Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on employee productivity at PT MS. The research method used is associative research. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The instrument of data analysis used chi squared analysis of k samples. The results showed that there was an effect of occupational health and safety on the productivity of PT MS employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kesadaran Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pada Toko Sepatu Bata di Kota Timika. Penelitian ini dialkukan selama bulan Oktober sampai April 2022 di Toko Sepatu Bata di Kota Timika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Sepatu Bata dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling.pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji Validitas dan Uji Reabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi Berganda, Uji F, dan Uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kesadaran merek secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada Toko Sepatu Bata di Kota Timika.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of trust, brand image, and security on ticket buying interest on the Tokopedia site (a case study of UST Yogyakarta students). The population in this study used students of the economics faculty majoring in accounting and management at Bachelor of Science Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data types. The sample method in this study is non-probability and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results of the research simultaneously show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which can be concluded that the variables of trust, brand image, and security simultaneously or together have an effect on purchase intention. While the results of the research are partially from each variable, there are 2 variables that do not affect, namely the trust variable with a significant value of 0.653> 0.05, it can be concluded that trust has no effect on purchase intention and the security variable with a significant value of 0.070> 0.05 can be concluded that security has no effect on purchase intention. While the brand image variable has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that brand image has an effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Teknologi dan kebiasaan yang dibawanya membuat pola laku masyarakat sedikit demi sedikit mulai berubah. Kebiasaan tenggangrasa, saling peduli sesama dan gotong royong telah jarang ditemui bila dibandingkan dengan pada masa sebelum gawai dan kemudahan jaringan ditemui. Hal ini jugalah yang membuat kami memutuskan untuk membuat kegiatan bakti sosial yang bekerja sama dengan perangkat kampung. Dengan kegiatan bakti sosial yang kami lakukan diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan semangat kepedulian lingkungan bagi masyarakat kampung yang bersangkutan dan percontohan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi model pengabdian masyarakat yang akan terus digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan image mahasiswa sebagai agen of change yang dekat dengan lingkungan serta masyarakat.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the effect of business location, age of workforce and working hours on the trading decisions of Nasi kuning traders wanting to sell in the morning and at night and whether there is a significant difference in income between the two types of Nasi kuning traders. The method used is associative and comparative methods. The collection techniques were observation, interviews and distribution of questionnaires which were distributed to 60 respondents where 30 respondents were selling in the morning and 30 respondents were selling at night. The analytical tools in this study are SEM-PLS and t-test analysis. The results showed that the age of the workforce did not have a significant effect on the trading decisions of Nasi kuning traders, business location and hours of work had a significant effect on the trading decisions of Nasi kuning traders, meanwhile there was a difference in income between Nasi kuning traders who sold in the morning and Nasi kuning traders who sold selling at night, where the net income of Nasi kuning traders who sell in the morning is greater than the Nasi kuning traders who sell at night.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Kelurahan Pasar Sentral Timika yang tidak mampu menyusun laporan keuangan untuk usahanya. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada para pelaku UMKM mengenai bagaiman manfaat laporan keuangan bagi usaha dan bagaiman menyusun laporan keuangan untuk usaha. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Setelah dilakanakan kegiatan ini pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah sangat puas karena kegiatan ini telah mampu memberikan pemahaman yang baik tentang manfaat laporan keuangan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan dalam rangka pengelolaan keuangan yang baik bagi usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the level of Lovina Oil sales at CV Buana Mandiri Sejahtera in Timika City. The factors analyzed include market conditions, seller ability, capital, and price. The sales data used in this study covers the period 2020 to 2023, with the data analysis techniques used being Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that market conditions and prices have a positive and significant effect on Lovina Oil sales. On the other hand, seller ability and capital do not show a significant effect. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of 0.863 indicates that the data has good sample adequacy. In addition, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) shows that one main component explains 89.875% of the variance in the data. The reliability test with Cronbach's Alpha produced a value of 0.969, indicating that the research instrument is very reliable. Based on the results of multiple regression, the R value of 0.943 indicates a strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is that market conditions and price factors are the main determinants of Lovina Oil sales, while capital and seller ability require further evaluation
