Abstract

User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) design is very important because with a good design that meets user needs, it can make users feel comfortable when using a product. One example is the Academic Information System (SIA), if the design of the SIA is not user friendly, it will have an impact on both the user and the system. Such as input errors, missing information, difficulties in using it. The purpose of conducting UI / UX analysis and design at SIA Universitas Jenderal Soedirman is to solve the problems experienced by users today. Users involved in this research are students. Design is made using the Design Thinking method and for the testing using Usability Testing.

Abstract

"SPOTLESS" is an Android-based mobile application that provides car wash services to assist customers in ordering car wash appointments and vehicle wash pick-up services at the customer's desired place. "SPOTLESS" can be a solution for car users to avoid long queues for car washing or the lack of time to take their car directly to the washroom. The increasing demand for vehicle washing services affects business competition in this business, causing many customers to complain because they have to wait in queues for too long, disrupting customers' routine activities. To improve customer satisfaction, the interface is designed using the design thinking method, which was tested using the eye-tracking method through 5 participants to determine the feasibility level from the user's side After 3 iterations of testing using Maze, we got a usability score of 86 which is included in the high usability category.

Abstract

This research derived from inventory management and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine which is still done manually at the Banyumas Regency Department of Health. The big amount of data that needed to be processed made it difficult for officers to organize the data, as a result there are several problems such as missing and damaged data. This system could make health facilities registered under the Banyumas Regency Department of Health to see the stock items and request the goods faster and easier. The built system has made data management more efficient and effective. Web-based Information System Design of Inventory And COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution In Banyumas Regency uses a waterfall model and qualitative methods. The waterfall model is used to facilitate the creation of this system because it has clear and sequential stages, the qualitative methods used in this study include observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system used PHP and HTML as the programming languages which are then supported by MySQL as the database. The tests carried out to test the system are Black Box Testing and Mean Opinion Score Testing. This research produces a system that can carry out the process of managing and processing inventory data and distribution, the test results show that the system runs as expected and succeeds in facilitating user work to be faster, more effective, and efficient.
