Abstract

The biomedical clinic laboratory is a laboratory engaged in the health sector. (1) Currently all institutions engaged in the health sector are struggling to deal with a covid-19 virus, the virus can spread quickly just by passing each other and even crowding. To detect the virus, the biomedical clinic laboratory has an examination called Anti-SARS-CoV-2 where the examination has a method of taking blood samples that must comply with the health protocol that has been disseminated by the health department. The problem currently being faced is the transaction process which gives concern about the current pandemic period because the anti-SARS-Cov2 registration process is carried out face-to-face, not using an online transaction system. (2) The method used by the author is the RAD (rapid application development) method. For the convenience of patients, the biomedical clinic laboratory management makes a special online registration for patients who want to check Anti-SARS-CoV-2 where patients can visit the web that has been set by the biomedical clinic laboratory. This web-based Anti-SARS-CoV-2 inspection online transaction system was created using the PHP programming language using the codigniter framework. (3) This system processes patient data from patient registration to the issuance of examination results. Of course, this system can provide patient comfort, because patients have maintained the health protocol because they do not pass each other for too long with the registration officer and this system has a home service schedule where patients can choose to take blood at home so they don't run into more people. (4) Development of the Anti-SARS-CoV-2 inspection registration application into a mobile application so that it can be easily accessed or anywhere, adding automatic or scheduled data backup features so that data is maintained in case of damage to the server or network and avoids human error , because currently backup data can only be backed up if the admin clicks the data backup menu

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Tangerang Selatan memiliki jumlah siswa yang cukup banyak dan telah memiliki berbagai sarana seperti gedung untuk pembelajaran dan praktek, sarana olah raga, dan sarana peribadatan. Sekolah juga telah memiliki website sebagai media informasi untuk masyarakat namun berdasarkan data dari observasi yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa  websitenya belum digunakan secara maksimal. Hal ini terjadi kemungkinan karena  terbatasnya jumlah tenaga pengajar yang memiliki kemampun bidang teknologi informasi dan terbatasnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengisi konten website sekolah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka telah dilaksanaka workshop pemanfaatan aplikasi Canva untuk desain grafis terhadap 41 orang siswa. Dengan workshop ini siswa memiliki kemampuan dalam desain grafis sehingga dapat dilibatkan dalam penyediaan konten website sekolahnya. Hasil evaluasi penyelenggaraan diperoleh bahwa materi workshop cukup menarik dan dibutuhkan oleh para siswa, sangat bermanfaat, dan workshop semacam ini perlu dilaksanakan lagi. Peserta masih memerlukan aplikasi lain dan peserta memiliki keinginan untuk ambil bagian dalam pengelolaan website sekolah.

Abstract

Information technology and science are developing so fast. Therefore many people are competing to improve their abilities and achievements. Not only competing against others but also competing against oneself to improve the achievements that have been achieved previously. Competition can of course also be a factor for the progress of a region. Where a competition is a medium to show each other the interests and talents of the participants for their own good and the good of an area. However, competitions are often lacking in the number of participants and the participant registration process is often considered by the public due to distance issues and transportation costs. Therefore, the development of a website-based race information system was created with the aim of making it easier for the organizers to convey information about the competition and making it easier for the public in the participant registration process. System development using the waterfall method by analyzing, designing, implementing and testing. In the final stage of system development, testing of the processes that occur in the race information system is carried out. The things that have been done and what have not been done in the development of this system will be described at the end of this journal.

