Abstract

Thalassemia or called Mediterranean anemia is a hereditary disease that occurs due to a lack of red blood cells in the human body so that the production of hemoglobin decreases. Based on data from the thalassemia room at Ciamis District Hospital (2018), it shows that 2018 data is 199 people. Furthermore, the number of routine patients undergoing transfusion in December 2018 was 150people. The problem of thalassemia can affect a family and this will cause anxiety and will have an impact on thefamily both in terms of time, psychosocial economics and emocial. So that families need the right coping strategies to avoid bad behavior which can only reduce temporary stress.The purpose of this study was to determine family coping strategies in caring for family members who experience thalassemia in the thalassemia clinic in the ciamis district general hospital in 2019. The method in this study was descriptive. The population in this study were families of thalassemia sufferers who led clients to undergo transfusions at the Thalassemia Clinic in Ciamis District Hospital. The method of sampling in this study is incidental sampling, as many as 60 respondents. The results showed that family abilities in family coping strategies in caring for family members who experience thalassemia were obtained in the strategy of effective category relationships as many as 42 respondents (70%), effective cognitive strategies as many as 42 respondents(70.0%), effective communication strategies as many as 47 respondents (78.3%), effective social support strategy for 37 respondents (61.7%), effective spiritual strategy as many as 32 respondents (53.3). The conclusion of this study is that family coping strategies in caring for family members who have thalassemia have been effective, namely the effective category of 34 respondents (56.7%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal, motivasi kerja, dan efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan bank PT. BPR BKK yang berada di wilayah Purbalingga. Jumlah responden sebanyak 105 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Sebelum melakukan analisis regresi, dilakukan uji asumsi klasik agar model penelitian memberikan hasil terbaik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dengan SPPS versi 25 ditemukan bahwa secara parsial variabel sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide training in preparing simple financial reports to MSMEs in Banyumas Regency. This activity, which was attended by 20 MSMEs in the culinary sector, focused on increasing understanding of SAK-EMKM, direct practice in preparing financial reports, and assistance related to financial management. The obstacles faced by MSME partners are partly related to minimal capital and marketing. From the capital sector, basically with the existence of financial reports, it is able to bridge financial problems. In addition, information regarding access to capital and HR development strategies was also conveyed. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding and skills of MSME actors in preparing financial reports, which are expected to support business growth and their competitiveness in the market. Assistance in preparing financial reports for MSMEs is a method to align the problems that arise to make MSMEs in Indonesia more advanced and synergize in building Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of accounting understanding, education level, and business scale on the implementation of financial reporting in UMKM in Banyumas District, both partially and simultaneously. The study population comprised all UMKM in Banyumas District. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample size was 143 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula and meeting several predetermined criteria. Data collection used a questionnaire. The results indicate that accounting understanding, education level, and business scale simultaneously influence the implementation of financial reporting in UMKM. Accounting understanding partially influences the implementation of financial reporting in UMKM. Education level partially influences the implementation of financial reporting in UMKM. Business scale partially influences the implementation of financial reporting in UMKM.

Abstract

This community service program was designed to address the lack of financial literacy and digital accounting practices among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Patikraja District, Banyumas. The aim was to improve financial recording skills by introducing SIAPIK, a digital financial recording application developed by Bank Indonesia that is compatible with SAK EMKM. The method used was a participatory and applicative approach involving 25 participants who were members of ASPIKMAS. The stages included preparation, socialization, direct training and simulation using real transaction data, continued by mentoring, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills, with an average score increase of 32% between pre-test and post-test. All participants were able to record transactions, prepare profit and loss statements, and financial position reports using SIAPIK. The program concluded that participatory training with digital tools is effective in strengthening financial literacy and supports the readiness of MSMEs to become more bankable by producing credible financial reports.
