Abstract

Exports volume of Adidas from time to time is not stable because the amount always fluctuates and shows the decrease every year. This study aims to determine the effect of the exchange rate and freight cost partially and simultaneously on the export volume of Adidas at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 and to find out how much all independent variables contribute to the dependent variable. The independent variables used in this study are the exchange rate and freight cost, while the dependent variable is the export volume of Adidas. This research uses an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data from literature reviews and observations, and comes from PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 with a time series from January 2014 to December 2019 and Bank Indonesia from January 2014 to December 2019. The output of this study shows that both variables affect export volume simultaneously. Meanwhile, partially, the exchange rate variable has a negative and significant effect on the export volume of Adidas. The freight cost variable has a negative and significant effect on the export volume of Adidas

Abstract

This study aims to find out the partial and together influence variables of exemplary leaders, non-physical work environment, and reward for employee work discipline at PT X. The data collection method in this study uses questionnaires and literature study. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling technique and the sample of this study was 95 employees of the PT Apparel One Indonesia production 2. The data analysis technique used was multiple regressions. From this multiple analysis, it can be found that the exemplary leaders, non-physical work environment, and reward affect employee work discipline. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the exemplary leaders, non-physical work environment, and reward affect work discipline by 40.3%, while 59.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. The most dominant variable influencing works discipline is the reward, then the exemplary leaders and finally the non-physical work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived of trust on the decision to use the Pegadaian Digital Services application by customers at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Ungaran Branch Office. The data collection methods used were interviews, observations, and questionnaires which were distributed to 100 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis methods include descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived of trust had a positive and significant influence either partially or simultantly on the decision to use. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the value on Adjusted R Square is 0.610, which means the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 61% while the remaining 0.390 or 39% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
