Abstract

This research implements a fuzzy topsis based system for selecting the best employees at PT. Delta World Textil. One of the matters, especially in the management of Human Energy Resources (HR) is the selection of the best employees periodically, so that those who are elected will be given an award in the form of a bonus in order to motivate employees to improve their service and performance. The best and quality employees are the legacy of the industry that wants to make the industry grow rapidly. Several methods have been proposed for selecting the best employees. However, the method used is inaccurate because it only uses one method with few criteria. This study aims to select the best employees by looking at several criteria in the form of discipline, teamwork, attitudes, presence, skills, loyalty, tenure, and productivity for initial processing using fuzzy logic. Initial values are obtained in the form of membership function values which are used as input into the topsis method. The first stage of the topsis method is carried out in the normalized decision metric stage, the results of this stage are used to find a weighted normalized decision matrix according to the weight of the criteria for each criterion, the results of this stage are used to ensure positive ideal solving and negative perfect solutions after that the distance between the values is determined. each alternative with a positive perfect solution matrix and a negative perfect solution matrix. In the last session, the highest preference value was sought so that the best employees were obtained. The results show that the system established is very feasible in ensuring the best employees in performance evaluation. Keywords : Fuzzy Logic, Topsis, Best Employees, Decision Support System

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe strategies to improve the standardization of the language used by Informatics Engineering students at Widya Darma Klaten University. The type of research used is a qualitative approach to qualitative methods. Data collection techniques, namely oral collected by observation method, structured interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The subjects in this study were language standardization. The object of research is the elements which together with the research objective form the data and the data context. The object in this research is the implementation of computer terms applied by students. As for how to analyze using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The existence of language can make it easier when we communicate. Language can also be used as an intermediary in a society and interaction individually or socially. Strategy is the science or art of using all the nation's resources to carry out certain policies in war and peace. Which can be considered directly related to careful language teaching and to activities to achieve specific goals. Indonesian uses certain terms to express certain things or fields. A term is a word or phrase that is used as a name or symbol and which carefully expresses the meaning of a concept, process, state or characteristic that is unique in the fields of science, technology and the arts. The combination of advances in computer technology and communication technology has produced new vocabulary / terms in that field. Language standardization must be applied and must be implemented in learning during lectures. Keywords: Language Standardization, Strategy.

Abstract

Selama ini secara umum seleksi beasiswa bidik misi dilakukan oleh pihak kemahasiswaan kantor pusat ISI Surakarta. Kendala atau permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah saat pemilihan atau pengambilan keputusan siapa saja mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidik misi. selain itu dengan seleksi yang dilakukan akan mengakibatkan proses seleksi beasiswa bidik misi akan berjalan lama karena harus membandingkan data 1 dengan yang lain.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menghasilkan sistem pemilihan penerima beasiswa bidik misi menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dan untuk mengetahui tingkat keakurasian pengujian antara pemilihan penerima beasiswa bidik misi manual dengan sistem pemilihan penerima beasiswa bidik misi dengan metode fuzzy tsukamoto akan digunakan confusion matrix. Untuk kriteria yang digunakan untuk pemilihan penerima beasiswa bidik misi adalah pendapatan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, nilai rata-rata ujian nasional, penggunaan daya listrik, luas tanah, nilai test seleksi bidik misiTahapan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti antara lain identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem dan pengujian sistem. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa. (1) Sistem pendukung keputusan ini telah berhasil mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto yang digunakan untuk seleksi penerimaan beasiswa bidik misi. (2) Akurasi sistem pendukung keputusan berdasarkan 19 data yang diuji adalah untuk Mahasiswa yang lulus bidik misi mempunyai akurasi 66,67 dan mahasiswa yang tidak lulus mempunyai keakurasian 42,86%Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan, fuzzy tsukamoto, beasiswa, bidik misi.
