Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of the capital structure of the company with profitability and growth of the company as a variable moderation. The data used in this research is data skunder originating from the financial report of companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2011 - 2015. By using purposive sampling, this research got 30 sample company. Methods of analysis used in this study is a moderated regression analysis (MRA). The Result of research indicate that capital structure have an effect on positive to company value. Besides this research indicate that profitability can strengthen influence of capital structure to company value. Growth of company can strengthen influence of capital structure to company value.

Abstract

One indicator to see the economic growth of a region is to see the growth of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). GDP growth is dependent on the growth of several sectors of the economy, one of which is the industrial sector. Batam is the largest city in the Riau Islands whose economic base is the industrial sector. During the period of 2010 until 2016, the contribution of the industrial sector to Batam city gross domestic product tend to decrease. During the seven years only in 2013 which increased the contribution of industrial sector to PDRB Batam city. Because in 2013 the economic growth is relatively stable. During 2010-2016 the industrial production value always increased but its growth tended to decrease. The largest decrease occurred in 2016 that is decreased by 2.27% from (4.62-6.89). During the period 2010-2016 the contribution of the industrial sector to the GDP of Batam city is in very good category, this is because the contribution of this industry sector is always more than 50%.

Abstract

Technology development had been advanced and increasing rapidly, where today almost all the learning activities carried out on the basis of the system. One example is SMK YASPIKA Tanjung Balai Karimun. This study aims to determine whether the information technology affects the student’s motivation or not. The object of research is taken from students at SMK YASPIKA in Tanjung Balai Karimun. Use saturated sampling technique for collecting samples and its involved 239 respondents. The analytical method used is simplified linear regression set of information technology as an independent variable and student motivation as the dependent variable. Results of analysis in this study using SPSS version 20 indicates that information technology (X) has an effect on student motivation (Y) using T test, and test results indicate that the effect of R student motivation is not only influenced by information technology variable but also other variables which are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research to analysis Competency factor, work culture, and Work commitment the influences towards work achievement of certified educators for certified educators batam city. For kinds of research are Explanatory case study and analysis method that using phat analysis with 135 sample respondent. The method to exam with vapidities person rank and rehabilitees, Alpa cronbach exam toword research instrument. To evaluate in fluencies of Competency factor, work culture and Work commitment towards work achievement of certified educators in Permata Harapan School by using path analysis or standardized regression and calculated trough SPSS program for windows version 22. After had been worked the research and evaluation as method above the result are show that Competency factor work culture and Work commitment has positive influences and significant toward work achievement of certified educators as good as stimulant or partial. Base on data analysis, conclusion that the proposes theoretical model can be used to predict work achievement of certified educators in Permata Harapan School. The variable included in the conceptual model shows a strong pattern of positive relationship so that all the hypothesis proposes in this research study are received well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of satisfaction, trust, choice reduction and habit neither entire nor partial towards customer’s loyalty of PT Great Seasons Tours and Travel. The independent variable in this research are satisfaction, trust and choice reduction and habit and the dependent variable is the customer's loyalty. The population of this research are 1739 Respondent that have joined which is the customer’s from PT. Great Seasons Tours dan Travel at Batam City. The sample in this research are 325 respondents, it was taken by using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. This data research have been tested by using multi regression analysis method and the statistic data indicated valid and reliable. The test result by partially can be concluded that satisfaction, trust and choice reduction and habit are significantly effect to customer’s loyalty. The research result show that simultantly satisfaction, trust and choice reduction and habit effect significantly towards customer’s loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of the study explains the evaluation of accounting information systems on cash disbursement procedures in the family cooperative Large PT Semen Padang. This research uses descriptive method. The subject of this research is the department store of Cooperative Family of PT Semen Padang. The study explains that: 1) cash expenditures consist of purchasing merchandise that incurs debt and cash expenditures to finance operational activities. Cash disbursement system with a check that the amount of cash disbursement above Rp. 1,000,000.- and cash through small cash funds amounting to less than Rp. 1,000,000.-, 2) payments of checks payable can be made by the check taker directly to the treasury by carrying the established supporting evidence and paying the debt by check from the bank account by transferring the supplier's cash money, 3) the internal control system of the procedure Cash disbursements run well, because the function of the cash parent and accounting division has occurred separation of functions and running as it should.

Abstract

This research measuring the profitability of Sharia banks Indonesia with using CAMEL ratio. The proxy of CAMEL ratio is CAR, NPF, NPM, BOPO and FDR variables. The object of reserach is Public Sharia banks has published Financial Statement period of 2012-2016 with amount 10 banks.Technical analysis of data used Multiple Regression. The result showed that CAR, NPF, NPM, BOPO and FDR had simultaneous effect of profitability (ROA) with R2 75,6% with significance level α = 0.05. CAR and BOPO have a negative and significantly effect on profitability ratios. While the NPM and FDR variables have a negative and significantly effect on the profitability, and NPF variable have no effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on the performance of employee Youth and Sports officer Pematangsiantar City. The poor performance of the youth and sports office in responding to the challenges of the related field becomes the subject of the problem. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed and carried out in 37 Youth and Sports Officials of Pematangsiantar City. The method used in this study using research methods Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. Based on the analysis results obtained that the factors that affect employee performance is the style of leadership. This is proved by the T-statistic value of leadership style variables higher than T-tables. While the motivation does not affect the performance of employees.

Abstract

The focus in this research is to find out whether the implementation of VMI system can be reduced logistics cost and raw material cost at PT. Prasinda Nugraha. This research is an alleged operational cost and target sales target caused by the decline. The sample has been taken from PT.Prasinda Nugraha financial report period 2014 - 2017 so that the sample. The data that has been taken is done to measure and ensure that the data already exists under normal circumstances and feasible for further analysis. The result of this research is significant influence (58,7%) between applying VMI system (Vendor Manage Inventory) to decreasing logistic cost (Y1). This study also proves a significant influence (73.2%) of the application of VMI to the decline in the cost of providing raw materials to increase product sales in PT. Prasinda Nugraha.
