Abstract

Merokok merupakan suatu kebiasaan yang merugikan bagi kesehatan. Berdasarkan persentase prevalensi merokok tembakau tahun 2015, Indonesia menempati urutan ke-6 sebanyak 39,8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan perilaku merokok pada mahasiswa pria di Universitas Pakuan Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Total populasi sebanyak 263 orang, dengan sampel 82 orang. Analisis Bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa responden yang merokok sebanyak 42 responden (51,2%). Berdasarkan hasil analisa uji statistik didapatkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku merokok pada responden adalah pengetahuan (p=0,008), sikap (p=0,000), keterjangkauan rokok (p=0,009), iklan rokok (p=0,000).Dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara faktor predisposisi (pengetahuan, sikap), faktor pendukung (keterjangkauan rokok) dan faktor penguat (iklan) dengan perilakumerokok pada mahasiswa. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan bisa menggunakan cakupan responden yang lebih luas, memperbanyak variabel dependen dan independen, dan melakukan wawancara yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Financial reports are an important instrument for companies to show company performance results. The contents of financial reports have useful benefits for both internal and external parties of the company. To find out the company's financial position, it is necessary to analyze the financial reports to see whether the company is good or bad. One way to analyze financial reports is to use ratio analysis. The aim of the research is to analyze the company's financial reports which are used to determine the size of the company. The samples used in this research were 5 companies operating in the construction sector from 2020 to 2022. The research method used was quantitative descriptive based on calculations from financial report data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The ratios used include liquidity ratios, activity ratio, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. The results of this research are among the five companies. Which company is the best and which company should carry out an evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on employee performance at the cimanggu sub-district office, pandeglang district. The method used is quantitative analysis method, which uses in-depth data in the form of numbers. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling which takes the entire population to be sampled, the sample in this study were 62 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive data analysis, with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test with normality test, multicollinearity test, auto correlation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with t test and f test. The results showed that Work Discipline has a statistical effect on employee performance but is not unidirectional, which means that the opposite effect is the difference between the impact of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on employee performance. With the value of the regression equation Y = 75.343 + -.1064X1. The coefficient of determination is 42.2%. hypothesis testing in the t test count> t table or (6.619> 1.670). Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 29.7767 = 0.943X2. The coefficient of determination is 38.1%. hypothesis testing in the t test count> t table or (6,076> 1,670).
