Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the influence of Current Ratio, Return On Equity, and Total Asset Turn Over on Earning Per Share. The sample of this research is a paper and pulp companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 – 2017 as much as 4 companies in 5 period. Data collected from financial report from year ended 2013 – 2017. This research is used quantitative approach with a type of correlational research. This research using multiple linier regression methods with the SPSS version 24 Programs. The results of the analysis show that as simultaneously, the Current Ratio, Return On Equity, and Total Asset Turn Over have a significant effect on Earning Per Share. It showed by significant value of F-test 0,000 lower than 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which service quality and ease of use of E-wallets influence purchase decisions. This research uses primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from literature. The population of this study includes all Tokopedia consumers using E-wallets in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The sample was obtained using Hair's theory, resulting in 145 respondents. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data analysis techniques used include Descriptive Analysis, Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Tests, Autocorrelation Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T-Tests, F-Tests, Correlation Coefficient Determination, and Determination Coefficient, all conducted using SPSS version 26 software. The research results indicate that there is a significant partial influence of service quality (X1) on purchase decisions (a case study of Tokopedia consumers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta) (Y) by 41.2%, and a significant partial influence of the ease of use of E-wallets (X2) on purchase decisions (a case study of Tokopedia consumers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta) (Y) by 54.6%. Based on the F- test results, it is shown that service quality (X1) and ease of use of E-wallets (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on purchase decisions (a case study of Tokopedia consumers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta) (Y) by 57.7%, with the remaining 42.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Business Development Strategies that can enhance the sales of ‘Cafe Wafa 99,’ a Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business located in South Jakarta. The Qualitative Research Method was employed for this study. The research was conducted at ‘Cafe Wafa 99,’ situated at Tebet Utara I Timur Raya No.15, RT.9/RW.10, Tebet Timur, Tebet, South Jakarta, Jakarta 12820. The research data consisted of Primary Data obtained through Observations, Interviews, and Documentation. The research findings indicate that the effective Business Development Strategy to improve the sales of ‘Cafe Wafa 99,’ an MSME, to overcome Barriers and Increase Sales include Implementing Promotional Activities through Social Media. These Strategies are Implemented with the aim of boosting sales for ‘Cafe Wafa 99,’ an MSME, in South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at wedding dress rental service CV. Tini Suherlan, either partially or simultaneously.The research used quantitative research. The population in this study were all active customers of CV. Tini Suherlan in 2021. The data collection techniques in this study was a Likert Scale. The sampling techniques was the Roscoe formula with a sample of 30 people, and the data analysis techniques were validity tests, reliability tests, analysis of average respondents’ responses, descriptive analysis of variables, normality test, multicollinearity test, hypothesis test (correlation coefficient, multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test). The result showed that: 1) Based on the result of the t-test of the service quality variable, the tcount value was 1.491 with significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. This indicates that the dependent variable of service quality individually or partially has a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 2) Based on the results of the t test, it is concluded that the price variable also highly influences customer satisfaction in addition to reliability in providing services to customers and good quality of goods. The value of tcount on the price variable was 0.692 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. This indicates that the price individually or partially has a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 3) Partial test results The F test showed that the service quality and price variables produce an Fcount value of 1.507 with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. These results indicate that the quality of service and price together or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of business development in increasing sales of “Gold Drip Coffe” in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The research data belongs to primary data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that using the social media platform Instagram as a business medium for Gold Drip Coffe is highly effective in boosting sales. This is attributed to Instagram’s ability to facilitate the promotion process with its wide reach and userfriendly features. To overcome obstacles and enhance sales, it is recommended to consistently create engaging content and utlize target insights.
