Abstract

The media plays an important role in reporting terrorism events. Journalists in print, electronic and online have ethics which are ideally carried out when covering and reporting terrorism cases. However, as the development of the digital era requires some media to quickly convey information, it makes some journalists lack the discipline to obey applicable ethics. This article examines the literature study of journalist ethics in covering and reporting on terrorism cases in the digital age. The method used in this research is a literature study on the regulations related to journalist code of ethics in reporting and reporting on terrorism cases in the cyber media.

Abstract

Wonogiri Regency has great natural resource potential. Among them are water and wind in the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir (WGM) and the surrounding area. This study analyzes the importance of reporting on wind potential in Wonogiri Regency. Many news about the potential of water in the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir have been discussed. Meanwhile, the potential for wind has not been reported much. So far, based on the author's observations and several samples of writing in online media, the news about the potential for wind or wind has been mostly for entertaining activities such as kite festivals, paragliding and hang gliding. The function of online media is like the function of the press, which is to provide information, educate, entertain and act as social control. This study seeks to analyze the importance of potential wind news in Wonogiri Regency in Online Media. In some samples of news in online media, there is not much about the potential for wind in Wonogiri District. The potential for wind in Wonogiri if it is continuously raised and reported can get attention and support the existence of a wind power plant. Through this research, the researcher hopes that the news about the potential of the wind will be maximized to raise these natural resources for something that is more beneficial to society. For example, for wind power plants (PLTB).

Abstract

Existing literacy programs are often partial and rely on external funding, rather than the village's internal potential. While some villages tend to prioritize physical development, Slogoretno Village prioritizes human resource development through literacy. This effort aims to ensure the community understands village programs and receives comprehensive information, not just through word of mouth. This raises the need to analyze the effectiveness of an integrated and sustainable literacy model. This study aims to analyze the comprehensive implementation of the PELITA EMAS (Literacy Education and Community Education) Program in improving community literacy in Slogoretno Village. Specifically, this study aims to analyze how literacy innovations are disseminated and accepted using the Diffusion of Innovation Theory framework. The analysis uses the Diffusion of Innovation Theory (Everett Rogers), focusing on five innovation attributes (relative advantage, compatibility, etc.) and the role of communication channels. The method used is qualitative. Data were collected through interviews and observations with the Village Fund implementation team and the community as innovation adopters.The research results show that PELITA EMAS has successfully disseminated four main literacy innovations: Science Literacy (cocoa grafting training to produce superior seeds), Financial Literacy (early savings training for PAUD and MSME management), Digital Literacy (socialization of Digital Population Identity/IKD), and Reading Literacy (development of digital libraries and TPA/TPQ). The successful adoption was driven by clear relative benefits for the community (for example, superior cocoa and ease of IKD) as well as the role of effective Interpersonal Communication Channels from external parties such as the presence of KPM/KKN students.