Abstract

The development of the use of the internet is currently very rapid and has resulted in many changes in the order of people's lives, including educational institutions that use the internet by building websites for their business process needs. The Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Pamulang University is a quite large study program in terms of the number of students who have a website as a form of communication with its users, be it lecturers, students, and the community in general, but from the analysis results it is still not optimal in its utilization. Therefore the first step taken is to evaluate the extent of student satisfaction with the quality of the website. The measurement process is carried out through an assessment by Informatics Engineering Study Program students through a questionnaire prepared according to the WebQual 4.0 device. This method was chosen because it is one of the methods or techniques used to measure website quality based on the end user's perceived quality in three areas, namely Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, and Usability. The measurement results obtained that Usability, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality together had a very positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and could explain the satisfaction variable of 86.7% while the remaining 13.3% was another factor.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat dan terbukti berperan dalam berbagai kegiatan, sehingga mendukung kinerja peningkatan efisiensi, efektivitas dan produktivitas bagi berbagai instansi, baik instansi pemerintahan negeri, swasta maupun perorangan atau individual, serta mendorong pewujudan masyarakat yang maju dan sejahtera. Sektor kesehatan yang merupakan salah satu sektor penting dari pemerintah merupakan salah satu sektor pembangunan yang sangat potensial untuk dapat di integrasikan dengan kehadiran teknologi informasi. Puskesmas Setu yang menjadi salah satu pusat pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Tangerang Selatan merupakan salah satu instansi kesehatan yang sedang dikembangkan. Dengan jumlah pasien yang cukup banyak, menyebabkan masalah dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang pasiennya, jumlah pasien, jumlah kunjungan, total pendapatan, data persediaan obat dan data obat yang sudah digunakan oleh puskesmas tersebut. Selain masalah pendataan pasien dan pengarsipan catatan medis merupakan suatu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan. Dengan melihat permasalahan yang ada, maka puskesmas setu, dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, dirasa perlu untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengatasi masalah- masalah yang dihadapi sehingga bisa meningkatkan pelayan kesehatan kemasyarakat demi terwujudnya visi dan misi puskesmas setu. Aplikasi yang dibuat adalah aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi ini akan penulis buat dengan menggunakan Apache sebagai web server, PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya dan MySQL sebagai database.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan unsur yang paling utama dan inti dalam berjalannya roda perusahaan sehingga membutuhkan kinerja karyawan yang baik yang paham visi dan misi perusahaan juga yang bisa menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan sebaik mungkin. untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perlu adanya mekanisme penilaian kinerja bagi seluruh karyawan. PT. Nusa Dua Natura selama ini melakukan penilaian karyawannya belum menggunakan metode apapun yang ilmiah sehingga dirasa hasilnya tidak adil dan sangat subyektif menimbulkan ketidak puasan terhadap hasil penilain tersebut. Perlu adanya metode Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) dalam penilaian kinerja karyawannya. Metode TOPSIS dirasa cocok untuk dijadikan metode di dalam mengambil keputusan memilih karyawan terbaik karena konsepnya sederhana tetapi tahapan pemecahan masalahnya termasuk kompleks sehingga penilaian kinerja yang di hasilkan bersifat objektif dan dpat diterima semua pihak.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a pandemic that has a negative impact on various aspects of people's lives, especially the current economy, online business is one solution to restore the current economy, but to carry out this online business requires special skills in the field, especially in the field of services, namely freelancers or freelancers, freelancers during the pandemic are one of the options that show an increasing trend at this time, for that the author took the initiative to create a system that brings together parties who are in need of freelancers and freelancers who have expertise in the IT or digital field, restrictions on this field, because the need for freelancers in that field is the greatest. In building this website, the researcher uses the waterfall method, where the initial stage of requirements is from the results of the needs analysis that comes from the results of the process of observing existing applications, then on the results of the design / system design there are several needs that are implemented. Then to the verification stage / system testing that has been implemented using the blackbox method, it can run as needed and is able to run on the web.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, PT XL Axiata implemented a work from home policy, which requires employees to be able to connect to the company's network and data using the internet or public networks. Wiretapping by people who do not become more likely when using a public network. Employees of PT XL Axiata tbk can connect to the company's network and data using public networks safely and easily using VPN as a security solution. A virtual private network (VPN) provides a secure remote connection for clients to exchange information with the corporate network. This research is related to L2TP/IPSec-VPN connecting corporate intranet. L2TP/IPSec-VPN networks are implemented with security protocols for key and exchange management, authentication, and integrity using virtual devices with the Vmware Workstation assistance program. Data packet testing and analysis is performed using PING and Wireshark tools to ensure packet data encryption during data exchange between different networks belonging to the same company. The methodology used in this research is to collect data through surveys and interviews, then analyze the current network and the need for network design support. in order to increase employee productivity and performance while working from home, as well as being able to compete with other businesses in an increasingly competitive market.
