Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflicts, workload and work stress on the performance of female employees of the production division of PT Madsumaya Indo Seafood. Using a method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples used in this study were 68 respondents. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The Technique analysis data used multiple regression linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially multiple role conflict variables do not have a negative effect on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT M adsumaya Indo Seafood, while workload and work stress have a negative effect on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT Madsumaya IndoSeafood.

Abstract

Education has a very important role in shaping human resources, it is necessary to improve quality inthe world of education. The increase in education lapsed can not be separated from the success of theteaching and learning process. The success of the teaching and learning process can be seen fromstudent achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence, studentmotivation, learning facilities on student achievement. The population in this study were final yearstudents in 161 vocational high school students. This study uses a sampling technique that isincidental sampling, the sample used is 100 students, the type of data used is primary data, testing isdone by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the results of this study indicate that thevariables of teacher competency, learning motivation, and learning facilities partially affect learningachievement.

Abstract

Customer with high loyalty are the assets of the company because they will provide positive recommendations and indirectly will invite people around to determine and use the product of the service company they use. This research aims to find out whether there is an effect of experiential value, service quality and trust on customer loyalty indihome in Gresik regency. Sampling is used Non Probability Sampling by using Ferdinand formula, where the sample amount is 100 people. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regressions. The results are proven to show that experiential value, service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Gresik regency
