Abstract

Consciousness in consuming halal food or products is still ignored by Muslims in Indonesia, which is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, even though it is a must. Even halal food is defined as food that is healthy, clean and hygienic. This study aims to analyze the behavior of consuming halal food using Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and to identify how the purchase intention of Muslims in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, in buying snacks labeled halal. Using probability sampling techniques, out of 200 questionnaires distributed among students in Jakarta, only 152 were returned and only 137 qualified for further analysis. The quantitative method was chosen for this study with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 application. After going through the process and variables of Religiosity, Subjective Norm and Perceived Behavioral Control simultaneously affected the Intention to Buy Halal Food variable by 42.6% while the remaining 57.4% was affected. by other variables not examined in this study. To the next researcher, they should choose a wider research sample so that the research results can be more generalized. Can add other variables that are not examined in this study for further research.More insight into the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) on Intention to Buy Halal Food by using other variables and research objects.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate waste bank innovation in urban household waste management in Bahagia Village, Babelan Sub-district, Bekasi Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, a research aiming to describe a phenomena. Data is collected thorough interview, observation, and documentation. Data validity is tested by using triangulation. Data is analyzed in a descriptive-qualitative way by using narration.  Referring to Sebastian (2014: 37) on three types of innovation (product, process, and quality innovation), the result shows that: 1) the waste bank innovation has been well directed and implemented, 2) the obstacles are the lack of capital for operational, the community’s lack of understanding on the household waste management core problem, and not everyone is aware to do the waste management and processing, using limited time, place, and scavenger mindset as excuses. The three efforts are: 1) PBSB invitation to more environmental CSRs, 2) continuous socialization to make the community understand more about eco-friendly waste management, and 3) innovation breakthroughs on waste management. It is suggested that modules on making compost and biopore should be made as community guide and that waste bank 3R campaign can be financially supported by the government.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah adanya temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa penyelundupan kendaraan bermotor mewah di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok pada tahun 2019 cukup tinggi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengawasan kepabeanan atas impor barang mewah di Kantor Pelayanan Utama Bea dan Cukai Tipe A Tanjung Priok serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengawasan dan upaya yang diperlukan untuk mengatasinya. Metode : Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kekhususan deskriptif. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan kepabeanan atas impor barang mewah di Kantor Pelayanan Utama Bea dan Cukai Tipe A Tanjung Priok belum berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya kasus penyelundupan dan turunnya penerimaan bea masuk pada tahun 2019. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur yang terbatas dan kurang canggih, kurangnya kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang peraturan kepabeanan atas barang-barang mewah yang diimpor. Kesimpulan : Upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah pelatihan rutin dan sharing session bagi petugas untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, memelihara sarana dan prasarana, serta melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi peraturan kepabeanan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the influence of trust, benefits and convenience on the decision to use LinkAja (Case Study on Community Users of LinkAja Services in Jakarta), with quantitativemethods. , each respondent was given 24 questions using a Likert scale and data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis using the t test, F test and the correlation coefficient test and the coefficient of determination.The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a positive and partially significant (individual) effect between Trust and Usage Decisions. Judging from the calculations that have been made, the coefficient value is 3.264 tcount > ttable 1.668 with a significance level of < (0.05). then there is a positive but not significant effect partially (individually) between the benefits on the decision to use. Judging from the calculations that have been made, the coefficient value is 2.665 tcount > ttable 1.668 with a significance level > (0.05). Then there is a positive and significant influence partially (individually) between Ease of Use Decisions. Judging from the calculations that have been carried out, the coefficient value is 14,138 tcount > ttable 1,668 with a significance level of < (0.05). Then there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously (together) between The Influence of Trust, Benefits and Ease on Usage Decisions. Judging from the calculation, the value (df=N2=n-k) is 3.05, so Fcount > Ftable (758,421>2,68). The influence caused by the independent variable on the dependent variable is 75.4% while the remaining 24.6% is influenced by other factors or variables that were not carried out in this study.Based on this, it is recommended for companies to need application updates for each LinkAJA application service, then the LinkAJA application must be transparent in terms of positive and negative reviews and transparent in terms of providing product availability information in the LinkAJA application, clearly and easily understood by users

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perceptions and consumer attitudes on buying interest in fast-food products at the Lulu Hypermarket Hotfood Counter in Cakung. A quantitative research method was applied in this study. Questionnaires and literature review are utilized as data collection strategies. The study's participants are fast-food customers at the Lulu Hypermarket Cakung hot food court. In this study, non-probability sampling with a population sampling method was used as the sample strategy. There are 125 samples in all. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23 was used to analyze the data. The results showed that price perception had an influence on purchase intention of 22.4%. Consumer Attitudes have an influence on Purchase Interest of 43.4%. Price Perceptions and Consumer Attitudes affect the Purchase Interest variable simultaneously with a value of 0.453 or 45.3% of which 54.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at wedding dress rental service CV. Tini Suherlan, either partially or simultaneously.The research used quantitative research. The population in this study were all active customers of CV. Tini Suherlan in 2021. The data collection techniques in this study was a Likert Scale. The sampling techniques was the Roscoe formula with a sample of 30 people, and the data analysis techniques were validity tests, reliability tests, analysis of average respondents’ responses, descriptive analysis of variables, normality test, multicollinearity test, hypothesis test (correlation coefficient, multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test). The result showed that: 1) Based on the result of the t-test of the service quality variable, the tcount value was 1.491 with significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. This indicates that the dependent variable of service quality individually or partially has a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 2) Based on the results of the t test, it is concluded that the price variable also highly influences customer satisfaction in addition to reliability in providing services to customers and good quality of goods. The value of tcount on the price variable was 0.692 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. This indicates that the price individually or partially has a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 3) Partial test results The F test showed that the service quality and price variables produce an Fcount value of 1.507 with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. These results indicate that the quality of service and price together or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this study is the low awareness of taxpayers to pay off the amount of tax owed themselves, the tax sanctions given are too low for taxpayers or companies that commit violations, lack of human resources or officers from the Cilincing District UPPD who carry out supervision compared to the number of billboards issued. scattered in the Cilincing sub-district area and many billboards that have not been re-registered. This study aims to identify and analyze supervision, obstacles encountered and efforts that can be made regarding supervision of advertisement tax collection at UPPD Cilincing District, North Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative method and the type of research is descriptive. The results of this study are to set standards in its application to oversight of billboard tax collection that has been running in accordance with the SOP, measuring the performance of oversight of collection carried out by UPPD has not been effective due to limited human resources for supervision, to compare performance with this standard, oversight of billboard tax collection has been carried out by UPPD in accordance with the SOP, namely advertisement licensing procedures, taxpayer registration, tax determination and calculation, collection and write-off of tax receivables, objections, appeals, supervision, control of advertisements and determining the need for corrective action for UPPD officers of Cilincing District must provide strict sanctions in the form of dismantling inappropriate advertisements provision. The obstacles faced are the lack of taxpayer compliance, limited human resources, namely only having 3 inadequate personnel, and the lack of public knowledge about the procedures for implementing billboards. Efforts have been made to further increase information and socialization to the public, form a special team to supervise advertisement tax and impose strict sanctions in the form of increasing administrative fines, which are currently quite low at 2%to make supervision carried out more optimally.
