Abstract

The digital market is increasingly becoming a foundation for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in developing and marketing their products. This project report discusses the design and implementation of a marketplace information system specifically designed to support MSMEs. This system aims to increase visibility, accessibility and operational efficiency for MSME players, so that they can compete more effectively in the digital economy era. This project involves analyzing MSME needs, designing an intuitive user interface, integrating secure payment systems, and developing special features that support marketing and inventory management. In addition, this report discusses aspects of data security and customer privacy as an integral part of implementing a marketplace system. In the development process, thorough testing and evaluation was carried out to ensure system reliability and performance. The success of this project is measured through the parameters of user satisfaction, MSME sales growth and improved operational efficiency. The results of this project are expected to make a positive contribution to the growth of MSMEs, open up new opportunities for marketing local products, and increase their competitiveness in an increasingly connected global market. This project is a strategic step in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs towards a more sustainable and inclusive future.

Abstract

University leaders have the responsibility to monitor all activities and make continuous measurements on the performance and quality of higher education which leads to ensure the achievement of the goals set. All this to get some of the information required, university leaders still have to do the data collection scattered beberpa information systems, either manually. It can slow down the decision making process for people who are at the manager level and above can not monitor the performance and quality of high pergutuan any time.Making college visualization of data information by using data warehouse and dashboard of the system can help university leaders in monitoring or monitoring the performance of all units in college he leads and perform measurements continuously on the performance and quality of higher education lead. Abstract

This community service program was conducted at SMP Kristen 1 YPK Malang to enhance teachers’ and students’ skills in utilizing educational technology through game-based learning using Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) and Canva. The initiative was motivated by the need to improve educators’ competencies in employing interactive applications to address student boredom and the monotonous learning process. The implementation method involved workshops combining interactive lectures, live demonstrations, independent practice, and project presentations. Participants created interactive quizzes, puzzles, and digital board games. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ skills in using hyperlinks, visual design, and creativity in developing game-based learning media. Technical challenges, such as limited internet access, were resolved through practical solutions. Overall, the program had a positive impact on participants’ motivation, engagement, and ability to integrate technology into learning activities. In the long term, these skills are expected to support teachers in designing more varied, interactive, and effective classroom learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for a more efficient and transparent aid management system in primary education institutions, particularly at SDK Yos Sudarso Kepanjen, where the processes of application, verification, and reporting are still conducted manually. Such conditions lead to various issues, including delayed distribution, data duplication, and difficulties in monitoring assistance. To address these problems, a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document was designed as a reference for developing a web- and mobile-based Parent Partnership Aid Management Information System. This study employed a system engineering approach consisting of three main phases: analysis, design, and implementation. These phases include problem identification, system workflow redesign, and the development of an initial user interface prototype using HTML and CSS (Bootstrap framework). The results indicate that the SRS document successfully defines the system’s functional and non-functional requirements, including user authentication, aid application, digital verification, automated reporting, and a GPS-based needs mapping feature. It is expected that this SRS document can serve as a guideline for developing collaborative, efficient, and accountable educational information systems in the future.
