, and marketing personnel. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to obtain a comprehensive understanding of Umrah travel management practices.The findings reveal that Ikhwanul Ikhlas Wisata implements a recruitment system that emphasizes transparency in package information, costs, facilities, and departure schedules. Manasik guidance is conducted through both theoretical and practical sessions on a regular basis and supported by competent tour leaders and mutawwif. Customer satisfaction is measured through indicators such as repeat participation, recommendations to family or relatives, and post-return testimonials. The evaluation of satisfaction is utilized as a foundation for continuous improvement in recruitment strategies, guidance patterns, and service quality.
