Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kesehatan bank dengan metode Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum berdasarkan Kegiatan Usah (BUKU 3). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif berupa data sekunder diambil dari laporan keuangan publikasi Bank tahun 2018-2020. Jumlah populasi 20 dan sampel 10 Bank. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi disimpulkan bahwa sebesar 57,30% variabel kinerja keuangan di pengaruhi oleh variabel tingkat kesehatan bank yang diukur melalui GCG, NIM, LDR, NPL dan CAR, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,70% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. Secara simultan variabel tingkat kesehatan bank (GCG, NIM, LDR, NPL dan CAR) berpengaruh pada variabel kinerja keuangan (ROA) pada Bank umum kategori BUKU 3 periode tahun 2018-2020. Secara parsial variabel Profil Risiko, GCG dan Permodalan tidak terdapat pengaruh dengan variabel Kinerja Keuangan. Sedangkan variabel Rentabilitas secara parsial terdapat pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan mitra anggota karang taruna warga Kelurahan Cipinang Melayu Kecamatan Makasar Jakarta Timur. Anggota karang taruna ini adalah wanita dan pria usia antara 20-35 tahun dengan berbagai aktifitas yang beragam. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan keterampilan kepada pemuda dan pemudi karang taruna, harapannya mereka dapat mandiri dan mengaplikasikan ilmu yang didapat pada kehidupannya. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode penyuluhan dengan memberikan pengarahan dan pengetahuan mengenai kewirausahaan dengan memanfaatkan lahan sempit disekitar rumah atau lingkungan mereka tinggal, sehingga dapat menambah penghasilan dimasa pandemik covid-19 ini. Adapun pelatihan yang kami sampaikan antara lain cara menanam tanaman hidroponik dan membuat kolam ikan. Selain itu juga memberikan pengetahuan tentang strategi sistem pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mitra peserta pelatihan dapat mampu mengimplementasikan budi daya tanaman hidroponik dan kolam ikan pada sekitar lahan rumah mereka. Pelatihan ini sebagai bekal untuk mitra agar mereka bisa berwirausaha dan mempunyai keterampilan.

Abstract

This research is an application of the 7S Mckinsey model on the STIE Swadaya campus how the organizational culture conditions are for improving performance at STIE Swadaya, identifying obstacles to existing strategy implementation on campus, suggesting improvements that need to be made in implementing the strategy. The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach by giving questionnaires to 30 lecturers and staff of STIE Swadaya. This research program examines the application of the 7s McKinsey Framework in the assessment aspect, namely the field of human resources (HR). The results of this study found that there were differences in quantitative and qualitative assessments in the field of human resources (HR) at STIE Swadaya which indicated that there were still obstacles in managing human resource management at STIE Swadaya seen in the application of the 7s McKinsey Framework.Key Words : Strategy application, 7s McKinsey Framework

Abstract

In the dynamic and growing society, the digitalization process has been a must thing to do in every aspects. Particularly in life necessities like health that is one of the essential parts in a Smart City ecosystem. The need to transform into Society 5.0 and the pandemic condition are factors that influence the needs for ‘multiple product in one touch service’ app that emphasizes on integrated Healthcare based on Green Human Resources Management (GHRM). The purpose of this research is to see the effect of GHRM concept’s effectivity has on the implementation of healthcare digitalized agregation at Indonesia from the viewpoint of AMO (Ability – Motivation – Opportunity) theory, from the health consultation, pharmacy serevices, to medication, as well as looking for applied effective and efficient digital-based solutions. The research method is mixed between primary and secondary data, both are qualitative-based. The result is to give a solution that the need for GHRM is a crucial matter for giving value to consumers. And so, it takes an integrated healthcare app named InDimensia Mobile App (Integrated Digital Medicine for Smart City) with features that are needed by society and also can be the answer to face the cllanges from Society 5.0 and Smart City. This healthcare app will be an effective and efficient solution for modern society in order to prepare themselves to face the transformation to Society 5.0.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction with Gojek service application users in Bekasi. The factors studied were service quality, price, brand image, and promotion factors. The approach used in this research is associative by using primary data through questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Bekasi who have the Gojek application on their cell phones and have used it at least 5 times. The sampling method used probability sampling with a sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, partial, and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and looking for the coefficient of determination. The results of the study stated that the factors of service quality, price, brand image, and promotion had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction for Gojek service application users in Bekasi either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of (1) leadership and supervision of job discipline, (2) leadership of job discipline, (3) supervision of job discipline. The population in this are all employee who work at PT. Fatarindo Cemerlang CCOD Singaraja with 38 employee. Based on the characteristics of the problem under study, this study uses a causal quantitative research design. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) leadership and supervision significantly affect job discipline, (2) leadership has a significant impact on job discipline, (3) supervision has a significant impact on job discipline.
