Abstract

This research is motivated by a pandemic that has a negative impact on various aspects of people's lives, especially the current economy, online business is one solution to restore the current economy, but to carry out this online business requires special skills in the field, especially in the field of services, namely freelancers or freelancers, freelancers during the pandemic are one of the options that show an increasing trend at this time, for that the author took the initiative to create a system that brings together parties who are in need of freelancers and freelancers who have expertise in the IT or digital field, restrictions on this field, because the need for freelancers in that field is the greatest. In building this website, the researcher uses the waterfall method, where the initial stage of requirements is from the results of the needs analysis that comes from the results of the process of observing existing applications, then on the results of the design / system design there are several needs that are implemented. Then to the verification stage / system testing that has been implemented using the blackbox method, it can run as needed and is able to run on the web.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi bagi para siswa dan siswi diYayasan Nurul Ihsan Pondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan. Pemanfaatan ecopreneuship memberikan pengaruh positif bagi para siswa dan siswi dalam belajar. Dengan penggunaanecopreneship yang baik dan terampil maka para siswa dan siswi dapat mengelola bahan bahan disekitar lingkungan. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Kata kunci : Ecopreneurship, Lingkungan, Pengabdian Masyarakat

Abstract

The Community Service Program titled “Teamwork in the Workplace” was conducted to enhance the understanding of high school and vocational school students regarding the importance of teamwork in the modern work era. In reality, many individuals face various challenges such as differences in personality, inefficient communication, and internal conflicts that may disrupt team performance. Through this program, participants gain insights into the significance of teamwork in achieving organizational goals, and they are also equipped with effective communication skills, mutual respect, trust among team members, and conflict-handling abilities. The implementation of this program is carried out through interactive seminars and discussion sessions, allowing participants to experience firsthand the development of teamwork skills. It is expected that this activity can help shape participants’ character to become more prepared for a competitive, adaptive, and collaboration-focused work environment.
