Abstract

The child's religious's mental, and moral development is not a process that can occur quickly and be forced. Still, it must be gradual, reasonable, healthy, and following the growth, abilities, and nature of the age that is being passed. Here, parents must be able to capture the positive trends of child development to be very important. Parents' obligation is to motivate and direct children to a positive outcome, even though the tendency is not following the parents' wishes. This, Islam teaches that in caring for children not to differentiate between boys and girls, eldest or youngest children, normal or abnormal children, parents still provide the same opportunity to obtain educational services following their potential, talents, and interests. Children must be treated fairly and not discriminatory. Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad says that "Educate your children (girls and boys), not according to your wishes, because they are children of their time.

Abstract

Islamic religious education by parents at home can be an effort of preventing learning loss to children. This is in accordance with the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 4 of 2020 which emphasizes that learning at home or distance learning is carried out to provide meaningful learning experiences for children without burdening them with demands to complete all curriculum achievements as a condition for grade promotion or graduation. The purpose of the study is to explain the efforts made in anticipating learning loss through Islamic Religious Education for children at SDN 023 Tarakan. This study uses qualitative research methods by conducting interviews to Islamic Religious Education teachers and parents of students. Education during the pandemic emphasizes more on character building and certainly with the participation of parents. However, until now there are still many parents who do not understand the essence of education during the pandemic. Therefore, effective and intensive communication is needed between teachers at school and parents at home. Through Islamic Religious Education subjects, teachers can convey what knowledge and skills to be mastered by students and what characters they want to instill in children according to their grade level. The results of the study indicate that there is a conformity between the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing learning with the latest existing theory of overcoming learning loss.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to obtain a group guidance service using the halaqah method which is effective for improving students' interpersonal communication. This study uses experiments with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was class X students at SMK Negeri 2 Tarakan in the 2022/2023 academic year, which consisted of 129 students. The subjects of this research were 18 students who were Muslim in Tarakan State Vocational School 2 Class X TAV 2. Methods of data collection using a scale and observation. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the research, the pre-test and post-test were carried out on students of class X TAV 2 at SMK Negeri 2 Tarakan. The results showed that group counseling using the halaqah method was effective in improving students' interpersonal communication. The implications of the group guidance halaqah method can be used as a reference to improve student interpersonal communication. Halaqah method group guidance will be effective if it is carried out in a more systematic and planned manner and with more meetings.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper aims at reviewing bullying at islamic boarding school, Bullying often occurs among teenagers today, not only in the school environment, but also in Islamic boarding schools where religious education is taught. The consequences of bullying can affect the mental health of young people, especially the victims. they are afraid, ashamed, depressed, sad and anxious. Victims of bullying also experience physical impacts such as swelling, injuries, insomnia, and loss of appetite. This study discusses Bertuju's experience of bullying. To find out students' understanding of bullying, forms of bullying, causes, factors and perceived consequences.Keywords : bullying, islamic boarding school, teenagerAbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengulas tentang bullying di pondok pesantren, Bullying sering terjadi di kalangan remaja saat ini, tidak hanya di lingkungan sekolah, tetapi juga di pondok pesantren yang merupakan tempat pendidikan agama. Akibat dari bullying dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental anak muda, terutama para korbannya, mereka merasa takut, malu, tertekan, sedih dan cemas. Korban perundungan juga mengalami dampak fisik seperti bengkak, luka, insomnia, dan kehilangan nafsu makan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengalaman dalam menghadapi perundungan. Untuk mengetahui pemahaman siswa mengenai bullying, bentuk-bentuk bullying, penyebab, faktor, dan akibat yang dirasakan.Kata Kunci : bullying, pesantren, remaja

Abstract

Teachers must employ ingenuity in developing multimedia and instructional resources to foster greater student engagement and participation in the learning process. Visual media in Islamic education helps enhance students' comprehension of Islamic concepts. Several challenges must be addressed when using visual media in Islamic education. Several challenges that may arise include restricted access and inadequate facilities, insufficient instructor innovation, poor student comprehension, and inadequate school support. To surmount these challenges, it is imperative to undertake measures such as enhancing accessibility and resources, fostering teacher innovation, deepening student comprehension, and bolstering school support. This research employs quantitative methodology, collecting quantitative data by administering Google Forms to Public High School 4 Tarakan students. Utilizing picture media in Islamic Religious Education subjects has been found to enhance student comprehension, as evidenced by the results of this study. Visual media can enhance comprehension, reinforce retention, and facilitate knowledge acquisition. Image media enhances students' comprehension of Islamic Religious Education topics. Visual stimuli can enhance comprehension, reinforce retention, and cultivate student engagement in the educational endeavour. Teachers are responsible for selecting appropriate instructional methods and media, as failure to do so may result in student ennui throughout the delivery of educational content.
